“Are you sure you want to do this?” Jaemin asked, as you stepped out of his dark van a few streets away from the house.

You wrapped your arms around his neck, and pressed your lips quickly to his. “Yes. I’ll get to meet all your friends…”

”But as a waitress? Won’t that be weird?” he said.

“Would you prefer to tell everyone that NCT Dream’s Jaemin has a secret girlfriend?” you said.

Jaemin stole another kiss, lingering near you, breathing you in deeply. “Who cares about the media? Let’s tell everyone. Let’s tell them right now.”

You laughed and pushed him off. “This is best way, okay? Now go.”

Despite all your teasing, you quivered inside. It would not be easy seeing Jaemin wander around the room, dazzling everyone, and not be able to even hold his hand.

As soon as you entered the huge ballroom, your wrist straining under a plate of canapes, you tried to keep track of where Jaemin was - but you soon got distracted.

“Didn’t you hear? He’s got some bimbo hidden away in Seoul,” a man, possibly an idol, whispered.

Jeno was standing next to him. “That’s just gossip. Jaemin’s nothing like that.”

You froze at the sound of your boyfriend’s name. You hadn’t even realised they were talking about you.

“I heard she’s a normal person. Wow, there must be a line of groupies just begging to sleep with him.” the man continued.

Another man chimed in, winking, and said “I wonder what special skills got her the job.”

They all laughed.

Chenle rolled his eyes. “You guys should work for a newspaper.”

They turned to look at you, and you realised you were standing next to them, frozen.

“C- canapes?” you said, your voice hoarse. They turned away without saying anything.

You rushed away, bumping into someone as you went, desperate to get as far away from that man as possible. But it seemed like the same conversation was happening across the room. You spotted Jaemin, and moved quickly towards him.

“You have to tell us who she is!” an company executive was saying, clapping Jaemin on the back. Jaemin wore a slight smile, but you could tell from his dark cheeks that he was embarassed.

“I’m not going to tell you a thing,” Jaemin answered.

“So there is a girl!” the man said. “Look, Jaemin” he said, dangling a set of keys in his hand. “You can use my Ferrari anytime. Now what do you have to say in return?”

Jaemin shook his head. “It’s nothing like that. I… love her.”

The tray of canapes fell from your hands and bounced over the floor.

”Oh, for god’s sake!” the man said, looking at you.

You crouched down to pick them up. Jaemin bent down, too, to the amazement of the other people in the group.

Jaemin sighed. “I’m so sorry about my friends, I’ll kick them all out, I’ll get new friends!”

You placed a finger on his lips, then quickly drew it away.

“You love me?” you said quietly. “That's what you said, isn't it?”

Jaemin smiled. “Of course. I didn’t mean to pressure you, and you don’t have to say it back-”

“I love you too,” you said, and Jaemin’s mouth fell open.

You barely made it into Jaemin’s apartment before his lips were on yours, his hands racing over your back as if he couldn’t believe you were real.

“We’re never talking to those people again,” Jaemin moaned.

You smiled. “What? Don’t you like being the rockstar playboy?”

He rolled his eyes.

You couldn’t fight a laugh. “Maybe I should go, so you can move on to the next girl in your long line of groupies.”

Jaemin groaned, “Y/n-”

“Just shut up and kiss me, Mr. Bachelor,” you said, grinning.

When He Realized He Loves You: NCT Dream

headcanon: what makes the dreamies understand how deep their feelings are for you?

Mark:

He woke up thinking about you.

Its not like Mark has a lot of time on his hands to be thinking about anything other than his craft, so it wouldn’t be fair to say that you’re on his mind 24/7.

But when he first wakes up in the morning after a long week, sun shining through his window onto his messy sheets, the warmth under them too tantalizing to want to get up, his first coherent thought is how amazing it would be to have you enveloped in this warmth with him.

And that thought knocked him right out of his groggy state. How was he supposed to focus on his work now?

Renjun:

 He started seeing you everywhere. Not literally, of course, even though he wouldn’t mind that either.

He just started seeing you in all the things he noticed throughout the day.

When he looked out the window at the sunset, he wondered if you would like to watch it sometime, or if you preferred sunrises. When he saw a cute stray cat while on a walk, he immediately whipped his phone out to send you a pic. When he saw that your favorite soda just released a new strawberry flavor, he bought you an entire case and dropped it off at your place.

Every little thing reminded him of you, until he eventually realized he thinks about you way more often than a normal friend probably would.

Jeno:

He got a little too moody. Specifically when he had to see you with another guy.

Poor Jeno, the introverted loverboy he is. Leave it to him to friendzone himself by never confessing to you how he feels, relegating himself to just watching you date various guys, all various levels of horrible, and helping you pick up the pieces after.

