An Industrial Visit was organized at Netlink Software Pvt Ltd, Mandideep Unit for 42 B. Tech pre-final Year students of SISTec-Ratibad Department of Computer Science & Engineering and SISTec-Ratibad Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering. Prof. Namrata Shrivastava and Prof. Amit Sahu mentored the students during this visit.

The students got a chance to interact with the #HR at #Netlink Mrs Deepika Singh Rathore and she taught about the culture of #MNCs.

Further the session was moved on by Miss Tripat of #Business Intelligence and #Analytics Department. She told about her department and how they work. She explained about gathering data from various sources and convert it into the pictorial representation. She also shared information about #ETL i.e Extract Transform Load

Mr Leo and Mrs Sunita (#Recruiters for Netlink) took further charge and told the students about the quality one must possess to get placed in such company. One must have a strong basics of #programming language with focus on object oriented programming concepts. They also explained about various internships being provided by them and shared success stories of few of their interns.

Last session was taken by Mr Faizan who leads Data Analytics Department and he briefly explained about #DataAnalytics by giving real life examples — Data Analytics is processing and analysing data to give out desired products.

The visit was very beneficial for the students and they got first hand experience of how MNCs and #Corporates work.

Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec Ratibad celebrated 71st #Republic Day at its #campus with a true sense of #patriotism and #love for the #nation.

The #celebration started off with ceremonial lamp lighting as is our #tradition followed by #Flag Hoisting by Dr. Jyoti Deshmukh (Principal SISTec Ratibad) and Mr. Rahul Mishra (General Manager Administration SISTec Ratibad) in the presence of all staff members and students. The gathering paid tribute to the #tricolor with National Anthem.

Dr. Jyoti Deshmukh welcomed all with her address where she strongly suggested to #unite as one and that service towards nation should be prioritized.

The event continued with patriotic #dance performances and melodious #singing performances by students with a touch of #poetry for our fallen heroes.

Prof. Dharmendra Narayan Jha, Prof. Namrata Shrivastava and Prof. Dharmendra Sharma also sang some #patriotic tracks revitalizing the ultranationalism among the masses.

Dr. Vibha Shrivastava with her #vote of #thanks concluded the event with everyone gathering together for #snacks and #sweets.
