I can reformat my USB flash drive to exFAT so I can put BIGGER FILES ON IT

because and this is your PSA- most Flash drives come with FAT32 formatting out the box which for most normal people is absolutely perfect, but when you're a nerd, or just a really determined ragdoll, the FAT32 can only have files up to 4GB in size- period. ExFAT is able to do 16TB (Apparently)

Now of course I'm nervous about throwing my... I think it was 20$ flash drive in the garbage over experimenting, but I'll worry about it later... As in another day when I can actually buy a smaller and cheaper drive to test on and see if everything will go smoothly.

LUCKILY my chonky drive is just being used as a mule to carry videos to the library rn, but if I can have it carry bigger files then greater opportunities shall arise/be relevant when I find myself able to maybe buy a newer better PC
