ok i slandered doc martens for years (i think for good reason) because they are uncomfortable and take so long to break in if you don’t have the exact doc marten foot type BUT. i admit i love my platforms enough to wear them anyway and after ten months of daily blisters and pain i Can wear them without gel heel protectors
