honestly after the new voice line i’m leaning more towards “pan understands the power of money but is not bound by it” narrative

like “rich bitch” pan is funny but i think now it’s more about controlling the economy to have power rather than just having as much money as possible just because he’s greedy/capitalist etc. it’s not personal, it’s just a tool to level the playing field between mortals and gods
