I went to Zuid-Kennemerland National Park and took some amazing photos of the nature. Dünen & Meer - Radtour

8.10.21 Heute war ein wunderbarer Tag.  Entspannt aufgewacht und gemütlich den Tag begonnen. :-) Wir sind die meiste Zeit mit den Fahrrädern und zwischendurch mal zu Fuß unterwegs gewesen.  Ausgeschlafen haben wir uns auf den Weg nach “Haarlem” gemacht, um dort zu Frühstücken. Haben ein schnuckeliges Cafe gefunden - “Bij Babette” - Es gab Scones (ein von den britischen Inseln stammendes Gebäck, das oft zur Tea Time gereicht wird) und Clotted Cream (eine Art dicker Rahm, der aus roher Kuhmilch hergestellt wird). -> Lecker.  Damit wir die Kalorien wieder verbrauchen, sind wir mit dem Rad losgezogen und am Ende des Tages mit Stopps hier und da 42.1km geradelt...alles durch die Dünen und kurze Zeit am Meer spazieren gegangen. Die Dünen sind mit super Radwegen versehen und man kann hier echt quer durch radeln. Klasse.  -> Nationalpark Zuid-Kennemerland.  Stopps: 1. Schlossruine Brederode 2. Beach Inn am Strand 3. Bronze Beach zum Sonnenuntergang Am Ende des Tages haben wir unsere eigene Sauna und den Kamin “angeworfen” und genießen den Abend.  Rundum ein gelungener Tag.

When I think about, probably some time ago I would have considered this shot a bad one, a wasted frame, which is definitely not worth publishing. However, the longer I photograph the more I appreciate unconventional shots like this. Things like an accidental camera shake, over or underexposure or a blur in my opinion can also be a mean to express ourselves in photography. What do you think? European bisons in @nationaalparkzuidkennemerland It's interesting that back in 2007 just a small herd of these stunning animals were introduced to a closed section of the National Park Zuid-Kennemerland called "De Kraansvlak”. Even though the area is closed to public it's still possible to visit the Dutch wisent-land on a guided trip with one of the forest rangers! Now, guess where the bisons in the park originate from?
