Secret 3rd kid part two
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
[Part 1]
After chatting with the girls for a bit, I picked up my bag, which was definitely heavier than it needed to be. That's a problem for another day. Saying goodbye to the 4 girls, I walked out of the training facility.
A cold shiver ran down my spine as the English weather hit me. Walking to the car, I glanced back at the facility. This was home until 2025. It was definitely different from my old team.
Getting into my car, I put on my seatbelt after starting the car and connected my phone to the Bluetooth, playing a random playlist. About 15 minutes later, at a red light, I got an Instagram notification
Arsenal Women just posted. Seconds later, my phone started blowing up with people following me. Turning back to the road, I turned right, parking my car.
Walking into the apartment building, I climbed the stairs and opened the door to my apartment. Boxes were scattered everywhere. Walking to the window in the living room, the sound of rain echoed through my apartment. This was life now. 6 hours and 41 minutes away from everything
I knew and loved. It was scary. I knew nothing about this country except that my mama was the coach of the national team. I knew nobody. I knew a lot of the lounges but not all of it.
Walking over to the bedroom, I pulled the mattress off from leaning against the wall and let it fall to the ground. Opening one of the boxes next to where the mattress was, I pulled out a blanket and pillow, throwing them on the bed.
Flopping down after curling up under the blanket, I listened to the rain and the cars. I must have fallen asleep at some point. It was now 6:30 am.
I had a meeting at 9:30, and then the team doctor wanted to have a chat and a checkup, something about me playing again.
I had only played 10 minutes in my last game, having just come back from an Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) tear. They just wanted to ask questions and see how it was doing and how I was doing.
Getting up, I walked to the boxes in the corner of the room, opening them. I grabbed the first thing I saw—a gray cropped hoodie with matching pants. For shoes, I picked Air Jordan 1 Mid College Gray. Walking to the fridge, I got out the only thing that was in there: a strawberry Greek yogurt. After I finished it, I threw it in the bin.
Walking to the door, I picked up my car keys. The car ride over to the training center was uneventful. Walking through the door, I was greeted by the media team. I waved at them, walking past, realizing I had no clue where anything was.
Luckily, Jonas came out of nowhere. "Hey, I thought you might need a bit of help finding where everything is." We both started walking in the direction I kinda remembered. "Yeah, I kinda forgot where to go." Turning left, there was a door that said meeting room. "Yeah, a lot of new people do for the first 2 or 3 days." Chuckling a bit, I replied, "Glad to know I'm not the only person to ever get lost on their first day."
Walking into the room, most seats were taken, but there were a few open ones in the front. Hearing the door open, everyone looked at it. I walked over to one of the open seats.

