I tend primarily to feel the most like writing when I've just seen someone else write something (or when I've promised someone else I'd write, lol), and I've loved what you've done with the Sakako and Fear To Tread stuff, and you were the first person I thought of when I came up with this (in the next ask):
Peeling away from your flesh leaves a lot of detail behind. The shape of “You” isn’t the same as the shape of your body; the shape of you grows to fill whatever space it’s given. And when I step away from things, just for a bit, I feel bigger and bolder than I have ever grown inside. But I take the bags beneath my eyes with me, and the scar on my left arm (though I don’t take the arm to go with it). I take my aches and my pains with me; I only leave behind the things that aren’t me at all.
A/N: Not to curtail your prompt again, lionheadbookheads, but I’m getting very strong vibes of Do Not Stand At My Grave And Weep by Mary Elizabeth Frye as well as that one other time you sent me a prompt about the songs “It’s Thunder and It’s Lightning” and “Thunder” and I guess what I’m saying here is that I want to do a Tetsuki Kaiza piece for this prompt, I hope you don’t mind.
Basically, given the whole “who I am is not my physical body” theme, there is a very definitive spiritual over physical and reincarnation message going on here and Tetsuki does do that so… please enjoy?
Viridescent: Or, Tetsuki Follows Her Dreams
She closes her eyes, feels the sunshine warm on her face, and takes a deep breath; the spring breeze carries hints of winter still, cool and slightly damp, but the scent of early blooming flowers layers over that.
Her mobile phone buzzes in her pocket, a staccato vibration, a summoning. The man who pays her income but will never be her Boss, the man who supports her lifestyle but doesn’t provide her survival, the man who determines her waking and sleeping hours but never her thoughts or dreams.
She opens her eyes, raises a hand, and lifts a gun to her temple. Inelegant, but efficient. It reminds her of home.
She pulls the trigger.
She wakes up.
///
She is born in the late autumn months, as both year and century draw to an end. She is born to Fuyuko and Toichi Kaiza in a hospital technically but barely within Tokyo. She is born a wailing, red-faced, and thoroughly average baby girl.
What happens to her after is far from from average.
///
For all that dream-sharing is a largely international industry, it would inaccurate to say that it is one homogenous community. They do not always match official country borders, but there are enclaves within dream-sharing with its own customs and cultures and rules.
Japan is one such enclave.
For the most part, so long as there is no immediate conflict of interest, foreign dreamers may conduct their business without any interference from local entities. This rule is but the second that broadly reigns over the Japanese dream-sharing community.
The first is simply: do not mess with Azuma.
///
The thoroughly average baby girl that will one day be known in certain circles as Azuma does not have a good or even average childhood. She tries to run away from her parents at age six and manages to elude the very expensive private detective service her parents hired for two weeks before getting caught.
Despite the broken arm, it is not the last time she does this. It will be another eight years and twenty or so attempts before she manages to definitively escape her parents’ clutches and that perhaps has equal amount to do with them getting bored as it is with her expertise.
She is searching for people and places that don’t exist anywhere but her own mind, but at least it’s better than staying where she was.
///
Saito of Proclus Global has three executive assistants, all of whom speak a minimum of four languages, are qualified as triple-A certified bodyguards and emergency medical technicians, and have extensive counterintelligence training, among other varied and useful talents.
Though the woman known as Azuma can also be described as such and is frequently seen in proximity of Saito, she is not one of said executive assistants.
Her talents are a little more varied and useful than that.
///
The knowledge she has is helpful–blades and human vulnerabilities the same no matter what, languages and critical training filtering through as needed–but she remembers having powers beyond physical possibility and that’s what ultimately betrays her.
A teenager, no matter how skilled or smart or shrewd, will never be completely safe in the criminal underbelly of a big city. A lone teenager without any ties is a tempting target for many parties.
When they grab her, she fights. Foolishly, she thinks she can win. She forgets she doesn’t have endless lightning at her fingertips, energy bolstering her muscles, superhuman and unstoppable.
When they grab her, she loses. She is just a teenager, and they are a unscrupulous, government funded company trying to pioneer an entirely new method of espionage.
///
Azuma’s patron is a matter of public knowledge. It is not a weakness.
