Let’s break down a few things... sustainability is: Social justice, ecological justice, reciprocal empowerment acrossed the boards of economics, society, and ecology. Still a lot do you wrap your head around, huh? Let’s break it down some more. Sustainability starts with you. It starts by building a reciprocal relationship with your emotional self. Understanding that your trauma, assumptions, and preconceived notion‘s about yourself and others are not a concrete narrative. That you can empower yourself to fulfill your passions and desires while simultaneously reciprocally empowering others to follow their passions and their desires. Sustainability is realizing that you are your own authority and it is your right to understand your identity in relation with the natural ecology. It is also within your authority to utilize that authority to actively make choices that protect nature. Degradation to the natural world can be curbed when you build this understanding.