But the last of these guys was the straw that broke the camel's back for Jeno, and he didn’t care to hide his jealousy in front of you or your new man.

Jeno always understood he felt some type of something for you. But when seeing you with another guy made him feel like a bull trapped in a rodeo with a red flag waved in its face, he realized it was maybe more than a little crush.

Haechan:

He told his mom about you.

Like a true mama’s boy, Hyuck loves to update his mom about all the big things and little things happening to him everyday.

He told her about the funny conversation he had with a girl at his friend’s party. A few weeks later, he told her about how that girl introduced him to a new game he can’t stop playing. A few weeks after that, his mom noticed a new bracelet he was wearing, and he explained that you made it for him.

Now Hyuck may be a smart guy, but when it comes to realizing he’s in love he’s a bit slow on the uptake– it took his mom pointing out that you seem to be the main character in all of his stories, for him to finally see that he wanted you to be the main character in his life too.

Jaemin:

His life started making sense.

Jaemin has always been the kind of person to just do what seems fun, or seems wise, or just what seems like an interesting thing to do.

He didn’t apply a ton of reason to the decisions he made, which led to a life buzzing with noise and discombobulation.

Talking to you was another one of these thoughtless whims, and at first, your friendship blurred right into the buzz of his life.

But at some point, he started putting more thought into his choices– thoughts of what you would choose, or what you would think of the choices he made. He consulted you more and more for your input, and with every word you divulged, the blurring became clearer, the buzzing got quieter.

He realized he wanted to have this clarity for the rest of his life, he needs you for the rest of his life.

Chenle:

Everyone else realized it for him.

All Chenle thought was that he had made a new friend, something that comes so naturally to him.

He didn’t think anything was weird about him wanting to talk to you, or you being the first person he shared good news with, or you being the person he wanted to confide in when he felt upset.

Sure, there were times where he talked to you more often than even some of his own family members, but you were one of his best friends! Of course you would be on his mind a lot, right?

It wasn’t until those around him pointed out his specific smile that only appears when you’re around, or his adoring gazes that linger just a bit too long to mean nothing, that he finally realized the thing that everybody else already knew.

Jisung:

He found it harder to talk to you.

Oh, sweet sweet Jisung.

He was already shy with you at first, but as you two grew closer in your friendship, it became so easy for him to talk to you. Eventually he’d want to talk to you every single day, all day long, sometimes until his voice felt hoarse because he’s not used to talking that much with anyone.

Then, on one particular day, it felt particularly difficult for him to get the particular words he wanted out to you. Maybe he was just tired, he thought.

Until it started happening every time he talked to you. He was too busy worrying about not embarrassing himself (even though he’d embarrassed himself plenty of times during your friendship already), and it wasn’t until he questioned why he was worried that he realized he wanted more than just a friendship with you.

마크 mark | when he realized she was his inspiration

He had been thinking about the rest of the lyrics for a while, lost in thought, his mind seemed to stop for a moment and he couldn't think, he took a deep breath, threw his head back and closed his eyes "What's wrong with me? Think Mark...Think." He leaned over the notebook and looked at the lyrics he had written again, read them from top to bottom and his throat got tight, he swallowed hard. Mark frowned, he read them again to check, as if the lyrics were going to change. But no, they were still the same, he realized that all these lyrics he had written were about you right now, he knew that he had complicated feelings for the last few months but he always tried to push them back and not think about them, but apparently even though he tried to ignore his feelings, they had somehow emerged, and with a song he had written, a song he had written for you...

He realized that he had always used you as an inspiration while trying to make sense of the lyrics. The words in front of him were telling the times he had spent with you and the complicated feelings he had felt for the last few months. The song had unknowingly become about you. The thoughts floating around in his mind got mixed up, because he didn't know what to do with this awareness. Up until now, he had thought he only saw you as a friend, but what he felt told him more.

He put his head in his hands and took a deep breath. The moments he spent with you, your laughter, your deep conversations, those small, meaningful words you said to him... All of them started to spin in his mind at once. He was afraid of losing control of the feelings in his heart, because this new awareness was changing everything. 'No, this must be just a coincidence,' he thought, trying to convince himself. But deep down, he knew that this song was all about you. With a slight flutter in his heart, he closed the notebook and leaned back in his chair, looking up at the ceiling. He had to pull himself together, but he also realized that there was no turning back from his feelings. Accepting that you were his inspiration both restored his passion for writing and made his heart get even more confused when he thought about you.