Most professional dreamers in Japan have a primary sponsor–another company, a yakuza family, a government official–and while Azuma’s patron does not have technically have the most influence in Japan, well… Proclus Global. Money is its own kind of power. And that’s not even including what Azuma can bring to the table.
Dreamers in Japan know better than to go after Azuma’s patron. Even non-native dreamers who have heard secondhand of Azuma know better than to attempt it.
Which is why, when Cobol Engineering tries to hire extractors to go after Saito, they are forced to outsource to an unhinged suspected murderer, his loyal point man, and a mediocre architect.
///
The early stages of Somnacin were riddled with problems. Unstable, inefficient, addictive–anything that could have gone wrong, did.
Her body hated every second of it, every drop that coursed through her veins. She spent the next few years in a constantly nauseated state of misery, sick and shaking, more asleep than awake and so terribly weak.
Physically, that is.
Mentally, everything she had lost was regained. The power that eluded her in the waking world flowed easily at her command, the dreamscape the most welcoming place she had been in years.
The other subjects washout–brains fried, suicide, crumbling under the pressure–but she remains. No, more than that, she thrives.
///
Azuma is not an extractor; she is not a point person or architect or chemist either. She can do all of those jobs, of course, but she thinks dividing roles that way is arbitrary and limiting. She is a professional dreamer, with all the responsibilities and capabilities involved.
Her outside reputation is as a forger, though that isn’t quite right either.
Even in dreams, no one can do what Azuma can.
///
Tetsuki is happiest when she dreams.

Legit-Looking iPhone Lightning Cables That Hack You Will Be Mass Produced and Sold
Soon it may be easier to get your hands on a cable that looks just like a legitimate Apple lightning cable, but which actually lets you remotely take over a computer. The security researcher behind the recently developed tool announced over the weekend that the cable has been successfully made in a factory.
"I’ve completely torn the cable apart to make sure there aren’t any production stoppers. Gotta make sure it’s up to par!," the security researcher MG told Motherboard in an online chat.
MG is the creator of the O.MG Cable. It charges phones and transfers data in the same way an Apple cable does, but it also contains a wireless hotspot that a hacker can connect to. Once they've done that, a hacker can run commands on the computer, potentially rummaging through a victim's files, for instance.
Tumblr media
A photo of one of the earlier, hand-made O.MG Cables. Image: Motherboard.
After demoing the cable for Motherboard at the Def Con hacking conference this summer, MG said "It’s like being able to sit at the keyboard and mouse of the victim but without actually being there."
At the time, MG was selling the handmade cables at the conference for $200 each. Now that production process has been streamlined.
"After months of work, I am now holding the very first fully manufactured #OMGCable," MG tweeted on Saturday.
"I’m just being super transparent about the process," MG told Motherboard. "[Mostly] everyone who manufactures something is going to keep it quiet up until release day when they unveil the entire thing and it’s ready for sale or they at least have a sale date."
This doesn't necessarily mean that factories are churning out O.MG Cables right now, but it shows that their manufacture can be fully outsourced, and MG doesn't have to make the cables by hand.
Know of any other interesting hacking hardware? We'd love to hear from you. You can contact Joseph Cox securely on Signal on +44 20 8133 5190, Wickr on josephcox, OTR chat on [email protected], or email [email protected].
Hak5, a company that sells hacking and cybersecurity tools, will be distributing the product once it's ready. The listing for the cable on the Hak5 website reads, "The O.MG Cable
Tumblr media
is the result of months of work that has resulted in a highly covert malicious USB cable. As soon as the cable is plugged in, it can be controlled through the wireless network interface that lives inside the cable."
"The first batch of production samples are confidence inspiring. We're balancing a number of factors in getting these mischief gadgets produced—and I think everyone is going to be excited by the finished products," Darren Kitchen, founder of Hak5, wrote in an email. "The production process has been pretty straightforward, given our experience making pentest [penetration testing] implants. The high energy MG and his team bring has colored every aspect of the project, and his attention to detail is paying off."
MG said they have never mass produced anything before.
"This was my first time doing any of it so I don’t have a good reference point," he said. "But learning how to do that was a lot easier than learning how to create the final prototypes. Most of it is the long wait times for each 'spin' to happen. But having Hak5 help me connect the dots has been a big help because there really isn’t much information on how to do it otherwise." MG added they still need to program and QA test the cables.
Apple acknowledged a request for comment but did not provide a statement.

