~ a little rant about periods:

I hate that periods are considered inappropriate. It's something that most girls (and other people) go through for most of their lives. It's completely normal, and there's no reason it should be 'inappropriate.' I shouldn't have to not talk about it in front of men, especially with how often I have to hear them talk about their dicks. I shouldn't have to stop talking about it if there's men around. I should be able to ask for a pad in front of people. I should be able to say 'my cramps are bad' or 'my uterus is hurting like a bitch' in front of men and not have to play it off as 'my stomach hurts' or 'I don't feel well' for them to be comfortable. Because guess fucking what, I'm not very comfortable right now. If men get to make me uncomfortable by randomly talking about their dicks, I can talk about how it feels like there is a creature living in my uterus that's eating me from the inside out. In fact, men should know more about periods, so maybe they can actually be more understanding and not complete pains in the arse. I should be able to talk about periods in public without being told 'shhhh there's boys around,' I should be able to take a pad to the bathroom without worrying about people seeing, I should be able to post about it without most sites trying to hide it because somehow it's 'inappropriate.' Periods are NORMAL, not something that we should be ashamed of or have to hide.

Off to another Dr's appointment. This time for the endometriosis (finally got the apointment with the surgical specalist). Still unsure how this ones gonna go tbh. But maybe they can give me some info on if/when this mass can GTFO.

I keep going back and forth on whether or not I'll ask about a c-section JUST because they MIGHT be able to remove that mass at the same time... but I guess it will depend on how severe this thing is tangled up in my guts lmao
