I hate having nostalgia for certain time periods of fandom, it especially happens when the source material in over and a few years have passed, but sometimes even when new content is being released I have nostalgia for certain times in the fandom when specific early parts of the storyline were being analysed, or certain tropes/themes were popular in the fanfics.
