#dogblr#dog sledding#sled dogs#iditarod 2022#brents dogs look so good like holy moly#also really interesting to see the differences in mentality between him and dallas#neither being better or worse of course bc like dallas has won 5 times and is def a good musher with a good head on his shoulders for the sp#*sport#but like brent is infectious to me#just chilling on the ice with my dogs#it's cold and he's been first to 9 checkpoints in a row and yet he won't allow himself to think about the finish line yet#when talking about types of mushers i like to talk about brent and dallas a lot#bc they do kind of exemplify two different 'types'#the athletics director (dallas) and the bushman (brent) at least imo#you can really see where a more hearty expedition type dog like brents aka ones with more coat and a bit more size#really shine#in a race like this vs like dallas's dogs are VERY fast overall#just interesting stuff#and awww aaron
