So where I work they have an employer sponsored health screening every January, and now that it's my second January I have results from last year to compare this year to, and even tho it doesnt feel like it apparently my health has improved? Also comparing results is really interesting, ALMOST kinda makes me want to survive until next January to see how things trend again

#crap #i just love graphs 😑#i wonder how the way i fasted affects things #last year i was on days so i could just sleep through it but this year i was on nights and worked the whole night #no eating for 12 hours went way better than i thought it would i didnt get hangry at all #all my white blood cells are up 🤔#my tryglycerides are down by over 60 points!#just need to keep trending those down and my hdl up and ill be green almost across the board #i still get dinged for weight and waist circumference but ehhhhhhhhhhh #also the lady who took my blood pressure called it weird lmao #the lady who took my blood had to take it out of my hand because she couldnt find a vein and that was kinda funny #well not the part where she was kinda digging around in there looking for one #it didnt hurt for the most part but it also wasnt comfortable either lmao
