I am unsure about giving out my account, but I hope you like my OC

They're a bit more thick-built, both in bone, muscle, and to an extent fat

They don't have the white chest like some deers do,

they're a solid, milk-chocolate brown furred with a lion’s mane and smaller than average antlers

they have amber eyes with green flecks (eyes shaped more like lion eyes)

their tail is cropped off along with parts of their ear, makes it a little hard to tell the original shape

they were declawed

they are a lion-deer hybrid,

They have to wear leg brasses knee down that lets them walk a little easier

very fun very dramatic, I like how clear it is you've thought this through. were the body mods intentional, like the lion mayor? or were they forced upon them at a young age so they could "fit in" better? since they grow antlers AND a mane I'm assuming from a young age they were made to pass primarily as a deer, since manes don't grow in until puberty. generally, anyway, beastars animals work a bit differently from irl animals, Paru is pretty flexible with it and works primarily with a more "realistic" twist on cartoon animal logic.

there's a lot about mixed children we just don't see in beastars, entirely because our 3 points of perspective are from Legoshi (second generation, almost fully passing), his mother Leano (passing until she hit middle age), and Melon (only passes thanks to covering his mixed traits). we do see the children in the Hybrid Kindergarten and the family portraits the kids drew that are hanging up near the ceiling, and because of this chapter we can assume the majority of mixed families live on the edge of the back market because they are most likely to be discriminated against socially and economically. they even have to worry about individuals bent on "understanding hybrids" through nonconsensual means, like taking blood samples from children without a parent or guardians permission. lol.

we learn pretty early on that interspecies marriage was only legalized relatively recently, and also that same species couples get government funding to ease the burden of raising children. and, legally speaking, an animals last name is their species (which we see on all student I.D.s), which makes special cases like Melon easy to miss in the system. in the manga at least, his legal last name is the species of the animal he passes as the most, his father the Gazelle. Leano would be Leano the Grey Wolf just like Legoshi. it's emphasized over and over again that society expects everyone to fit into A Box, A Type Of Person, a species a subspecies a carnivore or herbivore strong or weak. these are the pressures that forced Leano to kill herself, these are the pressures that gave melon... numerous... mental illnesses. to put it simply. which is all just to say life as a mixed individual in society is very very difficult, which it is! and reasonably comparable to the real life difficulties of mixed families in the real world (which I am the child of, hi)

if I wasn't actively at a party I'd be looking up chapters and posting sources for everything I've mentioned. alas.

they'd danced around it for a long time, this thing between them.

it had lingered in the air, a question always left unasked. but as she felt @lctibule's lips brushing down her chest, the answer was apparent. haru could feel her heart pounding, a betrayal of her body against her mind, which was throwing alarm bells into the wind. and yet ��� she didn't stop him. quick, sharp breaths catch with each kiss, the soft touches like small jolts of electricity to her senses. as the sensations moved further down to her stomach, her eyes drift shut, and she half bites back the sound rising from her throat. she — wanted this. wanted him — all of him. it was a strange feeling to admit that to herself amongst the sirens blaring in her head.

with this admission, however, her mind quieted just a bit. it was almost as if she'd unburdened herself of something heavy, like she'd opened a door that had been long closed. grey eyes flit open amongst the sensations around her navel; a decision made — a want to fulfill. slowly, haru sits up, reaching down to gently but decisively tilt the other's chin up to redirect his attention. leading him upward she leans in, reversing their positions as she slides on top of him. the alarms continued to steadily die out as she continued forward, a more visible hunger about her now as she pressed her lips to his.

there was a fervor about the kiss as she further surrendered herself to her feelings, one hand cupping his cheek as she nipped at his lower lip. dragging her lips across his jaw now, she peppered him up and down with kisses. and as she further entangled her body with his own, her mind finally fell silent, save only for the need steadily burning within her. she wanted him, and wanted him to want her — to have her.

if there had been any doubt about her feelings, it would fully disappear by the end of the night.

Were you drawn to your artifact by anything in particular? A broom is pretty unconventional! Did anything special happen when you were chosen by/chose it?

What about the customizations and colors? Did it have bunny ears and stickers when you got it, or did you choose those yourself? Before or after you transferred to Jabberwock? Is it the same artifact that you had in your previous house too?

Also why the "DO NOT TOUCH" sticker? I assume your deck brush doesn't like other people?

It'd be more accurate to say she picked me, gyahaha! Before I ended up in Jabberwock, I was helpin' out an acquaintance with his work and she jumped right out at me. My buddy didn't seem to know anything about her, but turns out she's a pretty powerful lady! Helps me out in a pinch, and great for cleanin' around the dorms too. What more could a man want?

Stickers are my own additions, but her ears and face are natural. She doesn't seem to mind a little customizing, but putting too much on her tends to make her cranky. You're right on the money with the 'do not touch' thing though... First time someone else tried to touch her, she bonked 'em straight on the head... made me pay the hospital fee...... (╥﹏╥)

TL:DR, No one misinterprets Haru Okumura like I do.

So as I'm pretty vocal about, I wrote an Okumura rewrite story, not my usual cup of tea as outside of very select things, I love p5 and think it told it's story the way atlus wanted to and in an entertaining way.

I find the lack of a certain troupe in Hawaii to be a little sad, Third sem had potential but lost me because I'm a horrible person, but Okumura's palace is the one part where I can firmly say, I hate the writing.

Third act conflict that goes nowhere (and doesn't get resolved for real), victim blaming as far as the pts go with Ryuji, over blowing what Morgana and Ryuji did to epic proportions, Ryuji's Character being noticeably lazier, meaner, and just more... shallow? All of it annoys me, but the words offender is still Haru Okumura.

Outside of Strikers and Dancing, we knew nothing of this girl.

Her confidant is more about her business than her, she's barely a focus, her extra dates provide little info, even her jazz jin convos are very surface level.

As to how this relates to my rewrite, because I wanted to give Haru a spotlight since I wanted to get to know her better, I watched her dancing SL, played her SL and romance in Royal, and replayed the mariko arc in Strikers as well as consuming as much of the Okumura arc itself as I could.

However in the interest of keeping the story fresh, fun, interesting, I accidentally created a Haru almost indistinguishable from canon, but that basically no one else gets.

I love Haru, there's so much about her that's interesting and cool, I wanna talk about her more, she's always bouncing around in my head, just not as much as a certain someone.