Fic title: "Broken bones and Stolen Thrones"
Okay, so this one actually blew upmy brain. If I were to write this it would undoubtedly turn into a 300,000 wordepic that would eat my life for an entire year, at least. I’m not saying itcould never happen, but… let’s just see if I can explain it properly. It’s astrange combination of medieval, fantasy, and science fiction (possibly post-apocalypticdystopic future, IDK) that I’m not sure I can do justice in just a few hundredwords, but I’ll try.
*Cracks knuckles*
Okay, so imagine a world dividedinto clans. Humanity has been split in half, biological speaking.
Most are barbaric, full of men andwomen with superior strength, stamina, and healing. Warriors that live by thelaws of nature- survival of the fittest, kill or be killed, might makes rightkind of tribes that are constantly at war amongst themselves. They are hard tokill and tend to multiply like rabbits.
A few are filled with men and women of intellectand enlightenment that are far more technologically advanced and thrive in littlepockets of civilization that hold off the invading hordes by virtue of their powerfulweapons and ingenious defenses.  Theyhave force fields and strength draining slave collars and devastating energy weaponsthat the other tribes can’t compete with, not when they are armed with swordsand bows and clubs.
One side has strength and numbers,the other side has brains and ingenuity, and the world is locked in astalemate.
Focus on one of the technologicallyadvanced tribes- The Stark Clan, whose heraldry is a golden tower on a redbackground, and it’s Chief, Lord Anthony, who single-handedly invented thesuits of iron that allow his people to venture beyond their boundary inrelative safety, and his wife Virginia have two daughters Jane and Darcy, and eachyoung woman is brilliant in their own way.
Jane excels at mathematics andphysics and can often be found studying the stars above for a way for herpeople to escape the brutal existence that they face, trapped in their smalllittle corner of the world by the imperative to protect themselves and all theyown from the outside clans which wouldn’t hesitate to swarm and devour all theyhave built like a plague of locust were their guard to fall for one moment.
Darcy, who is a bit of an oddityamong her father’s people, has turned her back on science and invention,favoring politics and strategy over building more weapons. She dreams offinding a way to unite mankind in peace. She’s even managed to convince herfather to let her negotiate an unsteady peace treaty with a local clan, The HowlingCommandos with their encircled star and blade-like wings in silver and blue, inexchange for trading the surplus of their agricultural efforts for a kind ofoutsourced protection. Racial prejudice and tensions between the clans runsdeep, but Darcy braves the outside world as much as she can trying to buildbridges and mend fences with food and medicine, much to her family’s consternationand frustration.
She’s started building a reportwith a few of the barbarians, and is making progress with establishing trustwhen things start to fall apart.
Jane has discovered a phenomenonthat has everyone one edge - a possible threat from space that leaves herscrambling for data. She needs to set up an observatory up in the mountains,outside the protection of the boundary. Darcy talks some of her contacts intoacting as guard and guide, but when they are set upon by a different rival clan,The Æsir Valkyries, bronze hammer on red with a bolt of white lightningbackground, Jane is captured and taken as spoils to be a war bride for their smittenClan Prince, Thor.
Darcy barely manages to make ithome, and when she tells her parents about Jane’s capture, (their excursion mayor may not have been unauthorized and against Clan Law), Tony locks Darcy in herquarters, (for her own safety), and sets about rampaging through the localclans looking for his daughter.
He takes prisoners for interrogation,utilizing the slave collars, and even captures the Howling Commandos Captain,Steven. He’s had a few skirmishes with the Æsir, and knows where they set upcamp for the season, but he’s refusing to cooperate with the Lord Stark.
Darcy eventually convinces herfather to let her try talking to the man. Her approach is somewhat more successful, though the deal Steven offerssets Tony’s blood on fire and has him threatening to behead the Captain. He’ll only lead them to Jane if Darcy and her Clanhelp him rescue his shield brother Bucky from the Heads of Hydra Clan, red multi-headedbeast on black banner, a brutal and vicious clan that kidnaps and tortures thestrongest and fiercest young warriors from other clans until they submit andswear allegiance. They managed to get their hands on some tech from a raid onthe Mighty Shield Clan, black bird on grey circle, and have been unbeatableever since.