런쥔 renjun | when he learned to embrace her touch

You knew Renjun avoided contact most of the time and you respected that, well sometimes. There were times when you wouldn't notice it and you would be close, when you wouldn't see him for a long time and you would hug him for a moment and when you realized Renjun wasn't wrapping his arms around you, it would dawn on you and you would quickly pull back, he would laugh at this and shake his head every time. He didn't mean to upset you, he just preferred to stay in his private space. Except for one day of course...

One day, while watching a movie together, you jokingly wanted to lean your head on his shoulder. Renjun pulled your shoulder as usual and said, "Find another pillow." At that moment, as you pulled your head back with a smile, a feeling of unease welled up inside Renjun. Normally, it would come naturally to him to reject you, but this time, he felt like pushing you away was wrong, the little touch had felt strange for the first time, and no, it wasn't a bad feeling. As he turned to you, your head was still on his shoulder, and the scent that came to him seemed to have blocked his momentary thoughts. After that sentence he said while laughing, he couldn’t focus on the movie, he was only thinking about how much he regretted rejecting you and how he wanted to smell your scent again.

This realization made Renjun nervous, because he didn’t know how to confront you about it. As the days passed, he thought more about your contact, the warmth he felt even a little, your smile...He had always pushed you away when he could have had it all. After that day, when his mind was wandering, he could sometimes notice that you were still trying to hug and touch him, and he was waiting for a moment for you to do it, but every time you didn’t, it resulted in another disappointment. Until one day, after a few weeks, when you met again, he tried to suppress his smile when he realized that you had brought him his favorite dessert and looked at you. You were close to him and he could see that your arms were restless, but you were still holding yourself back from hugging him. At that moment, he gathered his courage, put the dessert aside and touched your shoulder lightly with one hand, you looked at your arm and then at him in surprise. With a slight smile on his face, he spoke almost in a whisper "I can be your pillow this time."

At first, you couldn't believe what you were hearing, your eyebrows rose in surprise, he was waiting for a step from you, he wanted to smell your scent that he had started to forget. When you finally wrapped your arms around his waist and buried your head in his neck, he wrapped his arms around you lightly, this was new to him and he didn't know if he should hug you tightly, "Hey if you want to hug, do it right or I'm going to pull away." As soon as your voice reached his ears, he laughed and wrapped his arms around you tightly, buried his head in your hair and breathed in your scent that he missed. Oh, he knew it was too late to turn back from these feelings, but he didn't care anymore, he wouldn't risk losing you, he wouldn't let anyone else feel your touch.

Okay, first of all, Jeno knows that he's not someone who gets jealous of his friends and it would never be a problem if his friends spent more time with their other friends than him. It was the same for you, he noticed your boy friends on your Instagram stories, how you sometimes talked less when you were together and it definitely didn't matter to him, or so he thought...

This time, things were different and he couldn't understand why it was a problem for him when you were joking and laughing with another guy. His hand was involuntarily clenched into a fist and he never took his eyes off you, his heart skipped a beat as he looked at the beauty of your smile, you were laughing with another guy and wasn't he the one who made you laugh so much? Oh, this was definitely a problem for him. Still, he stayed silent at first, thinking 'Why has this friendship become so difficult?' in his mind but he knew very well what the answer actually was, just thinking about it made his head and heart ache.

One day when you were able to meet up alone, he felt weird, he knew he had no right to question you but he couldn’t stop himself, his thoughts were running through his head, his leg was shaking with stress while he was listening to you. Jeno examined your smile carefully, that day that guy had also seen your smile from this closeness, he felt a pang in his heart again. At that moment, you stopped talking in the middle and frowned. “Are you okay? You seem so distracted.” His leg stopped shaking, he took a deep breath, “Why have we been so far apart lately? I mean- it’s like you’re closer to the others now.” you didn’t know what to say, you didn’t understand why this was a problem for Jeno. “I- I’m sorry if I made you feel like I was ignoring you, Jeno, but I want you to know that I have more fun when I spend time with you.” he looked into your eyes for a while, you could see the sparkle in his eyes and that sweet sight made you smile, even his slightest movement made you laugh and he couldn’t notice it.

“Really?” Jeno asked, his voice low but slightly challenging. The surprise on your face reminded him of how open he hadn’t really been about it. He realized that being with you meant more than just friendship, but he had kept it hidden deep down because he was afraid to say it. But now, the fact that you were spending time with someone else was causing a flood of emotions inside him that he couldn’t control. With a moment of courage, he placed his hand on top of yours and gently held it, “I… I don’t know, I just want to spend more time with you.” He could barely get the words out, he couldn’t look at you directly, eyes were on where your hands met, “You just had to say that, I want to spend more time with you too. As if you understand me better than others.” The sentence you said caused the same feeling to arise in his heart again, he nodded “So… Next week?” He raised his eyebrows questioningly, you laughed. “Tomorrow?” He returned your smile, you both had gotten rid of the strange atmosphere shortly after. You knew Haechan had a flirtatious personality, every time you talked he would add a flirtatious compliment to the mix and continue with his normal life. It was like a game to him, he would watch you roll your eyes and ignore him with a smile, he enjoyed annoying you and you knew it very well.

