juniper grew up with a single father and is an only child

unbeknownst to her, her mother was killed by voledmort

her father wasn’t involved with voldemort but her monther was

she didn’t give him sufficient information, on top of that he was already in a bad mood and this led to her death

her father was more angry at himself than anyone since he could’ve tried harder to get her away from that life

time hogwarts

when she got sorted into slytherin, she made friends immediately 

her best classes were care of magical creatures, charms and dada

her worst classes were all history classes and transfiguration (she refused to change animals into something without proof that they agree to it)

clubs she’s in: frog choir and magical creatures

with the combination of timing and house, it was inevitable for voldemort got into her life

she didn’t think much about him, she saw him more of a myth

weird shit always happened during her time there but she mainly kept to herself rather than divulge in the trio’s drama

she considered herself neutral until the end of her fifth year

when her father picked her up from king's cross station she knew something was off

he told her he heard of the rumor that voldemort is back

then, told her that her mother was killed by voldemort and she needs to becareful since he’s really back

it took her all summer to really process everything and she grew this hatred for voldemort

however, her demeanor stayed the same at school

she treated the housemates she knew that had connections with voldemort the same — she wasn’t stupid

in a perfect world she would be able to infiltrate the death eaters but she knew that itself would be a death sentence 

she knew she couldn’t openly support the trio but did what she could do to help them, like give the inquisitorial squad false leads

battle of hogwarts

she was originally stuck with the other slytherins at the beginning of the battle

however, she went back to help the school when slughorn went to get reinforcements and did her best to avoid fighting her friends (plot mbe??)
