What melts my heart as a daddy:

- When I compliment my little prince and his response is intense blushing and “daddy dop it!”

- Waking my little one up with kisses and surprising him with breakfast (especially when I peel his cuties for him and he’s sleepily nibbling on the slices)

- When my baby sees a pet that needs a home and he asks me if we can keep it; I almost always say yes

- My little making his own food because I’m away only for me to find out he’s been eating refried beans on toast for the past week because he’s too small to use the stove

- Being showered with stuffies when I’m stressed, upset or sad

- “Daaaaaaaaaaaddddddddddyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!”

- When he squeals to get my attention

- When I make him smile after he’s been upset because someone was picking on him

- Being used as a pillow

- When he lays ontop of me “just for a second” but he ends up falling asleep and I’m forever bound to snuggle him until he wakes up on his own

- “Daddy please let me stay up later, I’ve been a real good boy!”

- “My daddy is so handsome”
