Sal's partner being obsessed with his voice in every way. The raspiness, the depth and how well his tone of voice mixes with it, how he pronounces words—everything. So, once a day, they request he tell them about his day in almost concerning detail just to hear his voice for an extended period of time. ( It takes him months to figure out why you saw such lengthy talks as such a necessity )

Sanemi's partner absolutely not believing it when people tell them about how cruel and harsh he is because of how differently he treats them in comparison. Who only knows him as a man who only speaks to them in gentle whispers, never lets them do any heavy lifting when he's around, massages them despite the fact that he's the one constantly going out and exerting himself to slay demons ( and all because they simply mentioned in passing that their toe was hurting from standing too long or something ), spoils them, and brings them gifts after almost every mission as an apology for being away for so long and possibly giving them a scare.

Gaara's arranged fiancé being completely and utterly intimidated by him to the point that they constantly avoid him. Poor boy, of course, knows no way of fixing this and ultimately goes to Kankuro for advice—who suggests he starts by breaking the ice over a nice dinner—and Gaara, despite having zero experience in the kitchen, opts to take said advice and run with it. His fiancé comes home after a long day of hiding to find the kitchen a complete mess and Gaara standing in the middle of it—covered head to toe in his many earlier failures—with his lackluster dish in hand and their heart absolutely melts at the sight.

Chifuyu, who scares Takemichi half to death with nonstop text telling him to come over his house asap. His best friend, thinking the worse, rushes over only to be asked if you'd find it corny if he attempted to match with you for your date tonight.

Nagisa, who was nervous about meeting you for a date after cutting his hair. Who feared his worst fears were right all along and that you only loved that version of him that his mother spent years crafting against his will..only to find out that you were in the same boat; had also cut your hair and feared his reaction to your new look. It made him feel silly for blowing such a simple thing up in his head.

how’d i get into this conversation? well more like how’d i get myself into this situation.

i’m strapped into a chair inside our classroom, being interrogated about how i feel towards a certain red head.

apparently nakamura overheard the boys rating different girls in our class on the last school trip we took to kyoto, and rumor has it that karma has feels for me.

do i believe any of this? no.

do i also wanna find out what karma said about me? yes.

“i promise to you that that’s what i heard from isogai and maehara!” she replied.

“…well what else did you hear? what did he say exactly? and can i get out of this stupid chair!” i respond.

“not until we come up with a good plan for you to confess your feelings to karma! and you have to agree to do it!” fuwa exclaims loudly.

“i’m so glad that the majority of the class isn’t here to witness this…”

“alright, fine. what’s your plan?” i ask the two girls.

“well for starters, we must know if you and karma have done any coupley stuff before! like have you guys kissed, held hands, hugged? anything of that sort?” nakamura starts.

my mind swirls with romantic moments we’ve experienced together, especially the first time we kissed.

“what the fuck do you want? i’m actually trying to study for once.” i ask while swatting his hand away.

“you’re so cute when you get mad.” he says.

“the fuck are you talking about?” i ask while hiding my face, trying to hide my flustered expression.

he grabs my hands, taking them away from my face, and brings his face close to mine.

if teasing was a person, he’d be karma akabane.

i’m studying his facial features, absolutely enamoured by them.

deep down, i wouldn’t mind if he kissed me right now.

at the same time, i don’t know what our friendship would turn into if he did.

it’s like he read my mind.

in an instant, he brings his hand to my face, rubbing my lip with his thumb.

i wait until he brings his lips to mine, giving him complete access to my mouth.

it felt so good to finally kiss him, experiencing his hands travel all over my body was a feeling that i’ve yearned for since i first realized my feelings for him.

his hand travels from the back of my head to my neck, gently pushing himself deeper into my mouth.

if i died right now, at this very moment, i’d die happy.

thinking back on that memory made me realize, i didn’t care at the moment if our friendship got ruined by that.

thankfully, it didn’t. i’d describe our friendship as a flirty friendship definitely, but not serious enough as to where i’d call it a “situationship”.

answering nakamura’s question, i say yes.

her and fuwa look at each other, the room becomes dead silent.

