I passed this view while driving down a road in the Arroyo Seco surrounding the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Ca. I’m sure you have seen many photos of The San Rafael Bridge seeing that the clean lines from its architectural design draw aspiring photographers to exploit their talents to capture their vision of the bridge. Here is mine! This appeared to me as framed artwork found in galleries . The muted and muddy colors in this palette adds a timeless design that disguises the age of this structure.

While hiking in Malibu Creek State Park, I came across this small cave. I just “love” the entrance of it.

This photograph excited me. It was the day that I learned how to use a feature included for editing and taking pics on my iPhone. I’m sure all you pros know about adjusting the Exposure feature on your cameras, but I just recently took the time to learn how to make the perfect adjustment and manipulate how the final photo will appear. This is what I ended up with! What I find mesmorizing, is the reminder of an Open Impressionism painting. More specifically, Erin Hansen's artwork comes to mind...
I hope I dazzled you on my knowledge on oil paintings…but honestly, I had to look it up.

Yesterday I was outdoors walking Chloe, my sweetie, and while we stopped to “smell the roses,” lo and behold one was looking right back up at me. I never thought that they existed outside of Wonderland, but as polite, well spoken and perfumed perfectly like a rose should, we spent a good hour gossiping about the White Rabbit’s antics that keep him rushing to his next appointment and that big scandal that leaked out into Wonderland involving the Queen of Hearts and a "guards card.” When we finished, she posed and it was just my luck the flash made her blink.
Well you gotta use your imagination a little for this photo.

I have found a love for the California Sycamore Tree. At a nearby park, there is one that I swear is the real Tree of Life. I thought this only existed as the center piece at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. These tree’s branches grow close to the ground and can hover for very long distances creating unique growth patterns and what I stumbled on with this tree. I was facinated how, while using a little imagination, animals would just jump right out of the bark at you and have such a resemblence considering the natural growth of nature. Nearly each time that I would visit, I would see another animal. On this day, i’m up to 9 different animals! I would truly enjoy hearing from anyone who views this post and tell me what kind of animals you see. We all see the world differently and perhaps you may not recognize animals, yet something else. I’ll get the ball rolling. From top to bottom I see an Alligator, Octopus, Giraffe, Bison and a Viper. What do you see?
