it's sooo funny when a story is about like The Struggles Of Being A Creative and the story culminates in the protagonist unveiling their magnum opus that they poured their heart and soul into and sacrificed everything for. and everyone in the story is like "wowww this is the greatest thing i've ever seen i'm so sorry for ever doubting you" and "this is so unique, i'm glad you never sold out" and whatnot

and then you the look at the piece and it's just Kind Of Okay. a solid C plus. with the creative flair of a slightly above-average car insurance commercial.
