First off I am in CA and the other liable insurance is Farmers or 21st century. For some reason Farmers is handling the claim. Ok, so I was in an accident in which the other party was at fault. A small group of actors (10) are preforming a play for Charity at retirement homes and hospitals. Would we need insurance to perform there? Someone was concerned that we might accidentally fall over and break our arm or fall over and break someone else's.
