if i make it thru two chapters tonight (moonnight ii + lucie/faye meetcute, dream edition) i will be on the cusp of resilience arc. however bc i restructured the last few chs to be more soul twins centric i made a royal mess out of the graveshade chapter that now has to host introducing leah to the group and a six way loredump (shadow lore, sky is a furry joke, godsword exposition USED TO BE HERE and is currently orphaned, animalis, soul birth/descendant crests, bronze as magic conduit... kinda? via avery's sealing knife i.e. at least the terminology of what a seal is) so that fucking sucks and idk how to get out of this mess so i will spend the foreseeable future editing just this part. also they don't even fight a graveshade anymore so rip 2 that chapter title lmao

#it used to be much cleaner bc leah joined the group the same chapter raiu meets her and that got animalis/descendant lore out of the way #nd then there was nondescript travel time until hitting the first proper shadow showdown after which the rest got discussed #but now that the twins are way off in the mountains. shadow guardian scene too.. it has pulled everything out of order #dgmw i love troubleshooting i am just terminally ill to have faye get introduced proper. and all the fun new resilience additions #nd ofc meeting devon+belle so close at hand after....#augh!!!!!#i will probably just orphan a few of the scenes and then try to retrofit them #seeing as chenoa+inali used to get discussed way earlier but there is potential w lucie realizing where inali is much later too #hm. hmmm!!!!!!#shadowblogging #sr blogging