With or without her father’spermission, Darcy is determined to save her sister. Risking further treason,she accepts his deal and sneaks Steve away from her Clan. She’s not stupidenough to remove the collar that keeps his strength in check, but she’ll do herbest to arm her and her new ally against the threat they face.
There would be cameos by EVERYONEand their dog from Marvel, sub-plots and intrigues between clans, adventure,UST, epic battles, and daring rescues as Darcy tries to save Jane, (who may ormay not actually want saving), unite humanity against a greater threat fromOutside, and keep her heart, (and her loins), protected against the fiercepassion, loyalty, and reckless courage of the barbaric captain and his people.
She’ll probably fail that last one. ;)

3 Simple Reasons for TellerWifi’s Growing Business
Dan Ballantyne’s bio might as well read: when he’s not bringing wireless internet to Colorado residents or installing network towers atop the Rocky Mountains, you can find him conquering the waves of Latin America.
Founder of TellerWifi Network Operations Dan Ballantyne tells us there’s a strong link between the grit of building your own hustle and his favorite hobby, surfing.  However, it’s the quality of output that sets the two apart. While surfing is a one-time thrill, keeping up with a growing business is another feat. Having the power to change thousands of people’s lives takes your courage, responsibility, and determination to a wholly different level.
Here is Dan himself on the insights learned from his business journey and how aspiring entrepreneurs can follow in his footsteps of launching a business with a strong mission.
The Journey to the Top: Beginnings
Dan Ballantyne has quite the experience up his sleeve: a background in networking, analytics and data coupled with an MBA and hands-on experience in bringing the internet to rural villages in Mexico and installing solar setups in Honduras. But at the heart of his business lies the goal of changing people’s lives close to home. Such motivation sparked TellerWifi into existence in 2017.
“I was living in Teller County, CO, and as I started talking to county officials and looked into a variety of surveys and studies, I realized that we’re actually in the bottom 5%-10% of [internet] connectivity in the United States,” Dan shares. “We started TellerWifi with the goal of filling the gaps. As a wireless internet service provider, we’ve been able to bring the internet to places that have never had real connectivity.”
...at the heart of his business lies the goal of changing people’s lives close to home.
It was spring 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic and a national lockdown transformed his business into a life changing service for its customers nearly overnight. “In March, we saw people whose companies basically told them – if you can go home and work, we’ll let you work, otherwise we have to lay you off,” Dan says. As a result, TellerWifi has doubled up on its service, bringing network connectivity to whole communities whose life, education and work depended on it.
3 Staples for a Growing Business
Coming from both a tech and business background – mind that MBA – Dan has valuable insights stored up his sleeve. Here are the three pieces of advice he gives every wanna-be entrepreneur thinking of changing the world, one step at a time.
1. Outsource the formalities
If you’re great at tech but horrible at taxes, sales and marketing, starting a business may feel like a closed circle. How do you go from techie to entrepreneur? Dan suggests focusing on your knowledge and delegating the rest to the experts.
“I’ve done businesses in multiple countries, and in the U.S., the tax code and the business codes are built around entrepreneurs,” he says. “Don’t get so wrapped up in the business side that you stop your business just by saying ‘I don’t know how to do X, Y, and Z.’ [Instead], go see a CPA or the tax person. In an hour, they will straighten out the structure of your future business.”
 Focus on your knowledge and delegate the rest to the experts.
2. In the beginning, be the best at one thing
As important as this sounds in the market that has been defined as “inch-wide and mile-deep,” picking a vision and sticking to it is often the hardest part for aspiring entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, defining your subject matter and being good at it is the first mountain that hustlers have got to conquer.
“In the industry I’m in, there are a hundred easy spin-off businesses. But especially at the beginning, you’ve got to be the best at one thing. For us, the internet part is our core, and by focusing all our energy by making that the best we could, we did it. As opposed to having three mediocre to good products, we have one exceptional product.”
3. Find your customers’ sweet spot
Maintaining a growing business always involves the customer. We often hear about communicating with customers via digital channels. For example, your audience may be most responsive over email, or most active on Twitter. However, Dan’s business experience shows there’s more to the picture than technology.
“Figure out how your customer base works and if they like a lot of transparency, give them transparency. People want to hear and see different things, depending on where you are. When I’m in Texas and I communicate with our customer base, it’s a different style than up here in Colorado.”