“YES WHAT?” they both say as wobbling the chair i was sitting in.

“YES WE’VE DONE ROMANTIC STUFF!” i say, trying to defend myself.

“LIKE WHAT?!” nakamura says.

as they’re trying to get me to tell them about the stuff i’ve done with karma, kayano enters the room.

“uhhh guys? what’s going on?” she sweetly asks.

“nothing! just tryna get y/n and karma to finally confess their feels for one another!” nakamura exclaims.

“hate to ruin your plotting session, but everyone else is gonna be back in here pretty soon.” kayano says.

“but we barely started the plotting and planning!” fuwa says desperately.

as they’re discussing last minute plans to get karma and i together, the door opens.

“professor bitch! just the person we need! quickly, help us make a plan for y/n to confess to karma!”

“having boy trouble, y/n? didn’t expect it from someone as attractive as you.” professor bitch states.

“being honest with my feelings has never been easy for me…also my insane fear of rejection makes telling karma my true feelings for him kind of…hard.” i admit.

i see the other students walking up the hill, preparing to come back to the classroom.

“fine, since we’re so short on time, i’ll tell you this: after school today get him alone, force the close proximity, and tell him, honestly, how you feel.” professor bitch says.

before i have time to retaliate, people start entering the classroom for the last period of the day.

shortly after class ends, i decided to take professor bitch’s advice.

as i’m walking out of the building, i see karma waiting for me.

for the past few months, he’s accompanied me on a walk home every day after school, if i’m not going with him to his place.

today, we decided to go to his house.

during our walk home, professor bitch’s words rang in my head.

“—get him alone, force the close proximity, and tell him, honestly, how you feel.”

i guess karma noticed my quietness, so he asked what was wrong.

“y/n, why are so quiet? usually you’re harassing my brain with stupid questions during our walk home.” he says.

“we gotta talk about some stuff when we get inside.” i say.

he unlocks his door, and we go up to his room.

“…so what do we have to talk about?” he asks me.

i’d be lying if i said i couldn’t feel my heartbeat in my throat.

not letting my anxiety consume me, i ask him “hey karma, do you like me?”

such a dreaded question.

“what makes you ask that, y/n? is this some sort of prank of yours?~” he asks while poking my forehead.

i grab his finger from my forehead, and intertwine our hands.

“i’m being serious. do you like me?”

silence fell upon the room, our facial expressions becoming extremely flustered with this profound silence.

“i guess it’s no secret, is it? be honest, who’d you hear it from?” he asks.

“apparently nakamura heard maehara and isogai talking about it. something about a rating with all of the girls in the class?” i respond.

“oh…that. well i guess the truth would’ve came out eventually.”

“i want to hear you say that you like me, karma. say it.” i demand.

“why would i do that if i don’t even know how you feel towards me?” he responds.

why is he playing coy all of a sudden?

i look down at our hands, entwined.

it’s cheesy to think, but our hands fit perfectly together.

this thought alone makes me tell him that i do like him, and i have for a while.

“well aren’t you gonna say anything?” he asks.

that profound silence that i hated so much fell upon the room once again.

internally, i’m freaking out. not just because we’re still holding hands, but because karma’s gone quiet.

i thought the day that i’d hear karma be quiet for so long would be the day that hell had frozen over.

“i do like you. i would’ve thought you’ve figured this out by now. i didn’t think my feelings were…” i start.

“reciprocated?” he finishes my sentence for me.

“do you remember when we kissed? a few weeks ago?” i ask.

“of course i remember, i enjoyed seeing how red your face got afterwards.” he smartly replies.

“i didn’t ask what we were after that kiss because i didn’t want our friendship to end. i had no idea what a kiss meant to you.”

“you must think i’m a whore or something? i don’t just kiss anyone ya know?”

this statement makes me untwine my hand from his.

instead, i placed my hand on his chest, pushing my body onto his.

naturally, his hands go to my waist.

we take a few moments to process the conversation we just had.

