i really do just get mad at fallout too often
#i cant help it. the fundamental misunderstanding of The Point burns me alive#i could write a better fallout game than anyone at bethesda. i could. i would bet my life on it#like. needs a new setting. tired of west coast east coast only#needs to build on the war never changes but men do through the roads they walk quote. like that is the Point#needs to give insight into current and past culture and actually make convincing fucking conflicts#and i think it needs to like move into the future. like im dead serious ive had enough of the 50s aesthetic with it#because people think the 50s aesthetic is the point but it was meant to REINFORCE the point#and i think if humanity is to move forward in the post apocalypse then the aesthetic of the game should move in that direction too.#like. what new forms did bad ideas take and what was the counterculture#imo if the series stays in the same decade then that negatively impacts the theme. it goes against the idea that people need to rebuild
