Trying different things to manage chiari pain and fuckin….. I tried emulating a neck brace with a sweater and now definitely going to order an actual neck brace. I did not think it would help this much :|

goddamn I’m gonna look like Coraline’s mom (Mel, not the other mother. Other mother specifically didn’t wear the neck brace)

#still very undereducated about chiari. Don’t know what tf I’m doing man it just hurts in ways I have trouble describing?#like imagine a headache that doesn’t feel like any headache you’ve ever had.