“be my girlfriend.” he states.

before i had time to respond, i feel his lips against my own.

this sudden move flustered me, but i wanted him to know that i really do want to be with him.

i pull away from the short lived kiss.

“i’m already yours.”

Aventurine

Aventurine's love is an intense and burning feeling, it consumes him and make him desperate but at the same time give him a purpose and makes him keep going, he is well aware of his feelings and even knowing how unhealthy they can be but they consume him slowly so he can't really ignore them

As his feelings slowly grow there is nothing more Aventurine loves more than just watch you be yourself, interact with others and just have fun, he spend quite some time watching you from afar before deciding to get close to you, using his charm and flirtatious attitude to try to win your heart

He is not only aware of his feeling but also of yours, he wants so desperately for you to love him that he just can't not try to read you to see if he even has a chance, thats why if you seem interested in someone else he will notice, it will depend a little in how obvious you are but still he is smart enough to catch the hints. Even if he gets to know pretty quick he will be in denial for a while, he doesn't want to admit that you are in love with someone else but he can see you looking at that other person with love

Even if he just seems a little grumpy or try to avoid the topic with a smile in the inside he is a complete mess, going from desperately trying to deny that you like someone else to crying his heart out, repeating himself that of course you will love someone else since he doesn't deserve you, it will even reach the point where he just hates that person for stealing your attention from him

Insolated in the darkness of his room, Aventurine end up making a lot of plans and backup plans to take you away from that person and to win your affection, with his luck everything will go the way he wants it, he make up his mind, losing himself in the intensity of his feelings and the need of your love

Aventurine put in action his plan, trying to be more and more close to you, being extra friendly with you in hopes that you just forget about that worthless nobody and better look at him, while in the shadows he tries to put more and more obstacles in that person's way, trying really hard to set you two apart

But even after all his efforts Aventurine just freeze the moment he sees the two of you interacting, paying close attention of how you act, to those suble hints of your love, realicing how beautiful you truly are when you are in love but also about the fact that you haven't acted that way with him. After this Aventurine will probably watch you interact with that person for a while from the shadows, blessing himself with your beauty and precence but also torturing himself with the display of you affection towards someone else, slowly growing more and more envy and heart-broken

At the end, Aventurine decides that forcing you to stay with him when you love someone else would be unfair, he will keep trying to win your heart but will try really hard to set you free, even if he feels like his entire being is breaking and put him in an even worst state, if your feelings for that other person are corresponded then he will try really hard to let you be happy with that person

Hanako

It was really foolish of his part to fall in love with a human and Hanako knew it, but is not like he could stopped himself, ever since he have noticed you around the school you catched his attention, what lead him to slowly follow you and know more and more about you

For him it was just matter of time to become fascinated by you, he wanted to be close to you, to talk to you, he wanted to be selfish for once and be with you, to never leave your side, but no matter how much he wished for it he was still a supernatural, he had to ask for Yashiro's help to even be able to meet you in person, using the excuse of making your wish come true just to be able to have the excuse to glue himself to your side

Hanako has a stalker behaivor during school day, following you around all the time he can and just watching go with your day, sometimes even appearing just with the excuse to mess with you while in reality he is just following his burning desire to be as close as you as posible

It can be that Hanako just noticed that you have feelings for someone else when witnessing it by just following you around or that even the wish you went to ask for to him was related to that love, either way the realization makes him freeze in place and stare at you, for him is like the time has stoped just to dragg him to the cruel reality, a cruel reminder of his position, he is a supernatural, you two couldn't be together because he is already dead

Hanako tries to play off and put a teasing smile to cover up what he really feels, still when he finally finds out an excuse he quickly say it before leaving, and you wont be able to find him for days because he is just too heart broken to face you, he loves you, he want to be with you, he want you to love him too, but that is not going to happen, and he feels like an idiot for it