One day when you had arranged to meet again, he was waiting for you while playing on his phone, when the door opened he raised his head and smiled when he saw you. He opened his arms to hug you, took a few steps towards you and said "Woah what's this beauty? Did you dress up for me baby?" he chuckled at how you rolled your eyes again, you wrapped your arms around him and before pulling away you spoke into his ear "Maybe I wanted to impress you?" you winked at him when you pulled away, he didn't respond for a while, okay now he had to explain to himself why his heart was racing. The words got stuck in his throat, he couldn't say anything and you laughed at his reaction, you had finally caught him off guard and this sight was worth seeing.

Haechan stumbled slightly, looked away from you, his hand went to the back of his neck and scratched it nervously, you could clearly see a nervous smile on his face "Wow this- you- this is new, okay.." he mumbled, but he couldn't stop the turmoil inside him. You had unexpectedly played with his heart and he didn't like it, how dare you embarrass him when it was his job? Again, no matter how embarrassed he was, he accepted it as a challenge, but this time his aim wasn't to make you mad, he wanted more, from this feeling he couldn't understand and from you. His flirty behaviors increased day by day, he waited to get an answer from you and experience the same feeling, every time he got what he wanted, he continued his day with a big smile on his face and a flutter in his heart.

He would continue this a little longer, your little flirty behaviors amused him and he would continue this before he told you his feelings. He would do this until he caught you off guard and won you over again, whenever he noticed the slightest bit of embarrassment while you were playfully flirting, he would say the phrase 'I like you' like it was a very normal thing and watch you double over in embarrassment before laughing and wrapping you in his arms.

재민 jaemin | when he saw her true self

Jaemin was always someone who showed himself with his self-confidence and extroversion, despite being the exact opposite of him, your friendship was going very well. Actually, your friendship wasn't that long ago, that was because you couldn't act exactly as you wanted around him and Jaemin understood this very well and waited for you until you were comfortable.

But you got used to Jaemin easily, unexpectedly, the quiet and shy side inside you was slowly starting to relax with his crazy and sincere attitude. He didn't miss the fact that you were more talkative and smiling more often around him, and he felt good because he could make you feel more comfortable every time he saw your smile.

You had accepted his invitation when he played basketball with his friends, you didn't join in while they were playing and watched them for a while. A few minutes later, when everyone dispersed, he dragged the ball to your feet, you looked at the ball first and then at him, stopped for a while when he motioned for you to come with his head. Normally you would have preferred to sit down instead of playing but Jaemin’s comforting smile made you stand up and walk towards him with the ball. “I suck at this.” you said while bouncing the ball a few times, he quickly grabbed the ball from your hands and started driving it into the basket without giving you a moment to be surprised, you ran after him, you didn’t want to let him win “Hey this isn’t fair I was talking!” he heard you yell from behind him and turned to you, his smile widened when he realized you were following him and he slowed down his run, when you finally caught up to him, Jaemin deliberately let you take the ball and waited for you to take the shot without losing his smile.

You knew you couldn’t do it but you didn’t care, the moment you had fun with Jaemin surpassed everything. You looked at the ball you missed with a smile “I told you…” you turned to him and realized that Jaemin had already come running to hug you, you tried to escape his hug with a smile but he caught you from behind “I caught you.” you turned your head to him, your faces were close, closer than you expected. Jaemin pulled back slightly, happy to see your heart-warming smile more often now. He was reaching the real you and he knew he was actually digging his own grave. He knew that his feelings for you were only grow bigger. But he didn’t stop, that was his goal from the beginning, he knew that he wasn't friendly towards you and he had to make you feel good by making you trust him first so that he could make a move on you. He just liked that you felt comfortable and safe around him, he thought he could take care of you better than anyone else and knowing that, he was eagerly waiting for the day he could hold you in his arms and tell you that he loved you.

천러 chenle | when he learns to listen

You had understood Chenle had a loud personality when you first met him, well...it wasn't that hard. Especially since you were the listener in your friendship, he liked telling you about his experiences, his other friends listened to him too (even though some said he was a bit too talkative), but he seemed to like you listening to him more. He didn't know why, but listening to him with a smile and reacting to everything he said made him talk more excitedly.

