International known German artist SEAK Claus Winkler studio dairy: Just mixed anything ish from with in the fridge in a bowl. Meals for tomorrow. Lots of rice potatoes, beans, red Kraut, tomatoe soup, raisins, a summer mint choco drink mix powder. The mint is little too industry chemic taste. Well it takes away all possible enjoyment conotations. No emotional eatling, just being healthy full. From the amount I guess, that’s food till Sunday. The good it steers me with in looking for other pleasures aside meals. My usual happy moments. Learning being enjoying other things/ moments. No food pleasure, no sugar, no alcohol, no pressures what so ever. Just enjoying the moment, the being present. Maybe lifting weights is a above pleasure dopamine hit. Iam doing art office work at the moment. Learning living with in the absence@of my usual pleasure. Discipline wins the day, everday. Loving the process without rewarding system. This is the way. What else, hmmm? Let’s call it a day. Will do my work out, in my studio gym area.
