We were lucky enough to be finalists in the Canterbury Champion Business Awards last night. It was a spectacular night and although we did not win our category we still feel so lucky to be a finalist as it has given us the confidence to continue on our journey. My Cup NZ wants to end period poverty in NZ by means of the distribution of free menstrual cups to those in need. ❤️FOLLOW OUR JOURNEY❤️ on Friday we were excited to have our first prototype menstrual cups off the machine! It was a crazy moment to finally have our own cup in our hand after 6 months of dreaming and 12 months of designing and raising the funds to proceed! 18 months of waiting was hard at times but we are almost there. It was even more beautiful than we imagined and to hold it and see it in real life was so incredible. The future looks for bright for zero period poverty in New Zealand.