Providing Wi-Fi in the Rockies comes with its bucketful of surprises, like lightning striking the network towers. But even in tough times, Dan says it’s "owning up to the situation" that warms his customers’ hearts.
 “When we interact with our customers, we’re very candid and open. In our business, it’s very easy to tell your customers it’s their fault, it’s their router, it’s their phone, etc. But when we say, ‘here’s what happened and here’s what we did to fix it,’ it builds a lot of credibility. We usually get notes back thanking us, saying it’s great service and they’re really excited about it.”
Entrepreneurship is More Than Work
Throughout life, Dan’s inspiration has been to have a growing business that would change people’s lives while allowing a mobile lifestyle for himself. Using digital tools like MightyCall’s virtual phone system, he now communicates with customers and his team on the go. So far, he’s done business from four or five different countries by just loading up MightyCall over Wi-Fi, which worked out phenomenally. And that’s just the beginning.
youtube
“There’s this idea built into people’s minds that when you get out of college, you just go to work,” he says. “And when you’re old enough that your body can’t handle it anymore, you stop working, like that is your goal in life. And I looked down and asked myself: if I have enough money today, why can’t I retire tomorrow? I’ve made it to the point of feeling good in my life and asking – how can I make something better, how can I improve something around me?”
Which brings us back to surfing and entrepreneurship. Both can be seen as a complex challenge. Unlike surfing that “feels great but is very instant gratification,” doing business is about lasting. “I’m listening to people who’re now able to work from home, people who would’ve lost their jobs otherwise, whose kids weren’t getting an education,” Dan says.
“All of them needed viable internet. What really motivates me is taking on a big challenge like that and being able to support people on the way through.”
Conclusion
At the end of the day, Dan’s story demonstrates how to embrace the entrepreneurial spirit. As a result, you can make yourself and others happy today without waiting for tomorrow. So go ahead and take the first step in starting your own hustle or growing your business more. Catch that wave. Your limits will surprise you.

SUMERIANTIME BLUES
With a Red Indian Summer chant...Hitherehowareya, hitherehowareya...Hi there, how are ya? Not my joke but I love it. Please don't ask what film it comes from, not exactly highbrow film noir, more low dirty primary colour cartoon. Anyway...let's pretend to be serious...arf.
Greetings from the Golden City/Anarcadia, all hail the black Madonna and the Rosy Cross...Sultry, feral and on heat...In the hollow of the temple, the vein that needs to burst. And at last, a storm to break the tension...release...a bolt of lightning smashed down about twenty metres from my window last night with an intensity of total sound I have never heard before. The ape man cowered in terror and the magician marvelled in thrill, which is how it should be...respect and wonder. Now, Morning song...At dawn there is an unknown bird which trills the first six notes of Stravinsky's The Firebird Suite'. Yes really. And, having checked, it is even the same notes. And the magpies sound like Varese. Meanwhile, back on the island...
Oh Britain... England my cowardly lion heart....I remember reading in 2008 that the UK has1percent of the world's population but 20percent of its CCTV cameras. Now, nine years later....'Rise and rise again till lambs become lions'? Pa! And HA! (Hiram Abif, the architect) From where does such passivity to irrevocable changes stem? GM Frankenfood? The oestrogen in the water supply? Chemtrails? Always seems a touch dubious to me when there are killing attacks made just before a general election and it is revealed that the 'lone wolf' characters were already known to the security services. If I were truly into conspiracy theories (and, despite all appearances, I am not), I might suggest that they were allowed to happen in order to have yet more restrictive laws passed by whichever party is in power. And of course, it is not the parties which hold the actual power. Are those muppet caricatures Boris and Gove going to blather and oil their way up the chain of slime again? At least we have the best sense of humour in the world...self deprecating sarcastic surrealism and a monopoly on fart jokes....
A Czech newspaper had the headline 'Britain Falls into Chaos.' Think that happened quite a long bastard while ago, but it could always be worse, says the realistic pessimist. My imminent 'holiday' in the UK will see me attempting to maintain my distance from the news but it will be hard not to be infected with the national mind set again. A hard discipline of emotional distance is required but I always love walking around the heart of London, the streets are ablaze and swarming with energies, stories and multicolour.