What to Pack for Umrah?
Tumblr media
Performing Umrah is the wish of every Muslim of any colour, nationality, or language. However, you have to pack wisely according to your pilgrimage. Every traveller should know what things he has to carry with him. Carry all essential things like your medications, travel essentials, documentation, a mat for praying, comfortable clothing, hygiene products, etc. Every traveller must add these items to their checklist before going on his journey.
Essential items for Umrah
Clothing:
If you are travelling in the summer from June to September, carry comfortable and loose clothes with you because the temperature rises to 45°C in these months. If you are travelling in January and December, bring warm clothes with you because the nights in Mecca are cold because the temperature drops.
Ihram Garments:
Ihram garments are essential for both men and women. For men, Ihram consists of two simple white unstitched clothes, which indicates purity and equality. For women, simple and modest clothes can be worn as Ihram clothing.
Choosing the proper footwear:
Wear comfy, lighter, and breathable shoes so you can complete your Umrah rituals comfortably without any distractions. Choose soft-sole shoes or sandals so that while tawaf, your feet won't hurt. Men must wear shoes in which the head of their foot should not covered, which signifies that all poor and wealthy men are equal before ALLAH.
Medications:
You should get a proper checkup before travelling if you have any health issues.
Bring your essential medicines with you and pack some painkillers that might be useful for you during your journey.
Travel Documentations:
Carry your visa and passport documents with you. The authorities take your passport and visa when you arrive in Saudi Arabia and return them to you on departure day. Make sure to have some copies of your visa and passport for emergency purposes. Also, carry your vaccination reports and some local money with you.
Hygiene Products and Toiletries:
Items like soap, shampoo, and towels are already available in hotels, but it is more beneficial for you to pack some essential hygiene and toiletry travel-sized products with you, such as a towel, shampoo, soap, body wash, sun cream, nail clipper, non-alcoholic perfume or Oudh, and hand sanitizer.
Women should carry sanitary pads for their periods so they don't face any problems.
Religious Items:
You can carry a travelling prayer mat or rug to offer prayer, a tasbih (prayer beads), the Quran or download it on your mobile phone through the app store, and a book of dua helpful for remembering prayers.
Travel Essentials:
Travel Pillow: You can carry a pillow for better and more comfortable travel.
Power bank: Carry a power bank with you to charge your phone.
Travel Guide or app: You can carry a guidebook or download an app with maps and information about the pilgrimage.
Optional Items:
You can carry some optional items like a reusable water bottle because Mecca's temperature is hot and dry, so you can keep it yourself. Hydrated. It is better to bring a bottle of water; you can bring non-perishable food with you for long travelling days.
You can carry a camera to capture memories of your journey, but be careful and check the local regulations about photography.
Money and financial matters:
Pilgrims must carry some local money and cash, or they can have credit or debit cards as backup options. They can keep their money and credit cards in a cash belt or pouch.
Important Reminders to keep in mind:
Respect local customs: Saudia Arabia is a very welcoming country, but they have some rules, so you should familiarize yourself with their culture and dress.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, as the weather in Makkah is very hot and dry.
Conclusion
Knowing these essential items with you is beneficial for your pilgrimage. These items will help you perform your Umrah more easily and comfortably. For example, choosing clothes according to the weather gives you more advantages. You can also change your packing list according to your personal needs and the duration of your stay.

Creating An Empowered Workforce: National Safety Week at Jolly
Every year, during the first week of March, our team at Jolly observes National Safety Day with seven days full of activities aimed at upskilling our employees to prepare them to face any safety challenges that might occur in industrial settings.
This week is a reminder of the paramount importance of prioritizing safety in the manufacturing industry. Transcending the mere implementation of safety protocols, we focus on fostering a culture of awareness and empowerment among employees.
Pledging to Empower Employees with First Aid Training and Life-Saving Skills
We kick off the week with a pledge—an oath we take to prioritize our fellow employees’ well-being, to give aid to any ailing comrade on-site, to raise the bar for safety standards everywhere, and to continually educate ourselves in the matter of industrial safety for the betterment of every member of our team.
Our first cornerstone initiative during the National Safety Week is comprehensive first aid training. Training is imparted for crucial skills such as CPR, immediate injury management, and managing emergency situations like heart attacks. Employees learn to respond promptly and effectively to crises through hands-on workshops and simulations. The focus is to foster a sense of responsibility and confidence, creating a safer and more supportive work environment.
We ensure that our employees are equipped to handle mishaps or injuries that are commonplace in factory settings through specialised training.
Celebrating Women’s Day through Upskilling and Cohesive Training
We also celebrate International Women’s Day which falls during National Safety Week. Through initiatives targeted towards educating women on matters such as personal hygiene, safety practices, and self-defence, female employees are trained to navigate their workplace safely. Entrepreneurs and inspirational role models from different walks of life are invited to share their experiences and insights, uplifting and motivating them to strive for excellence in their careers.
Safety, for us, extends to creating a secure environment for women, where their voices are heard, and where they are made to feel valued and respected. By addressing women-centric safety concerns, we ensure not only equality, but also equity for them in the workplace.
Minimizing Occupational Hazards Through Training in the Proper Use of PPE Kits
Well-rounded training is imparted to teach employees the correct manner of using of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kits tailored to their specific tasks. Improper use of such equipment can create occupational hazards rather than minimizing them, making damage control much more difficult. Through such training, employees learn prompt addressal and elimination of dangers with a calm and alert headspace.
In the insistence of using such equipment correctly, we aim to instil in our employees the significance of being safety conscious.
Tumblr media
Preparing for A Blazing Danger: Fire Safety Training
One of the most important activities during National Safety Week celebrations is rigorous fire safety training (conducted by safety vendors), which teaches our employees deft and proper use of extinguishers, fire hydrants, and evacuation procedures. Through interactive demonstrations and practical drills, employees learn how to identify fire hazards, respond swiftly to emergencies, and evacuate safely.
Furthermore, fostering a proactive approach to fire prevention, such as regular inspection of fire safety equipment and conducting mock drills, reinforces a culture of preparedness and vigilance.
Prioritizing Employee Well-Being Through Health Check-ups
Perhaps the most essential activity during the National Safety Week is the health checkups arranged for our employees who undergo comprehensive health screenings, including blood pressure checks, ECGs, and eyesight examinations conducted by approved doctors.
Such an activity is conducted to remind our employees of the importance of their physical and mental health, and how much we value their well-being as well. Through these checkups, we aim to reinforce the idea that a healthy workforce creates a healthy work environmental, which directly contributes to overall organizational success.
Tumblr media
The Bottom Line
Employee well-being is our primary concern, when it comes to the health of Jolly’s work environment. We believe that it is the people who make the company, and so we endeavour to create conscientious employees who actively engage in creating a safer workplace for their colleagues. By creating responsible and compassionate employees, we pave the way for a safer, healthier, and more empowered workforce.