Until one day, he became silent in a way he didn't understand. While you were telling him how your day was, he would watch you with a smile, refusing to talk for the first time, and when you looked into his eyes, he tried to ignore the change in heart beat, he didn't understand. "By the way, are you okay? You're a little too quiet today." he cleared his throat and quickly looked away from you. "No uh- I just don't feel like talking today. Besides, it's more fun to listen to you." you blinked a few times. "I was actually telling you how I've been sitting around doing nothing all day, but thanks for finding it entertaining." he laughed nervously, feeling weird and stupid. He thought it was a temporary feeling, he was sure that everything would be okay tomorrow.

But no, it didn't happen as he expected, he was quieter around you now and all he wanted was to hear your voice "Sooo what did you do today?" he watched you roll your eyes as you took a deep breath "This is the 3rd time you've asked this Chenle, and the answer is still the same." he put his elbow on the table and then his head on his palm and looked at you with a smile "And? When I did this, you listened to me without getting bored. Come on, tell me again, I'll listen to you, like I always do." and he happily started listening to your daily routine that he now knew by heart.

Although this was something he didn't think much about at first, when Haechan told him how quiet he was around you and how it wasn't normal for him, he frowned and thought about it for a moment. He was afraid to think about it deeply and his fears were starting to grow. But he also knew that he couldn't ignore it anymore.

However, Chenle is an open person, if he really knows he has a crush on you, he won't hesitate to admit it. He'll occasionally squeeze in small compliments while talking;

'Your eyes sparkling when you talk are so cute, I'll listen to you more often from now on.'

'Hey, it's okay, I like how excited you are, don't think you're overreacting.'

He'll suddenly grab your hand and when you ask why, he'll tell you to keep talking and ignore your question. It won't take long for you to realize his feelings for you, that's his plan, he doesn't want to lose you and he's waiting for the day when you'll shut him up by covering his lips every time he talks.

지성 jisung | when he felt the sting of emptiness

Jisung always loved making handmade gifts for his friends. It just improved his manual skills and he enjoyed giving gifts to his friends, and he would often do it to you. There were many handmade gifts you got from him, like case charms, bag charms, bracelets, etc. It made him happy to see that you were actually using them and it was okay if you didn't, he knew you still had them at home. But when you met up one day and realized you weren't wearing the bracelet he had just given you, that empty space on your wrist hurt him for the first time.

Normally, if you had a new charm, you would definitely wear it the next time you met, of course you didn't have to, he knew that but he didn't know why his eyes kept going to your empty wrist and making him feel uneasy. You noticed his gaze again while you were sipping your coffee at a cafe and put the coffee back on the table. "Jisung, you've been staring at my hand almost since we met. Is there something I can't see?" he looked away shyly, he was hesitant to tell you this, he thought he had no right to complain but his emotions got the better of him "No- there's nothing..That's the problem."

You frowned for a moment and looked at your hand "What do you mean?" he took your hand and gently touched it, moving it towards your wrist, his touch sent an electric sensation through your body "It's just..Didn't you like my gift? I was expecting you to wear it today. You.. Normally you would do that." you let out a sigh of relief when you realized what the problem was and chuckled "Jisung you scared me, I just went out today and honestly forgot to wear all my jewelry. I don't even have earrings." you tucked your hair behind your ear and showed him a proof. Jisung wanted to crawl into the ground at that moment, he didn't know why he was so obsessed with it, you could use it if you wanted and not if you wanted, he couldn't force you.

After that day was over, he found himself making you new gifts, he knew that there was only one answer to his heart that beat faster every time he thought of you but he was too shy to say it so he would show his feelings with his gifts. He would go from writing 'I love you' on one of the stones he added to your bracelet to making another bracelet for the two of you that would look like a couple. Of course, it wouldn't be hard to find these little notes, you cared about his gifts and these beautiful sentences wouldn't escape your attention as you examined them carefully.

NCT Dream when you take care of them when they're sick. 

Mark Lee

Such a talker even though he's sick! It's the fever that's talking. Somehow, never gets tired of talking and always talks in slurry ways because of the medicine lmao. Mark would probably complain whenever you insist that he should rest, because he wants to work right away!! But no, you have to nag him that he can't because his fever isn't going down any minute. One time you caught him using his laptop even though he should be resting. He received an earful from you lol. 

Huang Renjun

Taking care of sick! Renjun is peaceful. He just needs rest and sleep so that his fever can go down. Probably prefer natural remedies like tea and oranges, so you have to opt to buy him some. He's very lucky that you're there as his nurse, always checking on him and everything. But he probably went to the point that he told you that you shouldn't overwork taking care of him but you insist that you're perfectly fine. Kisses aren't a must, but you probably sneaked a kiss on the hair when he was sleeping. (he wasn't by the way.)

