a/n: thank you anon! i actually loved this idea so much

when your contractor had offered you a bew job you didn't think much about it. the payment was better but apart from that nothing had really changed. and eventually you found that to be quite the boring routine. your originally thought that the change in job would result in something more exciting but alas it was no better. or so you thought.

you had heard a few fellow co-workers and yiur contactor gossiping about some new group that had showed up in the area. it sounded like your final chance to shake off your boredom do you jumped at the chance to do a little investigation if your own. just because your agency didn't want to meddle didn't mean you wouldn't personally.

and it definitely cured your boredom. so far you had only managed to find out information about one member but that was good enough for you. despite the only information you had scrounged being his name and that he had quite the high opinion of himself, you saw this as a prime opportunity to have some fun with messing with him.

fyodor however had already caught you following him a few times but didn't see you much as threat so he left you alone, totally not because he couldn't catch you. but it seemed you could match him in competition. and that soon turned into him thinking you were quite the annoying woman.

contrary, you found it quite fun. you absolutely loved seeing his frustration when you would tease him, mess with him and then disappear before he could do anything. if you were being completely honest, he didn't really live up to your hopeful expectations but was still fun none the less.

eventually all he could think about was ways to get back at you, some of his co-workers could hear him grumbling about 'the most frustrating woman' or 'ill get back at her one day' although they didn't interfere. however for now he would have to out up with your teasing until finally he could get back at you.

Holding hands while going on a stroll was something you'd often find yourself doing during your free time together, especially when the sun was shining so brightly while a fresh spring breeze would occasionally sweep through the air.

No matter how many times it would help, it never managed to not be funny. The Hunting Dogs were known for how powerful yet also how "eccentric" the members were, yet witnessing it for the first time and continuing to live with it never failed to bring a smile on your face.

Especially with just how cute your boyfriend looked right now! The way his eyes would twinkle at the mention of insects was something you personally could only understand but never relate to.

a while ago my mom and i were talking abt astrology stuff and we had a realization about what virgo actually is, and she thought it made more sense for it to be ruled by mercury and for some reason i just Did Not agree with virgo being ruled by mercury

and i couldn't figure out why until it dawned on me like 2 days ago now- mind u i was not actively thinking about it the whole time, that conversation with my mom was months ago now, it just marinated in my head for so long that it finally came back up in an AHA moment 🫡

you can tell my mercury is in the 12th house tbh- Which i have lore on that too But virgo first!!!!!

so let's start with methods of pulling a chart, and trust me this'll make sense later.

there's 2 methods of pulling a chart, the most common one being geocentric, meaning the position of the planets is calculated from our perspective of them here on earth

geocentric is how we get our ascendant and our sun sign, virtually every natal chart uses the geocentric system.

the significantly less used, but still valid system, is heliocentric- meaning the planets are calculated from the sun's point of view instead of the earth's.

heliocentric pretty dramatically changes the placement of planets like the moon, mercury, venus, and mars, the outer planets are changed by a matter of degrees

However in a heliocentric chart, you don't have a sun sign anymore, you have an earth sign.

to save u some time too, your earth placement is exact opposite your sun placement, and the moon is conjunct earth within a matter of minutes- so sun in 29° taurus has earth and moon in 29° scorpio

NOW why do i bring up these two?

so we all know virgo to be very precise, analytical and detail-oriented- We also know the 6th house to be the house of employment and health and stuff- what if i told u........... i have a different take....... a twisted one if u will.... a twisted astrology tak-

this precision and analysis of virgo is what makes everyone point to mercury, but mercury to me is way too playful and energetic for a sign like virgo

virgo is much more down to earth...... almost as if it was........ ruled by earth......... 🤨.......

ill get into why i think virgo is ruled by earth in a sec But lemme differentiate first-

capricorn is saturn-ruled, it wants to become more than itself, so it leaves earth behind

taurus is venus-ruled, it wants to use earth's resources (more on this in a sec) to create ease and comfort, and damages earth in the long run (kinda like humanity has tbh 😕)

notice however that the other two earth signs are still earthbound in a way- they still deal with it, but they aren't ruled by it

virgo's resources are dedicated to creating and understanding reality, and earth is our reality.

so the 6th house, your virgo placements and your earth placement can all be used to figure out the kind of filter you view reality through

"but how do i know my earth placement if heliocentric doesnt have an ascendant?" just take ur geocentric ascendant and ur geocentric placements and Add the heliocentric placements to it-

so if ur a cap rising with a gemini earth, your earth is in your 6th house

im always an advocate for bridging the gap when it comes to chart pulling methods- cross-reference and find what makes the most sense for you

so that's abt it i think- i 100% believe virgo is ruled by our home planet, mutable earth just makes sense in my opinion, and mercury is way too energetic for a sign like virgo (no shade, that's just not the vibe i get from virgo, at least not in the same way as gemini 😵‍����)

take this how u will but go find ur earth placement and study it bc it's interesting and personally for me, opened up a whole new realm of my chart that made sense as fuck so 💪💪💪💪

More specifically maybe grown up stsg where they’re a little more mature and have more of a grasp on how to help you better.. maybe reader has a nightmare or something, goes out for a smoke on the balcony etc etc.. sugu meets them out there n. They just have a good old fashioned talk like :( just being honest and vulnerable because it’s late and u just need a hug most of all :(( def ends with him carrying reader back to bed n playing with ur hair until you fall back asleep GODDDD KILL ME NOW ☹️☹️ moments of tenderness/vulnerability are my absolutely favourite thing in writing/shows/etc ESPECIALLY when it’s from characters that usually don’t display those sort of feelings because you just know it means there’s such a strong bond between them…. ^^ either this one or reader with trust issues that’s a little cat-like personality wise (which I think fits so beautifully because stsg are the most wolf coded boys ever) who’s fully convinced they’re better off on their own, they don’t need friends or people to rely on. Physically cannot bring yourself to deny them, even if it’s a little scary allowing people in. And god i think it would make them feel SO special once you started warming up to them.
