It’s weeks late, and I apologize for that, but it’s finally done. The “Imposter Theory” mega post has finally been updated through the end of Season 4.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS READ, APPRECIATED, AND ASKED FOR THIS POST AND UPDATE. IT MAKES ALL OF THE TEDIOUS WORK WORTH IT.

Again, as most of you know by now, this post is huge and contains every single scrap of “evidence” throughout the show that “proves” Red is an imposter. We’re talking pages, and pages, and pages of “evidence...” 

SO IT WILL NOT WORK ON YOUR TUMBLR APP ON YOUR PHONE. IT WILL OBLITERATE AND CRASH YOUR APP. IT ONLY WORKS ON A COMPUTER OR TABLET. FAIR WARNING.

Thank you again for all of your kindness and encouragement. And unless I trip and fall onto something completely new, this post will not be updated again until the start of Season 5. So plenty of time to read this novel for any newcomers to it ;-)

But in the meantime, you can expect several more theory posts to be cranked out over the summer...

oh this season of The Blacklist is going to be FANTASTIC

My feelings on last nights Episode of #TheBlacklist

just a rant...

  I am a lizzington shipper. It might be a little known fact but lizzington means I would love to see a romantic relationship between Lizzie and Red. Romantic as in: I want them to fall in love with each other, I want them to get to live these feeling and ultimately I want them to kiss and engange into a sexual relationship. Now that is the usual definition of a ‘ship’.

  It is hard as it is to have a weird sidefandom going that basically loves your ship but want them to be father and daughter. Its a first for me but whatever... the writers wanted to deceive at first. Still it irks me out, especially when said characters have a dynamic and chemistry that blows up my screen each week. And if the ship as with lizzington is very unusual, that with a slightly older badminded criminal and kind of innocent but strong female who is drawn in by said criminal, it fascinates the sh*t out of me. I CANT seem to look away. I want to explore how they can find their way to one another and what kind of drama they can overcome. How much can you push those characters? How to play with them? Its simply amazing. Not simple, no, complicated to the core and yet so strong as a duo that you cant tear your eyes away from them. I write fanfiction, I draw them, I pay attention to details. I just ship it super hard.

  And dealing with the occasional Daddygater doesnt bother me, because the question has been asnwered. Several times! What I cant however deal with is bringing up that issue over and over and over again to a point where sharing DNA doesnt matter anymore to fans or like last night - the writers. Where two strong characters for shits and giggles are forced into a father/daughter-LIKE relationship, just so a showhcharacter gets a rise out of the main character or to please the other half of the audience. I dont know what really the intention was, because as said before THE HORSE WAS DEAD and BEATEN, bruised and skinned to a skeleton! It was also buried, burned and the ashes blows away in the wind. It was supposed to be over.!

  Now yet last nights episode was not really that bad right? NOPE it was worse, because now it leaves a bitter taste. It makes the fans of lizzington look like sickos, as if shipping them is a fetish because we have unsolved daddy issues. ! It was a pun intented at those who still think he is her father, maybe, but it damanged the entire ship. Not so in the episode, but in the collateral. The ugly horse has to rise again. Against its will I might add. It was put out of his misery weeks ago/ months ago. And now it is back, for at least a few episodes to stand on its weak beaten limps, forcing to trott one other round.

  Its an insult just to toy with the parental feelings line. An insult to the ship, the shippers and actually to the show itself. And its not even the episode but the the people who just cant let go. Until now I believed it was just fans that still entertained the idea, but last night showed me its the writers who cant let go and enforce this idea upon the fandom. AND THAT WORRIES ME!!!

  Now yes you can play drama and I am super happy to watch lizzie and reds fallout for the next 2-3 episodes. But the daddyissue is a no go! Folks seriously. Since WHEN do we play with relation-questions in ships? And dont tell me it was never intented to become a ship. The moment they put Spader in this role it was clear he is no daddymaterial to a female leadcharatcer!!! The moment the script talked about ‘erotic’ phrasing it was evident! The writers play lizzinton! They handed us that card with a tiny heart on the bottom. They built an entire house of cards on top of it with Songchoices and dialogues. And now with little weird comments make the fans looks like people with issues living in this house of cards, plugging a card here and there out of the walls that holds it until the hurricane can strike. That is wrong! Soooo wrong!

  But I will let this one slide, I honestly will, but its the last time. I file it away under ‘kinky’ and watch until the season ends. But I will not drag this question into season 2. Seriously. If it wont be resolved I’m out!
