I took a page out of my school cafeteria’s cookbook and made chicken patty cordon bleu for dinner.
#it’s so simple!#you take a frozen chicken patty and put it in the oven#then. in the last 2 minutes of cooking. top with a slice of ham and some Gruyère cheese#for bonus points. serve with hollandaise#this is what a Fancy Meal looks like for me lmao#naturally I’m using preshredded cheese and powdered sauce mix#am I trying to help depressed cooks or am i trying to annoy the French?#hmm. maybe both.
