Hello, I hope this ask finds you well. I've come to realize that Thad is a bit like a glue. He bonds with others easy and stays with them till the end. Which makes him prime material for shipping with other characters, but I think some of the best ships with him are with the disassembly drones. Nhad, vhad and jhad are all top tiers ships in my opinion but while pondering these ships I came to a revelation, a ship I've yet to see, Thad x N x V x J. Thad bringing the DDs together and helping them heal and mend their relationships with each other. It has the potential for wholesome and angsty moments, it's such a cute concept. I haven't a clue what to call this ship. It could just be called JVNhad but that seems silly. Thank you for your time.

Ohhhh… the thoughts .. I really like this idea. Especially its post finale. Thad doesn’t like that they’re so distant from each other despite being so similar and working together in the past. Uzi says he shouldn’t even try to help them, but he does anyway. And in the process he ends up falling for Every Single One Of Them, and as time goes on, they fall for him too

Contrary to popular belief, I think J would fall for him first out of the 3 Disassembly Drones. Then N, and V would be last.

What’s their love languages?

I think... Vex is straightforward, and more reserved. She prefers to do things for Ionya, thoughtful things, and tell her she loves her outright (if only in private). Ionya meanwhile is more vague and doesn't like to say it out loud as much. She will in fact... obtain (totally legally, of course) many gifts for Vex, and is pretty clingy and likes to hold her hand a lot.

2. Do they have a dynamic trope? (enemies to lovers, sunshine x grumpy, etc?)

One! Childhood friends to lovers. They knew each other as children, before either had transitioned. Vex was soon orphaned and had to be taken to the orphanage in Riften. They didn't meet again until they were adults. And, not particularly a trope, but I feel like I have to mention it now: Because of this, and because they are lovers, Ionya is the only one to know Vex's true name. Not deadname (though she is now the only one who knows that, as Vex is the only one to know Ionya's, aside from Ulfric), but her real name, as Vex is just a nickname she picked up at the Guild. Which is sweet, I think :')

7. Who is the more romantic one?

I think Ionya is the more performatively romantic one. She struggles a lot with being truthful about her feelings, and compensates with either massive performances of what she intends or massive performances of the opposite of what she intends. It's only when she's alone with Vex, and feeling particularly safe, that she's more quiet and vulnerable with her feelings. It's times like that that Vex appreciates the most, when they can both just... put down their walls and be truthful with each other. They're their most true, real selves with each other in private and... augh they're making me so emotional right now. I love them sm

23. Do they like pick up lines?

Again, I think since Ionya is performatively romantic in front of others, she 100% uses them. Vex thinks it's cute, but rolls her eyes and tells her to fuck off. It's a little game they have.

I don't romantically ship them at the VILE academy stage [even if I do believe its an important dynamic to their overall relationship] because thats where its strictly platonic. But since I have been around around long enough that I know that people sometimes people use ship as just a relation"ship" marker [hi ouat I know you guys weren't actually shipping certain peeps lol. Tbh I've really grown attached to red crackle not just because its the first way to make it clear that i want these 2 to kiss because its the clear romantic shipname lol but also because its kinda what they choose to portray themselves as. Carmen using her red coat and name from the outfit she got off the island to signal the need to stop VILE to anyone who can find her and Crackle as a codename of the path that gray is choosing to follow even as he finds something good inside him trying to make it to the surface

and their relationship allowing them to clash but also want to look past that to the people who made these choices because they care about them.

And what makes it fun is that those subcategories include past subcategories, build on them, and change aspects of their relationship ever so slightly until we end up with something that is not at all how they started [gray in love with carmen and carmen with her deeper feelings of being forced to go without him as fully expressed as the finale allowed] . And when their memories are in place they acknowledge that. Its all rc to me...but I get it ! Exploring each category is VERRRRY different and I even sometimes tag them dark! Redcrackle for the dark red caper version of them instead of redcrackle because that is just ...different.

Trope - Enemies to Friends with Benefits to Lovers. Or Enemies to Lovers. Or FWB to Lovers. Those are all pretty bulletproof tropes for me. Dom/sub, particularly with really lovely and subtle undertones. Porn with feelings (I can’t really do PWP--it’s all about the feelings for me).

Um, I’m trying to work on not tearing myself down as much, so I’d say my two biggest weaknesses are that I use a lot more words than I, perhaps, should/need. I also don’t seem to be able to characterise characters with the same confidence others do. Like, they’ll be able to say “Diego is X” and back it up, and have solid reasons behind it, and I just... don’t? I tend to view things from a lot of different angles and get very detailed about some things, but then miss the forest for the trees.

NOW SOMETHING YOU DO LIKE (ABOUT YOUR WRITING)?

I’m told I do emotions very well. I think I do really-emotional-porn well, and I think I do a really good job at writing kink that has a really strong undercurrent of they love each other so fucking much to it. I also... like that I am always trying to get better. I ask people for advice, even though I always doubt myself. I try to learn more things, and experiment with different styles. I may not always succeed, but I think perseverance is something to like about my writing.
