I often scroll through here to find cool WTRB content such as art, fanfics, etc. and the amount of sexualisation/ fetishisation I see of the CHILD characters is not even funny. Like why the fuck are there so many freaks on here obsessed with shit like smut of the characters?

I would like to say, even though I personally don’t care all too much for ships, I don’t mind ships at all. There’s nothing wrong with innocent ships or pairings, but it becomes an issue when people start bringing any sort of sexualisation into it.

Of course I know you can’t expect to be in a fandom and not see anything weird, but it’s the fact that SO many people on here treat it as if this is acceptable in any way whatsoever, or the fact that people obviously see ts and NO ONE talks about it or calls it out is genuinely appalling.

Oh, and since we’re on the topic, I may as well say now, if this post gets any interaction whatsoever, I know DAMN well I’m gonna get attacked for naming and shaming with some of these screenshots (This is a SMALL amount of the shit I’ve seen, mind you.) and you know what? Go ahead, if you wanna attack me for talking about this here, or maybe shaming your weirdo friends, genuinely go ahead.

Rants from instagram. The neighbours and Edds gang have such a perfect dynamic set up to me. Like Edd and Eduardo are just as goofy as the other, and they clearly both want to play along just to create a scene like they're in a movie. They each have things they could admire each other for, be jealous about, and this goes for the others and their counterparts too. To me, they're so similar it's basically just them from another universe, ones who have learned to deal with things and express themselves differently. But they can't be too similar (as in show they are,) and they are aware of their dynamic and need everyone to think they're like any antagonist or protagonist who battle each other in any show. Even if they became friends overtime, they will always be pushy show offs towards each other. The same guy, but definitely NOT the same guy. I just love it.
