In the arms of a Snake

Warning: Possessive behavior, Shigaraki gets a bit murderous, mentioned child neglect, infertility, overall fluff

It was rare for children to be seen in the forest, especially in Shigaraki’s part. Humans didn’t stoop too low, at least that’s what Tomura wanted to think. He stared down to the hypnotized child in his arms, currently staring at him with red tinted eyes, replacing their e/c.

But Tomura couldn’t help but take this as a blessing. Many nights he and his mate had often lamented about their lack of hatchlings. Every egg laid always a dud, every mating season a cruel taunt to them.

Dabi had always looked so miserable whenever spotting broken egg shells in naga nests, curling up in the nest as he stared blankly. Shigaraki felt himself grow giddy with the prospect of Dabi getting to hold you, to experience the joys of parenthood. Teaching you to hunt, running around in the spring and summertime, snuggling up in the colder months.

The deal was only made sweeter when you cuddled up to his chest, trying to get warm. “Nn.” You murmured, hand reaching for the necklace Shigaraki wore. You fiddled around with the skeleton fingers and little quartzes, absolutely enamored with it. “Hmhmh, we’ll get you something like that soon. Then you can be just like papa.” Shigaraki chuckled. You shivered after a particularly cold wind swept over the forest, swaying the branches and rustling the bushes. “Cold..” You whined lowly, trying to get more warmth. Shigaraki shushed you gently, patting your head.

“We’ll bundle you up nice and snug when we get there.” Shigaraki assured as he spotted the telltale cave in the distance.

After many months of sleeping in trees, on rocks or in burrows, Shigaraki and Dabi had found their permanent home in a cozy little cave. It was ideal, next to a lovely little pond and fruit trees. Shigaraki slithered inside, greeted with the sight of his handsome mate.

Dabi was an oddity amongst naga, for his gnarly burns set him apart as unique. Not mention little “inconveniences” that wasn’t apart of naga behavior. He had to have his food cooked, had to be careful with sheddings and was sensitive to certain things.

Shigaraki loved him the same, he found his swift movements and dry attitude humorous. Not to mention kindred spirit of being mistreated by the ones who were supposed to care. The delicious scent of roasting meat filled Tomura’s senses as he entered into the home. Dabi stopped tending to the fire and directed his attention towards Tomura. A dry yet playful smile rested on his scarred face.

“Took you long enough, had me thinking you were caught or something.” He slithered on over to his mate, who in turn acknowledged him with gentle peck on his cheek.

“As if, firecracker. I’m almost hurt that you’d think so highly of those parasitic primates.” Shigaraki taunted back before smirking. “Did you eat yet?” He inquired, Dabi shook his head.

“Nah, takes awhile for this stupid boar to roast.” Dabi then caught the scent of something unfamiliar. It wasn’t rare for Tomura to come back reeking of something unfamiliar but this had a special tint. Sweet, delicate. Like baby powder and peppermint.

Then blue eyes wandered to the hazy child in Tomura’s embrace. “Tomura, where? How?” Dabi for once in his life, felt completely flabbergasted by something Tomura brought home. Tomura smirked pridefully almost, his tail gently wrapping around Dabi’s in an attempt for comfort.

“This is our hatchling. Poor little lamb was left out in the forest with no food or water. Oh, the poor baby was crying and screaming.” Tomura’s heart ached at remembering your sad little sobs. “I had to put them in a trance to relax them.” Dabi was hyper focused on you, his eyes expressing longing and sympathy. It was like he was staring at himself, lost and afraid. “C-can I hold em?” He asked shakily, gently holding your relaxed body as you let out a tiny confused mumble.

“It’s just papa Dabi, no need to be afraid of him, hatchling.” Tomura cooed sweetly. Dabi stared at you, slithering over to the nest.

It felt strange yet pleasant to feel your body on his chest, your soft flesh and breathing a far cry from the cold eggs he felt before. Tomura joined his mate, nuzzling his neck as Dabi cuddled you tenderly. “They’re never going back.” He hissed, Shigaraki nodded.