Lee Jeno

Oh this sweet little guy is very very calm, but his sneezes are horrendous, so you get startled whenever he sneezes lol. He doesn't need that much to take care of because he knows he can handle himself and doesn't want to overwork you, so he rests as much as he can. But whenever he's awake, he's also a talker! But that's because he's sick. He'll complain 24/7 that his head hurts and it's hot, and he blames the change of the weather for the fever!! You only coo at how cute your boyfriend is, and just lets him be. 

Lee Donghyuck

THE NEEDIEST MAN EVER!! He needs your attention, he needs you!! You're his remedy!! He wants your cuddles and kisses, it'll heal his fever!! But no, he's ban from you because you don't want to get his fever. Of course you still nurse him even though he's being whiny at how you don't want to hug or give him a kiss. Poor baby. You promised him that you'll give him affection as soon as he recovers. 

Na Jaemin

Another clingy and needy man who's high because of the medicine. He wants the princess treatment so bad and it's so rare of you to take care of him. (Usually it's him who takes care of you.) So when he got sick, he finds it as a way to be pampered by you, BUT at the same time, he doesn't want to overwork you. Probably the type to just want to hold your hand and whine if you need to go to the kitchen to get him some soup lol. 

Zhong Chenle

I feel like, out of all the members, Chenle's the easiest to take care of. He's sick so his energy is VERY very low. He'll be in bed, resting and sleeping his sickness away. Probably has a humidifier on the side and a cooling towel on his forehead, and oh!! he loves it when you peel apples and oranges for him. :(( I feel like he likes having you by his side, so you have to sit beside him whenever he's awake or eating. Holds your hands while sleeping too. :((

Park Jisung

Another one who's also easy to take care of! He stays in bed because he doesn't want to worry you that much. He's a bit talker but that's just him complaining that it's hot or that everything feels so heavy, poor baby :< Is very shy because you're taking care of him but wants more of it!! He wants cuddles and hugs but he's too shy to ask you for it and is also afraid that you might get sick too.

nct dream’s reaction to your feet hurting from wearing high heels

Notes: hi loveys! it’s been awhile :( i know i said i’ll post the jaemin au soon but it’s taking longer than i expected to craft it. so i was inspired by this mark’s bubble & fancall + my own experience after a new pair of high heels obliterated my feet when i wore it for a wedding reception. i hope you all enjoy this! sending lots of love <3

𔘓Mark:

Your friend’s wedding reception is finally over. A night of celebration, of watching your friend so happy in her wedding gown and so excited to finally be married to the love of her life. A whole night of eating, casual drinking and dancing on the dance floor. But now that Mark and you are walking home from the car near midnight, the ache in your feet and the blisters on the heels of your feet can no longer be ignored. Mark stayed away from drinks all night knowing he had to drive home, he’s holding your hand and the two of you are walking in what seems like blissful silence. But he quickly notices the way you stagger slightly, you try not to let the pain show on your face, knowing you’ll be home soon anyway. “You okay?” Mark asks softly. You quickly nod, offering a thin-lipped smile. “Just my heels…” Mark glances down, noticing the redness on the skin, around the rim of your black high heels. His eyebrows arch in concern, eyes darting up at you and then down at his own feet. He slides his feet out of his dress shoes, then squats down to gently hold your ankle, tugging your feet out of your high heels. “Mark. Baby, what are you doing?” Mark helps you put on his shoes, clearly a few sizes too big for you. He hooks his fingers at the counters of your high heels before standing up straight again and holding your hand. His own feet were clad only in his navy Polo Ralph socks. “Better?” He asks with a sweet smile on his face, and you can’t help but chuckle as you smile back, nodding as you two make the rest of the way home like this. Your hand in his, as he walks almost barefoot, your high heels in his other hand.

You were starting to have trouble walking because of blisters forming on the heel of your right feet because of your high heels. Renjun and you are on a date and you really wanted to wear this pair of white heels you saved for this specific dress you’re wearing today. Even though you weren’t a tall girlie, you never really wore high heels, always preferring sneakers for comfort. But you haven’t dressed up properly in a while and you wanted to today. Renjun was holding your hand, clutching tightly onto you when you wobble due to the pain. He looks at you as you regain your balance. “Your feet are hurting, aren’t they?” He asks, a small frown on his face from worry. You shake your head, “Just not used to walking too long in heels.” Renjun glances down at your feet, seeing how red your skin has turned. He sighs as he shakes his head, leading you by the hand to sit on a nearby bench. As you finally sit down, you let out a soft sigh of relief as Renjun squats in front of you. He pulls out two, moomin band-aids from his back pocket. “I warned you about wearing these heels, love…” Renjun nags as he pulls your foot gently out of your shoes to place the band-aid over your blister, doing the same with the other. “But I wanted to look pretty for today,” you mutter as you let him take care of you. “You’re always pretty.” Renjun mumbles back as he finishes putting the band-aids on you, looking up as he smiles. “All done, does it help at all?” You nod as you slip your feet back into your high heels, the pain much less noticeable. “Thanks, love.” The two of you go on your way, with moomin band-aids peeking out from the counter of your shoes.