He spend quite some time reproaching himself for being so idiotic to fall in love, as intense of his feeling are for you is his now self hate for even falling in love. Hanako spend several days in his little cycle of despair, torturing himself with reproachings and constant reminders that this will never be, not when he is a not only a supernatural but also a murderer, why would you even love someone like him? it was just too idiotic of himself

Once he feels ready to face you again is when he finally have make up his mind that he just have to forget about what he fell for you because you deserve to have a great and long life, you doesn't have to lose your life like he did (let alone for his own selfishness), he have make it up in his mind that he will leave you alone to be happy with that other person, but the moment he sees you again, he sees you worried about his sudden disappearance and how you being worring for him for all this days that plan of leaving you be happy with someone else just broke under the weight of his feelings, he just loves you too much to lose you, he doesn't want to

Nagisa Shiota

Being in Class 3E makes every feel bad and unworthy, like idiots, and Nagisa isn't the exception, adding that failure feeling to his already bad self-esteem just make him feel even more unworthy of his darling, he is just a worthless no one while his darling is someone he look up to, someone more beautiful and valuable

Even if you were at class 3E Nagisa doesn't have the strength to talk to his darling, he just limits himself to watch you from afar, tortured by the inmense love that make him wish to just be able to at least talk to you, if only you look at him at least for a brief moment, but is also a constant remainder of how unworthy he is

Nagisa is incredibly smart and perceptive, for him is so easy to read thought his darling for how much attention he puts in you, he is able to be so close to you without being detected that he just memorized everything about you, so its not so dificult for him to notice that you have feelings for someone else but he feels like breaking down when he finds out, he knew he could never have a chance with you, he is nothing but the shadow of his mother anyways, and yet, deep down, he hoped that one day he could be able to have an oportunity, a really small ray of hope that kept him going, but now is gone

Even when Nagisa tell himself that he understand that you would love someone else that doesn't stop him from being in the edge and incredibly heartbroken, but also angry, he doesn't exactly know to who or what he is angry at but he is. Nagisa is clearly affected by this but wants nothing more than your happiness, so if your happiness is with someone else he will make sure that person is worthy of you, stalking the person you like to make sure they are good enough, the problem is that his anger just make him try really hard to find any reason of why that person is unworthy, anything can help (also, the more he trains in Class 3E the more confidence he gains, even if he still sees himself as unworthy he at least is better than that idiot)

At the end it would be incredibly dificult for someone to make him a good impression to let them be deserving of your affection, Nagisa doesn't even realice how possesive he can be and just cover up with the excuse of no one being worthy. However, this is a little tricky, because if he sees that this person makes you truly happy he will have a mental breakdown for the preasure of being stuck between wanting you to be happy and the others being unworthy, but in this way there are higher chances that he will accept his defeat (but will continue to stalk you two, waiting for that idiot's first mistake to take them away)

However, if the case is that you two are already friends then he will be less willing to let you go, it have took so much efforts to just even become your friend (and him to accept it since he stills feels quite unworthy) to just lose it for some idiot that wants to get in his way, since he slowly wins more confidence with the training and you have already accepted him in your life then he feels ready to fight for what he have with you now

Shoya Ishida

Despite the fact that Ishida is quite dependent of his darling he limits and hold back himself a lot, he feels unworthy and is so afraid that you would think as bad as he thinks of himself that he prefers to dont be close to you, but at the end, if you two end up being friends he will be watching over his every single move to make sure he doesn't make any mistake

For Ishida is incredibly dificult to really tell what his darling is feeling, he is constantly in the edge of his nervousness and anxiety and can easily misundestand things for the bad, you have to be clear with him, thats also why if you are interested in someone else it will take him a long time to understand it, as unworthy as he feels deep down he still wishes for you to see him in a good light, the thought of you loving someone else or even not giving him even the chance have cross his mind a few times but the moment he finally realice that you actually have feelings for someone else is going to break him completely

He is going to be a complete mess the moment he sees that you actually have feeling for someone else, after the initial shock Ishida will fall into a really bad depresive episode, his mind going around the idea that of course you will love someone else, why would you love an idiot like him? he haven't forgiven himself for what he have done to Shouko so of course he doesn't deserve to be happy with the person he loves, you'll probably think that he is a monster too when you find out what he have done