“We’ll keep them nice and secure in the nest. It’s where they belong now.”

ANOTHER AU TIME WITH ME! COKO!! >:D

Okay, I just thought of this idea yesterday so it's VERY RECENT like a baby! ... IT'S A BABY!

ANYWAYS - what I have so far is personality traits, goals, attitude, and a bit of relationships. No not romantic. How Izuku views people so let's get started!

PLOT POINTS:

Izuku is very bitter. It got to the point where he claims that he never wants to be a hero anymore.

I say claim very lightly because he does want to be hero. He yearns to! However, during middle school, around the first quarter of his second year he gave up.

Izuku's personality is a mixture of Iguro Obanai and Yushiro.

Izuku is often seen as a cold and harsh person to anyone who meets him. He doesn't care about impressions or having friends. He's fine on his own or so he tells himself.

Izuku's quirk, which on file, is called 'Serpent' has a sentiment aspect to it. Izuku is automatically assumed to be the leader of the clutch and so far has six snakelets and one adult naga. All of which vary in age.

There's a difference between what the quirk is called on file and its actual name. Izuku likes to deceive people because he hates people. The actual name of the quirk, if you ask any of the Midoriya's, is Guardian Entity because Nagas (in Buddhism) were depicted as door guardians! Which is why if you asked a Midoriya what is Izuku's quirk name you'll get "Guardian Entity" instead of "Serpent."

Another thing about Izuku is that he loves to deceive people. He doesn't want to get close to anyone. He has gone through quirkless discrimination and quirk discrimination. He has seen how people treat him and how some continue to or try to befriend because of his quirk alone. Trust issues are evident in his persona.

Izuku is very overprotective of his snakelets, his adult naga, and his mother, claiming them as 'his,' because of their kindness alone. I can say it can go as far as being possessive over them.

Izuku and Bakugou's relationship is both very estranged and very strained. The only times they talked before were once in middle school where Izuku gave Bakugou a ocarina made of his scales to call for his help, during the USJ when he mentions to Kirishima to trust Izuku, and during the Sports Festival when they have an argument.

Izuku's relationship with Aizawa is very new, he only gets to see him during ethics class, trains him after USJ, and when he transfers after the Sports Festival. And still Izuku doesn't trust him. It'll take a while for him to even like Aizawa.

Izuku will never admit it but he likes Mic more than Aizawa as a homeroom teacher.

Shinsou and Izuku view each other as acquaintances. When they both transfer to the Hero Course Shinsou is more than shocked to see him there. Izuku has made it very clear he doesn't want to be a hero, so, seeing him there will shock him.

Inko is Izuku's favorite person besides his snakelets (and adult naga.) Izuku is very possessive over her and is the only person who he'll ever admit to vulnerability if his emotions gets the best of him.

Mic is Izuku's favorite teacher, no doubt, while Mic is loud and energetic he can be sympathetic and try to understand his students. And he's patient as well! Izuku did not like him at all till he spoke up for Izuku when someone made an derogatory comment about him.

Izuku confronted Mic about this saying he was "Fine on my own. I don't need... the likes of you to come be my knight in shining armor." Mic does asks to elaborate but when Izuku doesn't obliged he sighs, and he smiles at the kid because Izuku is just that. A kid who was clearly mistreated. He gains some brownie points after that and Izuku makes it his mission to gift something to him every homeroom.

Izuku hates All Might, especially, after having his dream crushed by his hypocrisy and "cruel" words. He will not listen to him. He refuses to which is why Bakugou takes the initiative to tell Izuku what to do during Heroics. Although Izuku is very reluctant to do as All Might says. Even more when it comes from Bakugou but at least he does listen to him, albeit reluctantly.

Izuku at some point will learn to respect him but that will take a very long time.

Izuku's involvement with the USJ is as follows:

Bakugou realized the danger they were in and made the call to play the ocarina he was given and call for help. Keep in mind this is his second time using it; he did use it during the Sludge Villain. Izuku answers Bakugou's call, which was during English time, and make breaks through the window, and goes to the USJ.