𔘓Jeno:

You hiss, gripping onto Jeno’s forearm as you stumble slightly. Jeno looks back at you, reaching to hold your waist, stabilising you. “What’s wrong, baby?” “My high heels are killing me…” You’re at your wits end with this. You’ve been wearing your heels all night, you even prepared band-aids but they’ve rolled up from all the walking and now you’re left with blisters forming and a constant ache at the bottom of your feet. There’s still some distance to the car, Jeno bites his lower lip, thinking. You hold onto him still, trying to adjust your feet, as if it would help lessen the pain. Jeno suddenly grabs your hand, gently peeling them off his forearm. You look up at him curiously. “Jeno, what are you- aaAA!” Jeno bends down and throws you over his shoulder, holding your dress firmly against your thighs as he chuckles at your surprised scream. “LEE JENO! oh my- put me down!” He continues walking with you over his shoulder, his hand gripping on the back of your thigh protectively, “Almost there, baby.” It’s pretty late at night but there’s still enough people around to make you feel embarrassed about this all. When the two of you finally reach the car, Jeno puts you down. You’re standing up again, back pressed softly against the car. You’re covering your face, out of both embarrassment and shyness. “What?” Jeno asks, chuckling as he unlocks the car with his key. “That was so embarrassing…” you mumble as you put your hands down and away from your face. Jeno smiles as he ruffles your hair, opening the passenger seat door. “Get in, princess. Let’s go home and soak your feet in some warm water, hm?”

𔘓Haechan:

“Would it kill you to walk slower?” You whine as you’re literally being dragged by Haechan as you struggle to keep up with his pace in your high heels. Haechan stops in his tracks, “I told you not to wear those. Your feet always end up hurting.” Haechan playfully complains. You pout slightly, bantering. “But it makes me look sexy…” you mutter. Haechan chuckles, “Not so sexy when you can’t even keep up with me.” Haechan laughs when you look at him disapprovingly, crossing your arms. He shakes his head, pulling out a drawstring pouch from his bag. He opens it and pulls out a pair of your sneakers, with clean socks stuffed below the tongue. You look at him with a shocked expression, eyebrows arched in both confusion and also endearment. Haechan chuckles at your expression, squatting down to help you change out of your uncomfortable high heels. “What’s with that face? Why? Are you touched?” He teases. You let out a huff, hesitating as you watch him slide your foot into your sneaker. “Kind of…” He keeps your high heels into the drawstring pouch before stuffing it back into his bag. “I know beauty is pain. But I brought them in case the pain got a little too much…” He says as he looks at you, smiling. You can’t help but reach out to pinch his cheek lightly. “See how much i love you now?” Haechan says teasingly as you two continue walking, now much more comfortably as you’re able to keep up with him.

𔘓Jaemin:

Jaemin came to pick you up after work. It was an important day and you had a presentation that you’re been stressing over all week. So Jaemin and you decided to celebrate by eating dinner together. Dinner was great, but now that you two are walking back home from the train station, your feet are starting to ache from wearing your high heels all day. You’re walking a lot more slowly as your arm is hooked around Jaemin’s. He notices your discomfort before you even say anything. “Are your feet hurting, honey?” He asks in a soft voice. You look at him, nodding slowly. “But it’s fine, we’ll be home soon anyway.” Jaemin frowns, stopping in his tracks as he holds your hand now. “It’s still quite a walk…” He says, expression softening in worry before he perks up slightly. He lets go of your hand, moving to stand, hunched in front of you. He claps once before turning his head slightly to smile at you. “Get on!” You chuckle, “Huh?” “Get on my back.” “What? No, I’m heavy…” Jaemin clicks his teeth, shaking his hips playfully (this man loves to shake ass). “Hurry!” “Ok, ok, fine.” You finally give in as you hop onto his back, giggling as he hooks his arms firmly under the back of your thighs. “Let’s go!” He exclaims as he begins to playfully run towards the direction of home, with you squealing as you cling tightly onto him.

