Starting doing actual workout stuff at night and its always so funny how I can do crunches and squats and all that shit quite easily they are mighty fun even but I do one pushup and I fall over and die forever and ever . My cringe fail nature

I got like 5 solid actual pushups in ….#doing physical stuff all day every day has made my stamina actually like. betterand man i forgot feeling good physically means u feel better#mentally LMAO#txt#my issue is work is soo draining like. mentally all I wanna do is nap .. but its getting easier !#tho 9 hour days I think will always kill. nothing I can do about that bogus#my bad leg gives me Issues tho. threatening to give out … but working out does help w that genuinely#I still limp like the instant I strain myself even a slight bit but I at LEAST dont fall over much#my balance weirdly improved after my leg shit happened. fascinating life I live.