I never mention how Izuku hears that; I'm not very sure about that either.

During his time in the USJ, Izuku unleashes his snakelets and asks the adult Naga to go to the center as he looks for 'Kacchan.' The USJ ends with the adult Naga dying and Izuku going into a defensive mode and not allowing anyone to go near him or Bakugou.

After the USJ, Class 1-A makes an effort to thank him but Izuku makes it very clear he wasn't there for them. He was there for Bakugou and Bakugou only but he doesn't mention the latter literally. More or so lightly. He says and I quote, "I wasn't there for you, I was there for Kacchan, you would've been dead there if he didn't call at all." He even makes a comment about the real reason why he confronted the Nomu. It wasn't because of Aizawa's battered body. It was because the adult Naga protected Aizawa from the Nomu to the very end of its life.

A major flaw of Izuku is how he doesn't trust anyone. It doesn't matter to him if you try to be kind to him. He will not trust you. He was quirkless till he was eight. He was treated like a bottom feeder for four years. After he got his quirk, he became disgusted on how some people actually try to befriend him and treat him nicely. He's very guarded about himself and only his trusts his mother.

Izuku's personality is what I have gathered so far:

Harsh, cold, and bitter is what would be his first thoughts if you asked him. He also cares and worries a lot about the people he cares about: Mic, his mother, and snakelets. He is guarded and will push anyone away to not get close. He thinks low about himself and will push himself to his very limits and beyond to get better. To be better. He doesn't know how to communicate his feelings and he will take any mean or kind comments very negatively. He has obvious trust issues and will go as far as to break any type of future friendships if he can. He just doesn't want to care about anyone else and Present Mic was very much lucky, or unluckily if you ask Izuku, to get on that very short list.

Aizawa might be a little jealous.

Izuku can be considered OP in this, however, his attitude is his biggest flaw. He refuses to cooperate with anyone.

Izuku and the snakelets have their own language, it mostly consists of body movement, clicks, hisses, rattling, growling, and buzzing.

I looked it up if snakes can make other noises and they do!

Bakugou and Inko (Kouda as well when Izuku transfers to 1-A) are the only ones that understand Izuku. Bakugou being the most fluent in speaking it and Inko only being able to understand and say a few "words."

I plan to have Mic and, even Aizawa, to learn said language but till then Mic is highly on the "To learn" list in Izuku's opinion.

(A head cannon I have for this is that Izuku has multiple lists for the people he likes, he loves, he hates, etc. Just a fun little concept. :) )

Izuku doesn't call Bakugou "Kacchan" to his face; only when he mentions him. He calls Bakugou, "Bakugou" because he refuses to use the nickname for a guy that pushed him away. At least, to his face.

This AU will have a major theme of "Trusting" or the trope of "the cold character opening up again after being hurt so many times."

I have nothing else? Actually I haven't even talked about the snakelets at all, snakelet is a baby snake by the way(!), I forgot to mention that. That will be another time though because I have yet established their genders, personality, etc.

What I do know is that the snakelets vary each other; what I mean is that each Naga is a different type of snake! Though Nagas are usually depicted as half human, half cobras!

Izuku is an unknown type of snake! Although I would say he is like a mixture of multiple snakes altogether. But I will explain next time!

Anyways that's all I have for now! (I forgot to mention I have no name for this AU yet, so, for now it's called Naga AU till I find a name for it.) Till then, bye-bye! Coko out!

So kinda voice play ish, where for a while, Dabi's never heard Tomura swear. Ever. Until he does, and he's immediately like "oh fuck" bc now he's hard. Just the way he pronounces it, the way his voice sounds with it, has him immediately smoking. And ofc he hides it, or tries to, but Toga maybe outs him for his blood sweetening or something idk, kinda like the Strength kink one you wrote, "Lift Me Up", but with him just whispering pure filth into his ears

Shockingly, I am not dead. Which cannot be said for most of my loved ones. This is over a year old but I'm doing it anyway <3

Dragon Shiggy:

-Angery boi

-I think he would be very confused as to why he is so attached and attracted to you. He's never cared for or even felt anything remotely akin to affection before, and he doesn't know how to cope.