I set a smart teenage student some homework last week about what she would do if she were World President. A moral and well balanced page of A4 writing was handed over where her main idea involved better, deeper education for the poor and the masses (as well as support for genuine refugees and limited time on the Net for young people). Good work. I would start in those countries which pretend to be democracies but appear have become run by and full of deeply soulless idiots such as (fill in the blank). Educatshun is the onlee way forward oar wee is domed. Funn wiv langwidge.
Think about what the Mass believes and the fact that they are a Mass... the believed information used to be 'If the priest/teacher tells me, they must be right'...then that nonsense became 'If its in the papers it must be true'. Now it seems to have become 'If it's on the internet it must be real' Fake news and propaganda...Vested interests... oil and other businesses and Putin surpassing the former work of the CIA and stirring the shit up all over the world. What happens if I push these two groups together... then introduce a third party to cause a deepening chaos? Evil glee. Money to be made and power to be taken because Nature abhors the vacuum left after chaos...and psychic vampires adore the blood energy of fear.
Oliver Stone's serial on Putin...hmmm...does the baldhead truly feel himself as no more than a helpless cog in wheel of history, grinding on events beyond his control? Poor fellow. Looked cute together with the golden shower kid this month.
Heard that Michael Moore is to do a documentary on Duck Fart, sure it will be as righteously destructive as it needs to be...just sticking to the absolute facts and verbatim quotes in context should be enough to do it. Hoist him high on his own petard. Nice headline in the International Guardian about America becoming a rogue state due to the blonde egomaniac's decision to go against the climate change accord (and all his other genuinely insane ideas)...well his poor billionaire friends need all the support they can get eh? 'Evil' is un-evolved energy. So perhaps I should pretend to be a smiling Buddhist and feel sympathy for the sad little (ter)mites. But I don't. He and they of their ilk are ruining this planet and Mother is going to be very very angry. Earth First. Very decent of BP (British Petroleum) to have given Duck Fart 500,000 dollars for his election celebration. After 97 million dollars in corporate donations, you can be sure they expect him to be their whore bitch...or else.
And as for all his posturing against American law itself...after having sworn 'To protect, defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States'...with his hand on the Bible...hmmm....you have to laugh at his infantile rage against a democracy which allowed him within quacking distance of the White House, let alone into the Oval Orifice...Whaddya mean I can't build a wall (between the land grab of Tex Ass and Mexico) and take total control of U.S media? The darkest is yet to come, just before a golden dawn. Illuminated Ones, it is time to get your finger out and SHINE a light
across this globe. Get with it, get this foul reptilian out. The tweeting duck needs spit roasting. But first glaze him with a golden shower eh?
And in other depressing news... one of Osama bin Liner's sons has vowed to continue 'holy' war in his father's name and install a global caliphate. Etc. Nice to have a hobby. Good to keep busy with purpose... Without such, the ennui, nausea and panic set in hard and thoughts turn to suicide rather than mass murder, and we wouldn't want that eh? And yet worse... Au Sang Su Ki...it is becoming apparent that she is following in the bloody footprints of the ones who kept her imprisoned. I truly hope not but the facts scream for themselves. And as for Iran, a country where a girl can be held criminally responsible at the lunar age of 9 (boys get off easier at 15) but cannot actually be executed until they are 18....Allah bless such a merciful state of foul patriarchs...But  to close that paragraph with a skateboarding duck story to send you to bed with a smile, good to hear the founding leader of daesh has gone to meet his harem of 72 virgins and their mothers in law, hope that isn't fake news.
Facebook...the recent F8 (FATE) event...new updates to augment reality on your mobile screens and share the images...well this would almost sound like art, if not for the fact 'FACT' (copyright Duck Fart) that Mr Zuckerberg (and here the NSA can pick up on an actual name in these blogs which generally use pseudonyms) is thinking of running for office. Or an orifice, take your pick. My tube/your Facebook is designed to make money and manipulate the gullible and outsource/ in-source their users information while you thrill to the idea of an unreal connection to truth. Suckers. Why let yourself be used as fodder unless you are truly a deep masochist?  You had better be DAMN sure that you do not care whether or not you are a puppet. Psychic nudity is only for those who have truly chosen such. I stand by everything I have written in every blog. Networking keeps you in touch with a distorted and distracting version of reality, i-phone therefore I am...anti-social media... 'Every day of your life, you're sitting in a database, just ready to be looked at'. E.S.
