Tag a person who has shown kindness to you. ❤️ ▫️ My lovely friend @keto_left whom I met on IG at the beginning of my keto journey posted that today is National Kindness Day. ▫️ This day has to be practiced every single day! ▫️ Do not stoop to the level of someone who is not being kind! ▫️ Your kindness, your smile, your “hello” can save a person’s life. There have been many cases that I have read about that a person decided to not commit suicide because someone showed them kindness and showed them that they do matter in this life. ▫️ Do not be like everyone else trying to put others down! We need to spread the love! This life is too short to be bitter with others! This life is too crazy to be making it even crazier with our negativity. ▫️ Don’t wait for someone to show kindness to you. YOU BE THE DEFINITION, EXAMPLE, AND TRUE MEANING OF KINDNESS. And not just because someone is watching.
