#my interpretation: saddler was doctor who catalina got in contact with#he was probably distrusted by diego/many of the workers at the castle for being from the island where los illuminados was excited to#but catalina was running out of options as ramón was fatally ill and she was desperate to find some way to treat him#side note interesting that this is the only file that seems to imply that an outside source could be at fault for everything that happened#rather than ramón’s betrayal alone as the other castle files imply#well with the exception of that one note from the housekeeper#resident evil#resident evil 4#re4make#resident evil 4 remake#ramon salazar#catalina salazar#tags her like she’s a real character. as if she doesn’t have a total of one name drop and a portrait