-Plops you down in his hoard and will try to (successfully or unsuccessfully) scare you into staying put

-Fully plans on ignoring you, thinking that just having you in his hoard will get this itch under his skin to go away, to get that nagging constant obsession of you you you out of his fucking head

-It does not.

-He'll make a big show of telling you how you better not cry or get lonely or some shit because hes not going to be your friend or deal with your stupid "human emotions"

-Meanwhile you so much as shift in place and his head is snapping to you, already half crouched into a lunge in case you were hurt and needed saving

-He'll be a little rough at first. Growling at you when you cry out in pain and throwing you around when he wants to snuggle with you but can't figure that out so he thinks you're just in his horde wrong.

-You'll be covered in scratches and bruises from the rough handling, which works him up even more

-Eventually the two of you will figure it out, though. He'll be very very grumpy about his new apparent "weakness" but he can't bring himself to give up the feeling of you snuggled up against him, or pressing his face against you and feeling your warmth, your life

-Be prepared, he is high maintenance after that

-No amount of attention is ever enough; you have to spend every moment of every day with him and even then, sometimes he gets upset because it isn't /enough/

-Dragons are known to be possessive fickle things, they feel deeply and their love is all consuming and he's even worse than that

-He just wants so deeply. He wants you, your smile, your tears, your words, your everything. just you you you you you

-If you want a happy note and can live without having a single ounce of peace, I can see you finding a way to balance his temperamental mood swings and overwhelming need for you with survival. Hell, if you catch him on one of his good moods you could probably convince him travel and live however you want, as long as your always at his side.

-And, of course, you can look over the murder of anyone who gets too close or happens to be nearby when he inevitably snaps for no reason.

-On the bad side, I see him as one of those yanderes to become too consumed with his love. No matter what you do it is never enough, it will never be enough. It's not possible. He always wants more. Even when you're wrapped up in him pressed tight and giving him your undivided attention it's never enough.

-He'll kill you. It's only a matter of time. His mood swings are too drastic, his needs too great. His obsession already consuming and unhealthy just put on steroids by his nature and his unstable personality

-He'll either eat you and revel in knowing the two of you are one, intertwined forever, or he'll keep you. Let your corpse rot in his horde, waiting for the day where this annoying little fixation will fade

-It never will.

She stood up for her turn.

“I’m Naga Saimei, a musumeyaku actress and musician in the Kiyoku Troupe at the Takarazuka Music School. Please take care of me.”

Nothing much dramatic- just switching her family names out, "Naga" for "Kudo." A lot of people took the opportunity to use a new given name in their stage name, but Saimei couldn't care less.

When it was Shigeru’s turn, she stood gracefully, and continued using boku as she had last year.

“I’m Sanzou Bruce, an otokoyaku in Takarazuka Music School’s Kiyoku Troupe.”

No surprise at all from the class- Shigeru had insisted that she was going to request her stage name be Lee Bruce, but of course that wouldn’t have been approved. Shigeru had always been a tomboy, and the tallest in the class.

Well, the tallest in the class, until someone’s growth spurts…

A few students later, that someone stood up too. Long, pretty white hair and a soft face that seemed paler than normal. Hesitant. Shigaraki was a bit of a loner, but she hadn’t exactly seemed shy before now.

“Ah, I’m Tamayo Ichibaku, but please call me Yoichi. I’m, I am an otokoyaku in the Kiyoku Troupe in the Takarazuka Music School. Please take care of me.”

Day 3: Body Modification

His gloves fingers tap one in thought. Carefully considering the Naga like Nomu. Tap. Tap. Tap

"What a thought. Hmm? Dabi,what a character. The very existence of him makes me feel itchy"

The prince swipes his bag off the table. He carefully counts his materials as a slow grin spread upon his face. The eye tattoos upon his skin blinking. "It's time to finish him. Heh. Hehehe. I even have the tool for his mutation! Oh and his Quirk!" A low chuckles as he walks under the pitch black night.

