What happened to the Killers of Imam Hussain(as) after Martyrdom:

"One of the soldiers of Ibn Ziyaad (la) saw the Holy Prophet (saws) in the dream who drew across his eyes with the blood of Imam Hussain (as) and the soldier became blind."

(Maqtal Al Hussain (as), 2/104)

"A man who wanted to snatch the string of Imam Hussain's (as) trousers, turned blind and his hands and legs were dismembered. This occurred after he had seen Lady Fatima (sa) in a dream and she (as) had cursed him."

"The hand of the person who had looted the turban of Imam Hussain (as) was severed from the elbow. He fell into poverty and misfortune till he died."

"One who said: "I am the killer of Imam Hussain (as)" , lost his sense and became dumb."

"The man who looted the trousers of Imam Hussain (as) became paralysed: the one who had taken the turban of Imam (as) became a leper and the one who robbed the chain armour became insane. A dust storm, which was dark, arose with a red storm in which nothing could be seen till the people thought that Divine punishment had descended on them."

Curse be upon the killers of Imam Hussain (as)

Ayattallah Sayed Mar'ashi Najafi says I once saw Imam Sahib Al Asr Wazam Al Mahdi (atjf) and he says to me,

‘Tell our Shia that it is a Responsibility on them that when they call themselves Shia one of the Conditions is that they have: Learnt the whole Khuthba (sermon) of Fadak of Fatima (sa).

🍃🕊🍃 Imam Ali was asked the meaning of being well-off or well-provided for.

Imam Ali (as) replied,

“Your welfare does not lie in your having enormous wealth and numerous children but it rests in your being highly educated and forbearing and in your being proud of your obedience to Allah. If you do a good deed then thank Allah for it and if you commit a sin then repent and atone for it. In this world there is a real welfare for two kinds of people, one is the person who, when commits a sin, atones for it and the other is anxious to do good as much as possible.”

🍃🕊🍃 Imam Ali (as) said:

"Livelihood is of two kinds: the livelihood which you seek, and the livelihood which seeks you; if you do not reach it, it will come to you. Therefore, do not turn your one day's worry into a year's worry. Whatever you get every day should be enough for you for the day. If you have a whole year of your life, even then, Allah will give you every next day what He has destined as your share. If you do not have a year in your life, then why should you worry for what is not for you? No seeker will reach your livelihood before you, nor will anyone overpower you in the matter of livelihood. Similarly, whatever has been destined as your share will not be delayed for you."

379. وقال عليه السلام : الرِّزْقُ رِزْقَانِ: رِزْقٌ تَطْلُبُهُ، وَرِزْقٌ يَطْلُبُكَ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَأْتِهِ أَتَاكَ، فَلاَ تَحْمِلْ هَمَّ سَنَتِكَ عَلَى هَمِّ يَوْمِكَ! كَفَاكَ كُلُّ يَوْمٍ مَا فيِهِ، فَإِنْ تَكُنِ السَّنَةُ مِنْ عُمُرِكَ فَإنَّ اللهَ تَعَالَى سَيُؤْتِيكَ فِي كُلِّ غَدِ جَدِيدٍ مَاقَسَمَ لَكَ، وَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنِ السَّنَةُ مِنْ عُمُرِكَ فَمَا تَصْنَعُ بِالْهَمِّ لِمَا لَيْسَ لَكَ، وَلَنْ يَسْبِقَكَ إِلَى رِزْقِكَ طَالِبٌ، وَلَنْ يَغْلِبَكَ عَلَيْهِ غَالِبٌ، وَلَنْ يُبْطِىءَ عَنْكَ مَا قَدْ قُدِّرَ لَكَ.
