Taeyong and Ten come over for cuddles when you’ve had a rough day.

Pairing: Taeyong x Ten x reader

Out of all the members if you ever needed anything from advice to company for dinner, you knew who to call. Taeyong or Ten. They both always answered your calls if they could, and if not they’d make sure to text to ensure all was okay. Tonight you were having a particularly hard night. You had had an emotional day, making for an emotional night, as well as some lovely insomnia. It was late and you didn’t expect an answer but you tried them anyways. First was Ten. He didn’t answer which you figured due to their busy schedules. You tried Taeyong this time, not very hopeful for an answer.

“Well good evening.” You heard a groggy voice say, it continued. “What’s the matter?”

“I’m really sorry to be calling this late but I can’t sleep.”

He noticed your puffy red eyes and knew you probably went back and forth on wanting to call him. He thought for a second, still sleepy.

“Give me a few and I’ll be right over.”

Before you could disagree and say you just wanted to talk, Taeyong hung up. Your phone began to ring and you answered it before you could even read the name, thinking he hung up on accident.

“Hello sweets.” This voice was definitely softer than the previous sleepy speech.

Noticing your face, just like Taeyong, he began again before you could.

“I had a feeling there was a reason I couldn’t sleep. I’ll clean up my work and head over.”

“Ten no, I’m okay, I just wanted to talk.” You pleaded, not needing them both to mess up their schedules just for you.

“Hmmmm…. I’m not sure I believe that.” He said giggling, trying to make you feel a little more lighthearted. “I’ll see you shortly.”

Now both were on their ways to you, and you really just wanted to talk to them. You decided to text Ten to tell him that Taeyong was already on his way. He answered back with, ‘not if i beat him there!’ All you could say was ‘fine.’ Both of them are determined and won’t let you say no to their no invitation visit. You accepted your fate and just waited.

While waiting you went to the kitchen and grabbed a glass of water. Then you heard a light knock. You were slightly curious who got here fastest. Opening the door you saw the sweet warm smile of Ten. He really wasn’t lying when he said he was going to beat Taeyong here. You both ended up in the kitchen waiting for Taeyong. He arrived maybe 5 minutes after Ten and was surprised to see someone else with you when you let him inside.

“I tried to tell both of you no but neither of you listened so now both of you are here.”

They both laughed, pulling you into a big hug in between them.

“Weirdos.” You said while being squished, then getting room to breathe again. You took in a dramatic deep breath like you were dying for some air. They both gave you the same annoyed ‘for real?’ look as you giggled. You were already feeling better just being with them. Taeyong then took off his shoes and went straight for the bedroom. He was still tired since you woke him up in the middle of his nice sleep, again you tried to tell him no. You could hear him fall down onto the bed in the silence surrounding you. Ten began to make some hot tea thinking this may help some. It felt like it took no time at all to make and you and him were drinking tea and talking about your days. You shed a few tears talking about yours, he wrapped an arm around your shoulders, pulling you to him. Exhaustion and the calming tea finally caught up to you and you were getting tired. Making your way to the bedroom, he followed tirelessly behind you. You giggled as you stood at the end of your bed seeing Taeyong cuddled up with your blanket.

“He really is cute when he’s not being annoying, right?” Ten started laughing lightly then continued. “You know I’m right y/n.” You answered with a smile. You both decided to climb into bed trying not to wake Taeyong up. Luckily he was on the side of your bed so you laid next to him, in the middle. Ten wrapped his arm around your waist and snuggled his head in the crease of your neck.

“Thank you again.” You said sleepily.

All Ten could do in response was smile into your neck.