His mind goes back an forth between the self depracation and the constant reminder that he doesn't deserve you, you don't deserve to be stuck with someone like him after all. Its going to take a lot of efforts and even help from his friends to help him get out of this state, but even when he calms down the self-hate is back, and thanks to that he will not be able to even look at you because he wants you to be happy, wich he now believes isn't with him

But if you two are already friends the problem comes when you show that you were worried too, if you come to him asking if he is alright or just expressing relief or even happiness to finally see him again then his feelings will get over him again, this is what he truly wants, he wants your comfort and reasurance, and now that you are giving it to him Ishida can't just let you go like that, he doesn't want to lose this

If you show genuine and positive feelings for him, showing him that you truly care he will practically forget about the idea of leaving you go and go back to the feeling of wanting your forgiveness and aproval, but since there is someone who is treaten to take away, his precious ray of hope then he will try more and more to be of your liking, to make you look at him and love him instead of that other person

Nagisa Shiota Affection Hcs!

Not prepared for when he develops a crush on you, nor is he when you confess and the two of you start going out. So when you show him affection…

Nagisa tends to blush pretty easily whenever you show him affection, whether it’s a simple compliment or an unexpected hug. He’s not really used to being the one receiving affection, especially in the romantic aspect, so he gets a bit embarrassed and tries to hide it. 

But even though he’s flustered, it’s clear he likes it. He’s just not the best at handling these moments and tends to shy away a little, even appearing stiff and awkward when you hug or do anything similar. He isn’t afraid to make it known if he wants some space, but he never does.

When it comes to public displays of affection, Nagisa might act a little awkward, especially if he’s still figuring out how he feels or if this is one of his first relationships (Which it probably is). 

You might notice him getting a little nervous, and stiffly trying to figure out what to do next. But despite his awkwardness, he never pulls away. He might be unsure, but he enjoys the attention and affection—it just takes him a bit to get comfortable with it.

If you surprise him with a quick kiss on the cheek or randomly hold his hand, he’ll likely be a little stunned at first. He doesn’t always know how to react, but once the initial shock passes, he’ll likely settle into the moment, maybe laughing softly or smiling shyly. He definitely enjoys the affection but might need a second to process it all, especially if it’s out of nowhere. 

His reaction isn’t over-the-top, but he’s happy and flattered in his own reserved way. Though, I think things would be best taken slowly since he isn’t someone that’s immediately affectionate.

In terms of physical affection, Nagisa enjoys the more subtle moments. He might brush your hand lightly or pull you into a quick hug when no one’s around. If you initiate a kiss, he won’t pull away, but he’ll likely get flustered.

I know I paint Nagisa to be pretty shy, but his attitude is only that way when the moment is somewhat romantic or emotion packed. Like when you two do “couple stuff”, even then he acts somewhat the same.

Ugh. He's so sweet.

Like, he would always ask if it's okay to kiss you.

Even if you tell him it's fine.

He is always worried that you won't like it.

But you do.

He would mostly kiss your cheek or forehead.

Kissing on the lips is super rare. 

The boy wouldn't be able to handle it. 

And usually, you're the one who initiates a kiss on the lips.

But when he does, it's always so soft and gentle.

Almost hypnotic in a way. 

It almost makes you wonder if he's ever kissed anyone else.

But, that's highly unlikely.

After every kiss though, he found it very hard to meet your eyes for a bit.

The kisses weren't even heated to start with. They're actually pretty innocent.

Because of him, the kisses are normally rated pg or family-friendly.

Not that you're complaining.

You have to look out for his boundaries too. 

Oftentimes, you're the one who would randomly spring a kiss onto him.

It surprises him, but he doesn't mind.

