"i think you're right on that front. it's probably why i hardly ever get good sleep anymore since my body is just hopped up on caffeine all the time." a giggle hides behind the rim of her mug though the level of joy she expresses is clear as can be with how the rest of her features light up. "ooh, do you prefer less espresso and just straight coffee then? or is it the lack of foam that makes it taste better? sometimes drinks in their rawest form with just a splash of milk is all you need. i think that's why i like breakfast teas a lot."

"you would think that would motivate us to drink coffee a little earlier in the day but...." words trail off and her eyes land on a spot on the table between them, her mind whirring as it attempts to complete the thought. they just didn't have the time. normally a good reason but it's not quite true, if only because the time they did spend together during daylight hours are also spent with the rest of the group. it's only during the evening hours they can enjoy one on one like this. "i think coffee shops, especially on the go, end up giving you less because of the foam too. don't cheat me out of my drink that i paid good money for! i agree. i was actually beginning to worry that you might not be enjoying it as much recently..."

"i would say maybe we should try to take it easy but i think that would make me a bit of a hypocrite. if sacrificing a bit of sleep means we get to enjoy some good coffee, then so be it." jolie's smiling so big her cheeks are starting to hurt, but it's well worth it for the small moments they have together like this. "yeah, exactly! don't get me wrong, espresso is a good boost when you need it but as you said, there's nothing like it in it's true form. i've never really been a fan of all the foam for that reason. breakfast teas are good too! our taste really is immaculate."