As he lets himself into the house -What! He was smart enough to manipulate a way to copy them- he hums a tune. Quirk generated sleeping dust sprinkles onto the Two green haired people in the place.

"There you are." The sweet raspy voice rings out "my Clover. How lucky you are. A Transferable Quirk like yours deserves to be hidden. A diamond you have. Ah how fun it will be to have you wake in the morn without a clue" a snap of cold rubber gloves. And he makes such Quick work. The Quirks already settling oh so nicely into the child's body.

Shigaraki Grins, "my Lucky Rabbits foot. Good luck tomorrow" and the man Disappears long before Izuku and Inko awake in the morning.

Sacrifice

(AU what if: What if Mythical Forest! Reader had no one and was sent out as a sacrifice? What if Dabi and Shigaraki were respected and feared rather than hated?)

Warning: (Mentions of violence, animal murder, brothels and the use of whore. Non consensual hypnosis)

Long ago, a deal between the nearby village and two nagas had been struck. In exchange for peace and protection from intruders, the nagas would have to receive food and protection fees from the village.

Until they made a seemingly unreasonable demand, they wanted a child. Not a virgin woman nor man, but a child. Shigaraki made his request known at the last exchange, his voice longing for a child to raise as his own.

“I don’t want one of those whores at your brothels, I don’t want your gold, I desire a child.”

His mate, the scarred one who declared himself as Dabi, echoed his mate’s statement. They couldn’t breed and have their own hatchlings, thank the gods for that, so they went with the next option.

The village elders refused that demand, how could they give up their kin to monsters? Had they grown a taste for human flesh?

Were Dabi and Shigaraki that heartless? Once the village denied their request, Shigaraki grew violent. All of the village’s livestock had been slaughtered, blood stained the green grass and the fences.

Some hunters were lured out of their homes and had their bones crushed and skin melted away by venom. Shigaraki had a simple request, why couldn’t they just answer it?

Dabi wasn’t exactly innocent either, he hunted down foolish humans like a feral beast and proceeded to kill them, like a feral beast. The village had no choice but to meet their demands, so Shigaraki could stop his violent temper tantrum.

The forest was dark as you were sent out, you whimpered at seeing the gates to your village shut. You were a measly orphan who certainly wouldn’t be missed, so you were perfect for this opportunity.

You hoped that the rumors of Shigaraki using child bones as toothpicks weren’t true. Sticks and leaves crunched and broke under your feet as you wandered aimlessly through the jungles, birds tweeting and distant howls of wolves filled your ears as you looked around paranoid.

Shigaraki watched as you stumbled around helplessly as he gave a little smile, oh you were utterly perfect. He slowly slinked out of his hiding spot, his tail slithering across the floor. “Hello my dear.” He said softly. You froze before yelping in fright. You stumbled like a newly born fawn as you gave a frightened whimper at seeing Shigaraki. His gaze softened as he got closer.

“Aw, little lamb, it’s okay. Papa is here.” He purred. You couldn’t help but begin to cry from the fear, which utterly broke Shigaraki’s heart. What did those rotten villagers say to you about him?

He had no choice but to work his hypnotic magic on you, forcing you into a state of relaxation and calmness. You ceased your cries as Shigaraki gently lifted you up into his arms. Dabi decided to slink out as well, frowning at seeing your relaxed state.

“You know that shit fucks with peoples brains.” He lightly scolded. “Oh hush, our baby was in clear distress. She needed to relax.” Shigaraki defended as he smiled down at you.

“She’s like a little cherub.” Dabi commented as he booped your nose. Shigaraki let out something akin to a purr before the two slinked together in the forest.

NAGA AU!

Anyways! These few plot points are settled in the final arc and are inspire by a TikTok that said "Characters that have had their plus ultra moments in the final arc."

Now the Plot Points!

During the final war arc, I was heavily thinking because in this AU Izuku isn't the successor to One For All (I know I said he did in my last ramble of this AU which was by accident and I fixed it(!)) he's just a descendant of All For One.