“Say, hasn’t Yuuma been disappearing off lately?” Nakamura questioned, watching as even before the bell had finished ringing, the boy had already packed his things and left the classroom 

“He’s rushing off to his part-time job, isn’t he?” Mimura piped up, glancing at the girl as he, too, began picking up his belongings 

“That can’t be, though; he only works on the weekends,” Nakamura replied as she leaned her cheek on her open palm 

“Maybe he took up a weekday shift?” Kataoka reasoned as she approached the two

“What if he’s hiding a girlfriend from us!” the blond exclaims, a mischievous grin growing on her face. 

“Nakamura-san….” Nagisa started letting out a nervous laugh at her words

“No, No, Nakamura-san is right,” a voice drawled behind the growing group as they made space for the red-headed devil.

“We should find out what our dear Class representative is up to; he could be in trouble after all,” Karma smirked. 

“You just want to get blackmail on him, Karma-kun….” Nagisa sighed, a sweatdrop dropping on his face as the red-head just confirmed his words without shame

“What if he’s having love trouble! As his classmates, we must have his back!” Kaede exclaimed, pumping her fist in determination, much to Nagisa’s chagrin

“Or perhaps he is heading off to perform a sacrifice,” A dark voice whispered behind Nagisa, causing the poor boy to jump in fright at the dark aura that surrounded the girl behind him as she spoke

“Stop!” Nagisa cried, watching as Hazama simply let out a chuckle and let the group be

“We should not meddle in his life, but I do think we should check up on him, just to make sure he is alright,” Kataoka agreed. 

“Not you too Kataoka-san!” Nagjsa cried 

“We are just worried about our kind class representative Nagisa! Don’t you want to make sure he is alright, too?” she called, putting an arm around the male’s shoulders, a wide grin on her face 

“Well, yes, b-

“Great! Then let’s go!” 

‘Why am I being dragged along…’ he wondered a defeated look on his face as the group set off, following after Yuuma down the lone trek off the little cabin and into a familiar building.

“The main campus library?” Kataoka wondered, watching the Ikeman make his way inside 

“The perfect place for a secret date!” Kaede exclaimed with starry eyes

“Look! I can see him! He’s going into the private study rooms.” Nakamura said as she pointed to one of the windows

“I wonder how he managed to make a reservation; the main Campus gave us hell just to make that reservation for the common space,” Karma drawled lazily. 

“It is a date!” Kaede gaped, watching as the boy entered the small room and greeted a student on the inside as they both took a seat 

“It looks like he’s tutoring them…” Nagisa corrected, watching as the both of them pulled out their notebooks, with Isogai taking the lead as he gave what seemed various pointers to the student 

“Hey, look, isn’t that…?” Nakamura started, her voice cutting off as she realized that two small figures ran to greet the boy once the pair had sat down

“It’s his little siblings,” Kataoka confirmed, easily recognizing the antennae on the children’s heads. 

“Hey… you don’t think he’s being forced to do this, do you?” Kaede gaped

“Unfortunately, we know that is not out of the question, nor would it be the first one,” Kataoka muttered, remembering her own situation.

“It is a main campus student; I wouldn’t put it past them to bring his family into it,” Nakamura added, a frown on her face.

“Kidnapping?!” Kaede exclaimed, horrified as he put a hand over her mouth to hide her gaping mouth

“I don’t think it’s that!” Nagisa cried

“We could teach them a lesson,”  Karma spoke up as he lifted his ‘torture’ items. 

“Or we can talk to him!” Nagisa yelled

And so they did. The very next day, it seemed that Isogai did not have any ‘tutoring’ as the boy lingered in the classroom to fulfill his turn in cleaning the classroom after classes were dismissed, allowing the small group to approach the ikeman without any meddling ears around.

Although confused at first, the class representative sighed, knowing that there was no hiding the secret anymore once the group had opened the can of worms. Though he assured them that his siblings were, in fact, safe and sound and denying the chaotic scene the small greenhead had thought in her head, he left it at that, saying that it was easier to show them than it was to tell them. So off they went until they arrived at the Isogai household. He opened the door to reveal the student sitting on the floor with his siblings from the previous day, seemingly playing a leisurely round of Go Fish with them. 

