Rosehip seed oil has been part of my skincare routine since 2014. ______________________ It's great for my oily/combination, acne prone skin as a moisturizer or oil cleanser (using the oil cleansing method/OCM). I tried the oil cleansing method with argan and jojoba oils, and this one has worked best for me, possibly due to finding the right balance of linoleic/oleic acids for my skin. _______________________ I normally use it along with witch hazel as a toner, but it seems a bit too drying now that I've started using mineral sunscreen. Shout out to @brownskinderm for getting me to finally start using sunscreen daily! I'm currently testing using rosehip seed oil as a cleanser at night, and more rosehip seed oil as a moisturizer. ________________________ So far so good! I felt that my skin had started to become congested due to the sunscreen/dryness, and it seems to be getting back on track.