Been wondering again about the prevalence of doctors who prescribe drugs just because they have been given free holidays or various enticements by the companies which make them. Not such a far fetched idea unfortunately. I have had recent talks with various chemists in Czech and the UK about this too to check the facts. Seems a real shame that so many healers work against their own Hippocratic Oath. A promise of hypocrisy perhaps. A special circle of Hell is reserved for them...
Apart from my five worsening health problems, I seem to be recording two double cds...33 songs now and another ten possibles on the peripheral third eye horizon. I plan to have only three more sessions in which to complete all. See how I love to count. Wonder which will stop me first, illness or lack of money? Already not looking forward to the non Zen emptiness of winter...so New Zealand here I come...
'I long so much to be where I was before I was me.'  (Screamin' Jay Hawkins.)
Occasionally my usual good natured self (ARF/fnord) is over-run by the blackest of humours...yesterday, walking down a long main street, I saw a small group of folk with banners and twisted expressions, and stopped to be given two leaflets which caused me to laugh out loud like Lucifer as I went on my way. Early next morning I checked their web site...; 'RAPTURE... HE WILL COME SOON, ARE YOU READY?'. That's how excited his followers make him feel. Open your orifices and let the load of the lord in. Impregnate thyselves with the holy seed...Sex and religion are always such an arousing mix.
Once more, for the lossless Hi-Fi record, I have my own personal belief in what I call God and the Christ and all the others...what I dislike is those who interrupt without being asked and push their rant/laws/insanity on others. All rivers will flow in return to the ocean. Fundamentalist missionaries of ALL creeds are foul and lonely in desperation and use fear to persuade. No Love in any of them. Humans will find their way...or not. Some of us will, some won't. The energy generated by the few will be stronger than the lack of it from the mass. Phase transitions have been taking place for decades and will continue, sense it for yourself...taking some advice from guides you have manifested in your life by 'coincidence' is not the same as blindly following leaders.
I am fairly close to being a dictionary definition of the word stupid/stoopid, just smart enough to recognise this. I have a certain unbalanced logic but made my choices decades ago. To the bitter-sweet end and until I am screaming with pain for one reason or another, will regret nothing except not having been a father. Fuj to the liars and manipulators, their own poison will destroy them eventually. Not in my lifetime but quite possibly in theirs. Self educate yourself but check the source and when certain, flow with it. Blah blah blah...Trust yourself but only after you know who and what you are. I will be all right if you kiss me. So sayeth the Omega Male.
'Better to keep silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt'. Abraham Lincon said that, yes really. I should certainly shut up, but after all these pages, it must surely be clear just how deep a fool I am anyway. Anyway...
Next in the sequence of slogans and logos noticed these days, a girl with a bag upon which was written; 'Walk like you're a mediocre white man'. Easy enough to obey that command. I met an exceptionally cool black African guy last month who was applying for status here. He spoke excellent French, having lived there...I asked him why he wanted to live in Prague rather than France and he replied 'There's too many black people in France.' He was a true believer of Almighty Jah and one of his favourite songs was 'You'll Never Walk Alone' because of  'its righteous truth'. Effortlessly natural and down to Earth, with his soul in Heaven already. Surely even Nazis must realise on how many levels white folk suck? Perhaps that is one basis for their hatred...jealousy.
Back in a room with golden light, curtains of smoke at 8pm, yes I am smoking again, surely the dumbest thing anyone can choose to do...And back to Dexedrine jazz 1958, still amazed how much I love this now, a broadening mature palette or a genuine sign of old age? Straight, no chaser.... Miles Davis and John Coltrane in wild abandoned synchronised improvising harmony...My liver is going the same way as Coltranes', shame I don't have an eighth of his talent. If I could play guitar the same way I whistle, I'd be a star. Or a black hole. Arf. Anyway...the next evening...
Wide open window...evening sky, sunlight on the cloud rims, the swallows circling, the dark green spaces between the leaves of the Horse Chestnut tree...even the houses look beautiful in glass and stone, a breeze through the window, breathing, every atom open in expectant silence. Beauty. Good to feel alive before you no longer inhabit flesh. A day is a wasted blasphemy without creating, working or truly taking it easy and watching the river. Wonders never cease...Love is Light...
See you later or not, meanwhile...you (yes, YOU) might like to have a look at this website and follow various links within the vast library. Knowledge of actual truths is always useful, so go and get Gnostic on yourself...