“Ah, Welcome back, Yuuma-sa…n?” they started pausing as they took notice of the group behind them.

“Good afternoon, Dokucha-san,” Yuuma greeted with a sheepish smile, allowing his friends into the house.

“I brought some of my classmates, they thought something was wrong, so they got worried; this is Dokucha. As you know, I tutor them after school,” he explained. 

“Oh! Hi there! I’m Dokucha! I am a student in Class A, but due to some circumstances, I do most of my classes remotely, so I’m not around campus much, which is probably why we haven’t stumbled with each other!” they greeted as they gave the group a slight bow.

“Ah, Dokucha-San, they aren’t around the main building either, so I’m not sure you would stumble upon them even if you were on the campus,” Isogai explained as he switched his shoes, encouraging his classmates to do the same.

“I see! Well, it’s a pleasure to meet you regardless!” they chirped with a smile, only to frown at the suspicious stares the group sent their way.

“Is something wrong?”

“Ah, guys, it’s not what you think,” Yuuma called nervously as he scratched the back of his head; noticing the growing suspicion growing on the group and Dokucha’s confused demeanor, he was quick to continue.

“Dokucha-san, these are my classmates from Class E.” 

At the information, Dokucha brought down a closed fist in their opened hand in realization

“I see, so you think I’m a bitch!” she casually stated 

“….huh?!”

“Pretty much,” Karma easily replied, shrugging his shoulders at his classmate’s stares.

“Karma-kun!”

“It’s okay!” they called, waving him off.

“Yuuma-san told me about how the other classes treat you, so I can see why you would assume that I have ill intentions as well, but I  don’t agree with them; I think they are being bigoted assholes which is why I didn’t bother contacting any of them for help with my classes, and well I don’t have money to hire a tutor either.”

“So why Yuuma? Are you using him?” Nakamura questioned with an accusive glare

“Nakamura-san, I told you it’s not like that!” isogai scolded her.

“O-of course not!” they exclaimed

“I met Yuuma when we were on a thrift shop when he was with his siblings; we began talking and realized we went to the same school. I had commented how I was struggling with school, and he told me about his troubles at home, and well… we more or less hired each other and paid each other with services since neither of us can afford them.”

“I give tutoring lessons to Dokucha-san, and they take care of my siblings when they can’t go to school and mom when her sickness spikes up,” Isogai finished. 

“So that’s how you got access to the private study room…” Karma mused 

“I’m sorry! I thought you were using Isogai!��� Kaede wailed as she ran to the student and bowed, ignoring the letter’s assurances that it was okay

“Who would have thought?! There are still decent people in the main building!” Nakamura explained with a grin 

“It’s a pleasure to meet you as well, Dokucha-san. I’m Kataoka Megu, the female representative from Class E. If you ever need help with a class, don’t be afraid to ask,” 

“Y-yes! Thank you very much Kataoka-san!”

‘I’m glad we were wrong,’ Nagisa thought with a smile as he watched his classmates interact with the student.

The relasionship between Nagisa and Karma is a bit complicated, they have being friends for a while but still refer to the others a little politely, keeping some distance but at the same time being friendly and playfuly (mainly Karma), both having reasons to why simply keep some safe distance while still treating the other as friend and having the same crush will just make their friendship even more complicate

Despite their diferences this situation affects both in a similar way, for both to develop a crush will take some time and first need to be friends, and both will struggle to recognize and accept his feelings, Karma doesn't want to admit his feelings right away (specially to others) even when deep down he knows too well that he have fallen in love with you and probably have fallen hard, while Nagisa is too insecure to accept it, with his low self-esteem and the bad imagine he has of himself he simply can't accept that he likes you because he doesn't believe he would even have a chance, but, at the end, realicing that the other has feelings for you too is what will leave them to accept their own feelings

Its more likely that Karma is the first one to notice Nagisa's feeling for you and he doesn't like it at all, as much as Nagisa is his friends and he knows him for a while now he doesn't trust Nagisa with you, Karma is well aware that there is a dangerous side of Nagisa that even him fears a bit so that (along with not wanting to give up on you) lead him to believe that Nagisa isn't the best option for you, wich ultimately lead him to try to constantly put himself between you and Nagisa and even try to steal your attention

