but besides that, like do y’all think everyone on tumblr university lives in the same area with the same social climate? like obviously ppl do say bullshit on here n can get away with it by being like “uwu”  then but then u blame it all on misinformation online as if their aren’t real people (specifically adults) who genuinely believe this and aren't just 15 and misguided. Obviously Tumblr shouldn't be the primary source but if i never been on this webbedsite i would still be  ignorant (full disclosure i was never an alt-right person thats obviously not a regular phase ppl go through thats terrifying) . I live in a blue state that ppl can get away with being bigoted just because they are a centrist who does the bare minimum of friendliness. People here Romanize cops and the military and its normal for people to be homophobic etc. like if I went off completely on what people I know in real life I would be a bootlicker just bc a cop was nice to me in elementary school and all the us marines ads on tv that i remember looing up too even though i had no interest in actually joining lol I was like war heroes 

like idk u also cant be like the internet is a powerful tool n get mad bt misinformation but then on things u dont care abt ur like “this doesn't exist in real life lol”.
