1.Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and Registration Act, 1908

The Stamp Act, 1899 and The Registration Act, 1908 lay down all essential amendments that show the importance of registering and paying stamp duty for a document.

2.Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA)

Provisions of the RERA Act apply to residential apartments, buildings and plots whether residential or commercial. The Real Estate Project defined in the Act includes the development of buildings consisting of apartments, converting existing buildings into apartments and developing  land into plots for the sale of all or some of the said apartments to carry out the purpose of this Act.

3.Transfer of Property Act, 1882

there are certain rights and duties that protect the interests of both parties The duties and rights of a seller and buyer are subject to the contract, which is discussed between both parties at the initial stage of property transfer.