As much as Karma tries to make it seen like he is just being playful and teasing you, like he always does, Nagisa wouldn't take long before he notices Karma's advances, still he struggles to connect this to any romantic feelings (mainly because he is still in denial), so he will try to simply deal with it and have time with you even as simply hanging out as friends until he runs out of patient (wich is surprisingly quick because Nagisa end up feeling jealous and a bit annoyed by this)

At the end both will confront each other, either by Nagisa asking Karma what is he up to or even Karma boldly telling Nagisa that he already know about his feeling for you but also that he doesn't intent to lose against him, this will leave both in pretty bad terms for a while because non of them thinks the other is the best option for you since both have a quite dangerous side and they worry for your safety (kinda ignoring the fact that, if you go in Class 3-E too you are training to become an assassin)

There is not going to be a calm fight for you at the start, both wanting to take you away from the other between their protective side and wanting to win against the other, it actually become quite obvious that both are fighting with each other and you happen to be in the middle, for what the rest of the class end up getting into the mess, either to tease them or try to help you get a break from their obvious bickering (some of them just end up helping in the background and even betting about with who you will end)

It will take a while until both decide to have a more calm fight for your heart (more likely thanks to Nagisa), after all if they end up upseting you they will simply mess up their opportunity with you, still it will take a while for both to finally stop being so stubborn and go back to be friends

After making peace both will try to respect the advances and time alone with you of the other, Nagisa having more calm hang outs with you while Karma is constantly trying to drag you to have some fun! Still, there are times where one try to step between you two because of the jealousy, other times the three of you simply hang out together (either going out or even studying/training together), it seems pretty normal but Karma sometimes simply can't stop himself from trying to either show of a little or tease Nagisa (making him seem less like a good boyfriend)

But at the end both like you and care for you sincerely and just want the best for you, both promise to make peace with your final choise and accept it for respect to each other (but that doesn't mean they will give up easily)

Day 7: Rainstorm

Pairing(s): Nagisa Shiota x Gn!Reader

By the time the school bells had rung, the rain had been coming down hard. While in class you had to keep from being distracted by it, you were worried about walking home since you didn’t have an umbrella.

Now, you were standing by the door, under and away from the rain, having the predicament of the century. Then Nagisa interrupted your thoughts.

“Why don’t we just run towards the main building” everyone else standing nearby - aka the rest of your classmates- all shared a glance and as if they were starring in a marathon- all took off.

Nagisa stayed behind though, he always did for you. “Well?” He held is hand out and you took it. You both ran towards the main building in an attempt to stay away from the rain. Even if it wasn’t worth it since you immediately became drenched and would continue to be for awhile.

You couldn’t stop laughing as you ran through the rain, it was coming down hard but being surrounded by your classmates just made it the more fun. Especially with Nagisa running by your side.

You sneaked a glance at him at him, just to find him gazing back. He flinched- seemingly broken out of his hypnosis and faced forward once more. Maybe you’d comment on it later.

Eventually you ended up at the entrance of the main building and to say you didn’t have fun would be an understatement. Perhaps the experience might have reinforced the idea that all of class e were deranged. The speculation purely going based off how they looked at you all as you passed by dripping from head to toe.

The walk to your house wasn’t much different either, luckily you didn’t encounter any mishaps besides when you slipped and almost took Nagisa with you.

You slipped off your shoes and hung your bag somewhere on a hook nearby, you turned to Nagisa. “So? Does your mom know you’re staying over?”

“Yea, even if she didn’t let me I would’ve still had come over” you don’t comment on that since you’re sure to some degree that she’d find some way to be controlling even then.

“Well let’s go up to my room now” you had to stifle a laugh as Nagisa visibly cringed, face heating up. “Yea, sure” he looked a little worried but you knew he’d tell you to back off if he was uncomfortable.
