hey love! thank you for reaching out, do let me know how you're doin too !! its been a while but i'm back from my short hiatus! missed reading all the asks and seeing the funny tags. hopefully, i can get back to writing like i used to again, the gears are a lil rusty and i think it's just due to being out of practice, writing is a craft but also a skill. i will say taking time off did me some good just because it started feeling like a chore and was mentally exhausting to keep up with work, school, and having to post a draft every (few) days.

but i want to get back into the habit of it and bringing my ideas to fruition since i have more time and im not fussing with deadlines and meetings anymore. there is of course the guillotine; what i call the process of looking through unfinished works and deciding which shall be deleted for there is no potential and/or hope for them as stories. so that's pretty exciting.

on a lighter note, i'm staying by the beach now, the ocean air shall heal me and i will spend the rest of the year letting my hair frizz up with salt and sea, listening to waves crashing in the night, warm up by the barbecue fires while people make light conversation; "hey working girl, you're always so busy on your computer," the cute waiter with a wolfcut tells me, placing another iced tea by my table, (one i didn't order but i've been here for two weeks, so he knows my break times) he's so impressed that i tap tap tap away at the keyboard through the afternoon, unaware that it's actually just some few paragraphs about getting dicked down by geto suguru.