Israel is often known for
<a href="https://www.sexy1.co.il/">נערות ליווי</a> Israel is often known for its rich history, religious sites, and beautiful landscapes. However, one aspect of Israel that is often overlooked is its thriving escort industry. Escort girls in Israel are not only beautiful and alluring, but they also offer a unique and unforgettable experience for those who seek their services. First and foremost, it is important to understand the difference between prostitution and escorting in Israel. Prostitution is illegal in the country, but escorting is considered a legitimate business. Unlike prostitutes, escort girls in Israel are not selling sex, but rather their time and companionship. So, who are these escort girls and why do people seek their services? Escort girls in Israel come from all walks of life and backgrounds. They can be Israeli-born, immigrants, or tourists who are looking to make easy money. These women are confident, intelligent, and well-educated, with many of them holding professional jobs during the day. However, they choose to work as escorts in their free time to supplement their income or simply for the thrill and excitement of the job. One of the main reasons why people seek the services of escort girls in Israel is for companionship. In a busy and sometimes lonely world, many people crave human connection and intimacy. Escort girls provide the perfect solution for those seeking companionship without any strings attached. They are trained to be the perfect date for any occasion, whether it is a business event, social gathering, or a romantic evening. Moreover, escort girls in Israel are not just limited to providing companionship. Many of them offer a wide range of services such as massage, role-playing, and even travel companionship. This makes them the ideal choice for tourists looking to explore the country and have a local guide who can also provide them with some personal attention. Another reason why escort girls in Israel are in high demand is their discretion. Some people may have fantasies or desires that they cannot explore with their partners or in their personal lives. Escort girls provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to fulfill these fantasies without any judgment. This is particularly appealing to tourists who want to let loose and have some fun without any repercussions. Furthermore, the escort industry in Israel is well-regulated, with strict guidelines and rules in place. All escort girls are required to undergo regular medical checkups to ensure their health and safety, and they are also required to use protection during any physical contact with clients. This guarantees a safe and secure experience for both the escort and the client. In a country that is often divided by religious and political views, the escort industry in Israel serves as a bridge between different cultures and beliefs. The clients who seek the services of escort girls come from various backgrounds and nationalities, creating a diverse and harmonious environment. In conclusion, the escort industry in Israel is a thriving and legitimate business that provides a unique and unforgettable experience for its clients. The escort girls are not only beautiful and intelligent but also provide a much-needed service for those seeking companionship and intimacy without any commitment. So, for those looking to add some excitement and spice to their visit to Israel, why not consider hiring an escort girl? It may just be the best decision you make.

