Now that Chococat has been officially announced, it's time to get ready for the flood of posts and comments comparing it to the OG and complaining about how the new one is worse quality and the old one is sooo much better!

So excited to see comments on every post of someone sharing their long-awaited Chococat's arrival with someone saying "I'll just stick with my OG one 💅" "the new one doesn't look right" "why does the new one look like that 💀"

It's always fun to guess whether the person got the OG when they were a kid and feels superior or whether they spent $400 on it and desperately want it to retain that value so they don't regret that purchase price.

MOST MEMORABLE OR FAVORITE EVENT - nova's comeback! everything special started at the debut, and off with a bold start. nayoung originally was afraid that the beginning would be a possible peak, but it seems to be only going up from there. there's so much growth between the girls. they're getting more cohesive as a unit as time passes. she thinks it'll be even better the next comeback, and some other legacy members got to participate on their album too.

Opinion on the latest Kuromi-Badtzmuru ship? Personally I think it should be mymel and kuromi but-

Yeah I've seen that ship popping around, and I understand it and see the potential. But I do like My mel and Kuromi better!!

anyone else feel like every time the jirai kei gains a new factor (a new fashion, interest, character assocuation, music genre, etc becoming considered jirai) its ALWAYS on point for them?? like damn

for me it started when certain kinds of girly kei got associated with jirai girls and the whole jirai kei thing really started, and seeing vivienne westwood and mymel and kuromi and pink monster and ryousangata culture and takayan (before he started marketing to jirai girls via tags) also be considered jirai made me like ??? bc it was so on point for me

and since then, other things i like started getting folded in like tracksuits, chiikawa, yamikuma prints, and not to mention soooo many banger songs that later got popular on jirai (and "jirai" cosplaying influencer) tiktok

not to mention the whole "jirai onna" thing started to make fun of dependent girls w bpd (me too)

theres more examples its just like. does anyone else relate??

Okay so what if there was a homestuck troll named Mymell Ody-ody. Their horns are round with one tall and one short like My Melody's ears. Also they wear a cloak and have empty black eyes and that's all I know about their design so far.

Mymell's luscious is just themself but bigger, similar to how a lot of sanrio pets look like tiny versions of their owners. The hive is shaped like a giant strawberry. The bed they sleep in is pink and fluffy and doubles as a piano.

Mymell uses the Melody Modus (if there's already a canon modus named this then nevermind). If an item remains in the Melody Modus for long enough it will turn pink and shrink. Also a little note plays every time you move something around in it. Mymell likes this modus because pink is their favorite color and they think EVERYTHING should be pink and tiny.

Mymell's quirk is 1) all lowercase 2) asterisks for *emphasis* 3) they type emoticons with a v mouth like this -> :> instead of :)

Also their personality is sweet and kind and good natured and blah blah blah words words words My Melody inspired
