Day 3 (2/3) :33- Legs day! ;DDDD!! β€οΈβ€οΈ
Did some seated rows, ab machine, leg curls, hamstring curls (?- the one where u lay down and u curl it with the backs of ur legs lol), leg presses, and shoulder presses :33
Did 3x10 reps goblet squats!! ;DDDD!! β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ hella miss these lol
Did 1 set of 15 reps with 15 lbs for lunges!! Hehe. My legs HELLA burned with these but it felt SOO GOOD!! ;DDDD!!β€οΈβ€οΈ
