Let Elysia wrap her arms around N and nuzzle into his chest while humming happily, then look up at him and smile with those eyes shining brightly. "Good morning, N! What a beautiful morning, right? Are you making something delicious? Can I help?!" Watch her light up, elven ears moving up and down to show her genuine excitement.

     Well this was certainly a surprise. Even when he heard the small footsteps, it was not enough time for him to react to it properly. Small stature bumps against him and he has to take one step back to ensure that neither of them actually stumble back. He had been so engrossed on what he had been doing it did not occur to him that he would be getting a visitor this early.

Surprised expression melts away as he erupts into giggles, leaning down to plant a kiss on top of Elysia’s head. “Good morning to you. You are up early. This was supposed to a surprise for you, but I guess now it will not be anymore.” His smile was so genuine he wasn’t worried that his comment came off as anything rude. One hand stays rested on her back, while the other reaches over to grab the end of the spatula, using it flip a fluffy pancake over. Peaking over at her, he watches in amusement as her ears flick up and down. She really is adorable. He thinks to himself as his gaze rests on the rest of her face, green eyes filling with adoration as he momentarily goes silent.

     Of course he couldn’t stand there and stare at her for long. Regrettably he hums to himself break out of the trance, looking over at the stove to ensure that nothing had started to burn. “Well.. I intend on it still remaining a surprise.” He teases, letting one of his hands go so he can gently run his fingers across the arm that held him. Letting her know that he wanted her to let go. “Buuutt...” He sighs gently, taking her now free hand to his lips so he can place a small kiss on the back of her hand. “How could I say no to such a kind offer from a pure soul, hm?”

Now that there was a bit more space between them, he leans down once more, watching as she closes the distance and presses her lips against his. The kiss was incredibly short and sweet, but before he fully breaks away he presses it down once more as a silent way to promise that she will get more soon enough. “If you like, you can pick some of the berries from the garden. The morning bore a plentiful harvest, I would like to make something out of them. Not quite sure yet.. Tell me your favorite drink once you get back, and I will try to make that. Does that sound like a lovely idea?”

     One more kiss on her forehead, and his attention is fully back on what was cooking on the stove, smiling to himself as he hears her walk away. At least this time when she comes back to ‘attack’ him he will be ready.