Pregnancy and Work: Tips for Balancing Work Responsibilities and Pregnancy
For many pregnant mothers, balancing the stresses of a work with the difficulties of pregnancy and work can be an overwhelming effort. Yet, you may be successful in this important period in your life if you plan ahead and apply some useful tactics.
Opt and explore about managing your job responsibilities while pregnant, so you can have a healthy pregnancy and a successful career.
Tumblr media
Pregnancy and Work Tips
Let’s find out how to stay comfortable at work while pregnant,
1. Inform Your Employer Early
Notifying your employer of your pregnancy as soon as you feel comfortable doing so is the first step towards juggling work and pregnancy.
This allows your company to provide necessary modifications, including changing your workload or, if required, giving you a suitable workplace.
2. Know Your Rights
Learn about your rights under the law as a struggling to work while pregnant. Pregnancy-related discrimination is prohibited by law in many nations, guaranteeing that you will be granted appropriate accommodations and time off for prenatal checkups.
Being aware of these rights allows you to confidently express your needs.
3. Prioritize Health
Prioritizing your health and your baby's wellbeing should never change. Attend all of your prenatal checkups, and pay attention to the recommendations given by your doctor.
Be open and not afraid to talk to your doctor about any discomfort or signs to stop working during pregnancy issues that arise and request any required job modifications.
4. Communicate with Your Supervisor
It is essential to communicate well with your supervisor. Talk to your supervisor and coworkers about your needs and worries.
Inform them of any restrictions or adjustments you might need to make while being pregnant. It would be easier for everyone to grasp the situation if you communicate clearly.
5. Create a Flexible Schedule
If your work permits, think about setting up a friendlier schedule. In order to account for weariness, morning sickness, or other pregnancy-related problems, you might need to change your work schedule. Having flexibility can help you better balance your job responsibilities and personal time.

6. Plan for Maternity Leave
For maintaining pregnancy and work, you should plan ahead for your maternity leave by starting early. Learn about the maternity leave policy of your workplace and be aware of your possibilities.
Inform your employer of your intended leave of absence and make the required preparations for your duties while you are away.
7. Delegate and Prioritize Tasks
Establish devolution of duties and burden prioritization. Decide which assignments are the most important, and concentrate on them while assigning less important ones to subordinates or other employees. This guarantees that you do necessary tasks without going above and beyond.
8. Take Breaks and Rest
It can be exhausting both mentally and physically to be pregnant. Throughout the workday, remember to take regular pauses to rest and rejuvenate. Take quick breaks to reduce tension and avoid overdoing it.
9. Invest in Comfort
If pregnancy and work required, make an investment in ergonomic office supplies and cozy apparel. Wearing maternity clothes can make you feel more comfortable, and ergonomic seats or other items could reduce any physical pain you experience while working.
10. Seek Support
Never hesitate to seek out friends, family, and coworkers for help. They can help you with a lot of things in life, such emotional support and home duties, which will make managing job and pregnancy simpler for you.

How Many Hours Can a Pregnant Woman Work a Day?
In the US, there is no legal restriction on how many hours a pregnant woman can work in a day. Pregnant women are advised by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to limit their weekly work hours to 40.
This is due to the fact that extended work hours may raise the chance of miscarriage, premature birth, and other pregnancy-related issues.
It is necessary that you take consideration of the mental and physical demands of the job in addition to the quantity of hours performed.
Jobs that require heavy lifting, prolonged standing, or contact with dangerous chemicals or fumes should be avoided by pregnant women. Throughout the day, they need to take pauses to rest and walk around.
Speak with your employer or doctor if you have concerns about your pregnancy and work conditions while pregnant. They may help you in recognizing any possible hazards and putting appropriate measures in place to safeguard both your health and the health of your unborn child.

National Women's Health and Fitness Day
National Women's Health and Fitness Day focuses on the importance of regular physical activity and health awareness for women, and is the largest annual event of its kind in the country—with 500 local groups and 50,000 to 75,000 women participating each year. Events are held "at senior centers, hospitals, health clubs, park and recreation districts, local health and service organizations, schools, retirement communities, houses of worship, and other community locations." Activities such as walking events, health screenings and workshops, and exercise demonstrations take place. It is a "sister" event to National Senior Health and Fitness Day, which takes place each May, and it takes place during National Women's Health and Fitness Week.
How to Observe
Celebrate the day by searching for an event happening in your area and participating in it. If you would like to host an event, you can register here. If there are no events in your area, you can focus on things dealing with health and fitness on your own, or with friends. Here are a few ideas:
try a sport you haven't played before
workout with a friend
walk or ride your bike somewhere instead of using a vehicle
try out a healthy food you've never eaten, or a new healthy recipe
schedule a checkup with your doctor
set health and fitness goals for yourself
make sure you have been drinking enough fluids
get a massage
take a nap

