Man this show. I loved watching this show when I was a kid & it was the perfect time in my life because even though I wasn't in high school yet but I was in middle school & it was much of the same. ✞ OUT WITH THE OLD IN WITH THE NEW ✞

There comes a time in every girl's life when you decide to re-evaluate your life ,your goals ,the people you surround yourself with and of course the inevitable being YOUR WARDROBE  ...  

It's hard to part with the garments you got on sale , the one of a kinds, the memory pieces, the ex boyfriend shirts etc but it believe it or not is actually also part of a positive step towards eliminating other negatives from your life. Sure you can have a friend you used to share great times with , but things turned distant and cold and you always chase them but they just aren't there for you or genuinely caring or supportive enough of things important to you...

- or you could peacefully remove them from your life and move forward finding friends who deserve and equally return what you put in.  It has come to my recent thoughts that it should be the same for those once body flattering turned  toxic closet items we sometimes hold on to for the wrong reasons.

As we get older we find ourselves and develop our own styles, but our bodies also constantly change shape. We need to find ways to incorporate styles and trends we love into what is both age appropriate and good for our bodies at the present time of trend and purchases. Don't just go and buy a crop top and high waisted pants if you can't physically wear it in a way that works for your shape. Fashion clothes are to make us look and feel good and when you wear the right cut, colour, shape, size ,and fabric it makes an extreme difference in comparison to just buying to follow a new look in season regardless on what works for you as an individual.

Make a list if it helps you. What new celeb looks do you follow, make note on their body shape and find celebrities you like who have similar shape to your own figure to get styling ideas from. I find this is the best guide to knowing what will and won't work for your own body. Once you know what necklines, structures and fabrics etc will work best for you. it is the most liberating feeling!It  makes shopping a lot less stressful when you need to get an entire new outfit or just a quick update piece.