There will be a battle between ancestor vs predecessor where Izuku will go Plus Ultra and beyond to get the win against All For One.

You can see again the tags that I'm making references to demon slayer there are two main things I'm taking from KnY.

One) The blowing up tactic that Ubuyashiki has done to slow down Muzan. (Also like Lady Nagant, if I spelled her name right)

Two) Ancestor vs predecessor, Kokoshibo (Michikatsu) vs Muichiro.

Now I already mentioned the second reference but the first reference comes at the end where Izuku is grinning manically to his ancestor. He yells and goes into detail about how the 'Shigaraki name was bastardized by his own hands and that the only family he ever had will forever turn their backs to him because no one will ever forgive him. He killed them,' and as in irony Izuku hugs All For One and blows up bringing both of them down.

We get an inter monologue of what Izuku dreamt of having in life here's that monologue:

I always dreamt of protecting everyone, give them a smile, and be a symbol of hope. A hero is what I always wanted to be. Now, I can smile again and bring everlasting hope that heroes can win... I'm sorry mother, I'm sorry I lied for so long, I was scared of seeing you sad and depressed. It never crossed my mind that perhaps it would've given you closure or something of that. Now not only are the news of your husband's death will pass but also your son's as well. I'm sorry Kōta, Eri, friends, and snakelets... This might be the last time I'll see you ever again but I won't say I regret doing what I did.

You all deserve a peaceful life. One, where my blood and name don't colour your world in fear, I'm sorry I couldn't protect you all back then but I can protect you now. The Shigaraki name will die with me if that's the last thing I'll ever do. May we all become the best we can be and if I do make it out of this alive... I hope to smile as bright as the kid I once was because this time... There's only one Shigaraki left... and that's me.

During the final war arc it's only Izuku battling, he stationed a majority of his snakelets with other heroes to help in battle and two, a new baby naga, and the 'youngest' stationed with his mother to keep her safe and break her the news of what's to come.

Guardian Entity is my subconscious mirroring One for All because there used to be six snakelets, one adult naga, and Izuku himself! Which makes eight, the newest naga, is a baby making nine in total. I'm referencing the OG cannon where Izuku is the ninth user of One for All and damnit does it hurt!

I also thought about this other detail which I'm starting to like more, which is Izuku being almost identical to All for One's child.

It sounds like what it means, Izuku remains All for One of the child he raised and killed after realizing even his own child will defy him and try to stop him. His child almost looks like Izuku, minus the green in Izuku's hair and eyes, and acts like him.

When facing off, Izuku finally reveals about his relationship to him, and why when All for One makes a comment about his similarities to Izuku, Izuku states that 'he's related to a bastard like him.'

It's throughout their battle that All for One sees their similarities but it hits home when Izuku grins and looks down on him that All for One is remained of his child. His kin.

And when he's dies All for One is faced with not only his son but his grandson and his descendants. They all look down at him and all but two turn their backs and walk into the light. The two being his son and Shigaraki Hisashi his descendant.

The child looks melancholy because this is how low their father went and before All for One can say anything, if he can even, his child says something, "He's right you know? You bastardized your own name... I hope in our next life... We can get a chance to be a family again, father." His child says sadly as they stand next to Hisashi.

Who has yet to say anything other than stare at his predecessor.

He finally speaks after a long wait and what he says next are the final words of the dead, "You are my ancestor and I feel nothing but shame knowing I was related to you. I hope hell brings forth the pain and suffering you've put us through. I'm Shigaraki Hisashi but that name means nothing when my son is Midoriya Izuku. Your descendant and my son."

Izuku's status of whether he's alive or dead remains to be unknown but the only thing I know is that the baby naga and the youngest naga are still alive. Even if they are part of Izuku's quirk, it leaves a chance of Izuku perhaps making it out alive. But who knows! Because certainly I don't know.

Anyways, that's what I have for the Naga AU! I'm still sketching Izuku in this AU and I don't know when I'll post it but I will post it!