Pregnancy 101: Expert Advice from a Gynaecologist
Tumblr media
Pregnancy is an exciting time for many expecting mothers, but it can also be a bit overwhelming. With so much information out there, it’s hard to know what advice to follow and who to trust. That’s why we consulted with Dr. Sushmita Mukherjee, a board-certified gynaecologist in Indore, for the best tips on navigating pregnancy safely and healthily from conception through the delivery day.
First things first: Get informed! Pregnant women should educate themselves about their options when it comes to prenatal care providers (OB/GYN vs. midwife), birthing plans (hospital birth or home birth) as well as any other questions they may have throughout their journey into motherhood—Dr Mukherjee recommends doing research online or talking with friends who have had children before taking any action steps towards making decisions about your pregnancy plan.
Next up: Take good care of yourself by eating healthy meals full of fruits and vegetables; getting regular exercise; avoiding cigarettes, alcohol, and illegal drugs; taking folic acid supplements; and always remembering that you are not alone - seek support from family members, friends, or even online forums if needed! Additionally, pregnant women must keep track of their vital signs such as blood pressure readings during regular checkups which will help identify potential problems early on.
Finally: Don't forget the importance of self-care! While being pregnant can be physically demanding at times due to hormonal changes impacting mood swings & energy levels – make sure you take some “me time” each week whether this means going for walks outside in nature or indulging in your favorite hobby like painting etc. This will help reduce stress levels while providing mental clarity & emotional balance during this special period!

World Day for Safety and Health at Work Five Indian Workplace Laws you should know
Tumblr media
Workplace hazards are underrepresented in news circles. According to the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare, 1.7 crores of non-fatal injuries (17% of the world), and 45,000 fatal injuries (45% of the world) happen in India alone.
Employers tend to take undue advantage of their employees’ plight, ignorance, and desperation. Therefore, it is necessary to be educated about the laws that were solely created for the safety of the workers.
However, this is a global problem, and to raise awareness about this issue, The United Nations marks 28th April as World Day for Safety and Health at Work.
On 28th April, United Nations tries to promote Occupational Safety and Health and provides support to the national efforts to improve occupational safety and health.
We would like to do our contribution, by informing our readers about five laws that were solely designed to keep you safe at work. So, without wasting further time, let’s start this list.
Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code 2019
This law introduced in 2019 combined 13 major labour laws into one single unified code. It states that the workplace should be kept free from hazards, and employers must make sure that toxic and hazardous waste is properly discarded. Employers must also ensure free annual health checkups for their employees. If a factory has more than 250 workers, the employer has to employ a welfare officer. Also, creche facilities (nursing) should be created for a factory with more than fifty female employees.
More Information:

The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020(OSHWC) was introduced in Lok Sabha by the Minister of…

2. Minimum Wage Act, 1948
This law fixes the minimum wage that employers must give to their employees. Anything lower than that would be considered as ‘forced labour’. However there is no uniform wage for the entire nation, and it differs from region to region. This is a guide that should help you to determine the minimum wage in your locality.

It also states that an establishment having more than 20 employees must appoint a Liason officer to oversee the recruitment of disabled people. IT'S NATIONAL WOMEN’S CHECKUP DAY! 🩷👩🏾‍⚕️
National Women’s Checkup Day on the second Monday in May each year focuses on the importance of regular routine visits for women.
As part of National Women’s Health Week, the observance provides ways to help women take steps to maintain better health. Routine health checkups provide an opportunity to catch problems before they become unmanageable. Speaking with your physician about risk factors, early signs and symptoms and concerns can help to alleviate minor daily issues and identify issues to watch. Additionally, your physician can recommend screenings and order baseline tests that can be used for comparison at a later time.
Yearly well-woman visits are important and should include discussions of your health habits and family history, setting health goals, and scheduling or receiving screenings or necessary exams. Screening would include blood pressure, cholesterol, cervical cancer, and others.
HOW TO OBSERVE WOMENS CHECKUP DAY?
Schedule a checkup if you haven’t had one recently. Make a list of concerns before you go as well as any family history important to note. Include on your list questions to ask your physician, too. There are simple ways to improve your health, too. Ask your doctor what is best for your lifestyle.
