10 tips for buying men's shirts
Despite the fact that the sense of style of the man has evolved considerably in recent years, as a man you may need help when shopping for shirts . Because what do you have to take into account when you are going to buy a shirt? There are so many different shirts for different occasions. Don't worry, we'll help you on your way and give you 10 tips that you can take advantage of when you buy new shirts.
1. Check the opportunity
There are so many different occasions, they all require different kind of shirts. After all, you wear a different shirt in your free time than at work.
Casual shirts usually have a button-down collar, so you usually wear these shirts without a tie. When you are looking for a shirt for your leisure time, you can experiment a bit more in terms of design and colors. A business shirt, on the other hand, is more often worn under a suit.
2. Determine the correct collar size
Your collar size is the circumference of your neck. Do you want to know what your collar size is? Wrap a tape measure around your neck and you will know which collar size you have.
3. Determine your fit
Where shirts used to have a straight fit and men preferred to wear a loose fitting custom shirts online, this is no longer the case. The five fits that apply today are:
- Loosely fitted: Straight fitted fit where waist, chest and bottom have the same circumference.
- Normally fitted: slightly fitted shirts.
- Extra fitted: extra fitted shirts and therefore extra narrow around the waist.
- Super fitted: even more fitted than extra fitted shirts
- Classically fitted: roomy at the chest, just as roomy at the waist, but a little wider at the bottom.
4. Check which board you need
Two common collars are the normal collar and the button-down collar (shirts that hold the collar with a button.)
5. What is your sleeve length?
There are also a lot of differences in sleeve lengths. The normal sleeve length is between 64 and 68 centimeters, but there are also shirts with extra long sleeves that have a sleeve length of 72 centimeters.
6. What is your budget?
Think for yourself how much you want to spend on a shirt and remember that under a certain price you simply can not find a quality undershirt. If you want a quality shirt, you should definitely spend more than 40 euros. Buy from a small self-employed person with expertise rather than from a webshop or multinational, then you will get value for money.
7. Think about where you want to buy
You can go into town or easily order a shirt from your computer. If you prefer convenience and go for the lowest price, buy online. Do you prefer feeling with the material and are you not sure of your size? Then let yourself be advised in a shop.
8. Do you want to iron or not?
If you hate ironing, you can opt for non-iron shirts. Note that not every brand is equally iron-free. It is best to ask your retailer for advice in advance.
9. Learn to recognize quality
Of course you want value for money. Then take a good look at the fabric. It should not be see through and there should be no loose threads on the shirt. Also look closely at the finish of the seams and buttons.
10. Follow your own taste
Buy what you feel comfortable with, no one else can determine this for you. So don't pay too much attention to what your friends say but go for that shirt that makes you feel confident and comfortable.

does anyone else choose not to take meds? via /r/schizophrenia
does anyone else choose not to take meds?
so hellos! >///< super long story short some background info: ive been daignoised more than once with paranoid type schizophrenia and and have been in the hospital somany times i needtwo hands tocount them. im also disabled due to it but despite that i hate meds, in general. andrather deal with my issues without them. its mostly due to my side effect issues of seizures ,fainting, and other type of stuff. ( most recently trazedone caused massive hair loss, buut I got like 87% of it back after stopping ).
Ive been on so many meds i have a list and its always the same. they either give terrible side effects or my doctors dont wanna up them once they wear off due to my seizure risk as a whole.
so imbad at explaining but I guess I'm wondering does anyone else not take meds?
thank you for reading ♡ʾʾ