𔘓Chenle:

You rarely wore high heels, because they were painful to walk in. So you had no idea what came over you when you put them on today. Chenle and you barely even got to the restaurant when you tapped out, complaining about how the heels are already blistering your skin. The two of you still had time to spare before your dinner reservation so Chenle asked you to stay in the car as he ran to a shop nearby to get you some comfortable shoes. You tell him it’s fine and to just get some band-aids instead. You see Chenle jogging back towards the car, a big smile on his face and a big paper bag in hand. When he opens the door, he laughs as he gets in. “I got us matching sneakers.” He states as he pulls a shoe box out of the paper bag. Chenle has you change out of your high heels. “Aren’t they expensive?” You ask as you take note of the brand. Chenle shakes his head, “Doesn’t matter, we haven’t gotten a matching item in a while. Does the shoe fit? Can’t remember if I got your size right.” You nod, smiling at him. “It fits, it’s comfy too.” Chenle chuckles. “Definitely better than your heels…” You gaze at him sweetly, before leaning over to plant a soft peck on his cheek. “Thanks, baby.” Chenle freezes slightly, his ears and then his cheek turning red. “It’s fine… let’s go.” He exits the car first, walking over to your side as he opens the door. His hand stretched out for you to take.

It’s after the dinner and dance event at the place you intern. The other intern, Jisung and you were walking to the train station to head back home since the both of you only live a couple stops away from each other. You two were talking about the events of the night and how your week was when you staggered slightly, the ache in your feet making you almost lose your balance. Jisung’s arm stretches out almost instinctively, hovering at the small of your back but not quite touching. “Be careful, are you okay?” Jisung asks, looking at your face, examining if something’s wrong. At first he thinks it’s the drinks, he only had a glass of champagne but he remembers you having seconds over the dinner. You shake your head, smiling at him. “It’s my high heels… I’ve just been wearing them all day, that’s why.” Jisung nods, chuckling, “Ah… that’s why you look a little taller today.” He playfully teases. “Hey!” You shove him slightly, causing you to stumble slightly again. “Woah, woah, okay…” Jisung holds onto your arm gently. He glances at you then at your high heels, a slight blush grows on his cheeks. “H-here…” he pulls your arm slowly, hooking it around his forearm, “you can hold on to me.” Jisung says, not looking at you anymore as he gulps. You gaze at him, before cracking a slight smile, chuckling. “Thanks, Ji…” you hold on a little more firmly against his forearm as he tugs you slightly closer to him.

🐳Stay consistent and persist don't let the 3D fool you🐳

Why some of us "fail" to manifest is because we are slave to the 3d and negative thoughts no seriously. And waiting for external validation is useless because it's giving the answer you want so why keep asking the 3d if you can manifest a car,money again and again,when we already have it in our true reality that is the 4d. We should not get overpowered by this 3d holographic circumstances and this illusionary thoughts which YOU chose to dwell on.

From my own experience law of assumption is a journey where YOU have to satisfy yourSELF not the 3d, everyone is different,everyone have their own personal favourite way to manifest like states,affirming,visualization or whatever you prefer. In my opinion you can start of with affirming,don't directly try to use states(it's not a method) if you are finding it difficult to embody state,just affirm,persist and saturate consistently,NOT to get in 3D but to satisfy your SELF internally.

Be consistent,discipline and persistent these are the KEY to satisfy your SELF, no matter what method you choose,embodying state or affirming,don't let the negative thoughts lead you back to your old self,be strict like an asian parents,and just how they bring you fruit after that yelling at you to study,your desires will also come in your 3d without causing any problem. Be your own parent during your manifestation journey,treat your negative thoughts like those bad influence kids, and when you start looking for movements and wondering how your desires gonna show up treat them like the judgement strangers who question you for everything you do or you have. Don't procrastinate that is when we usually start get doubts just because we aren't doing anything,activate the asian parent in you and scold yourself,and start to affirm and remind yourself who the boss is.

Also DONOT label any of your desires a "big" or "small" desire,they are all same,under you,YOU are on the pedestal not the desire,if you didn't thought about your desire they wouldn't even exist. So why even worry about them. Manifesting seeing a "butterfly" or seeing a "car" with certain "colour" is equivalent to manifest $2000 dollar out of nowhere,dating your celeb sp,having that hourglass body and waking up in your dream life.

When it comes to how you manifest it doesn't matter whether you affirm or embody state or being,SATS,what matter is your consistency because once you continue to persist you'll notice a shift also don't feel bad if you're someone who affirm for hours to saturate your mind but remember it's to remind yourself that you already have your desire in 4D, if you still feel like affirm and persistent will not take you anywhere go see Taylor Tookes insta and twitter post she is a living proof,most manifestation account from where I see success stories are usually affirm and persist girlies and boys like Taylor, Viper and BigDon three of my favourites on Twitter who share they're success story.

Bonus: Do not worry about your self concept,it's good to have one,but as someone who USED to have a good SC yet still couldn't manifest,I guarantee you it's not needed,but you can work on it if you believe it will help you manifest.
