I like Mortlach, also because I have a feeling Ironside obscured some details around Percy and Diodra to him as well, so he’d be more upset. Idk I just see that being possible because Ironside sucks!!!! (I feel like Percy will just do enough damage to get out of there and then heal him because he’s Percy)

At this point, we have to worry about ANY chaos knight being marked for death since Arthur can just…do that 🥲

That being said, I think Mortlach is too important to Percy’s story that he won’t die now, at least not before something important is revealed (I hope not!!)

I have mixed feelings about Lance, I’m okay with him being the strongest, but the issue is that he just doesn’t seem to struggle 😭 I wish the Nanashi fight at least gave us that, I really just want to see him faced with a fight he doesn’t know if he can win. And him getting the sword might make him stronger so. I love Lance as a character so I’m just gonna hope Nakaba has a plan for the power scaling and roll with it

my random thoughts on recent chapters

I don’t think percival has the heart to kill somebody, so I hope mortlach just gets knocked out even if it doesn’t look like it

idk man I just like him yk? he’s greasy, funny and just wants to protect diodora which I find endearing and tragic at the same time <\3

but arthur’s way of dispatching him to the mission just felt like a huge death flag for him, especially with how all the chaos nights are being treated in the series.

Also, Nanashi’s defeat was something I didn’t expect tbh, it kinda bothers me because it was stated that his power was comparable to the ones of the archangels.. But I guess making lance the strongest is the best option to make the four knights be feared to some degree.

Lance balances them all out in strength because at least arthur and his knights have something to beware of, but seeing him win so many times can get a bit boring at least for me

But I don’t hate lance tbh, He reminds me of Gojo in a way lol and he is so endearing.
