Oh nooooo i have an idea
#somebody asks Ellana if she wants to be a mom#maybe she’s looking at some of skyhold’s kids#or they helped out a family/kid#and they saw how good she is with kids#and her answer is so strongly yes#like it’s not a now thing - especially not now even#but it’s a thing she does want eventually#the way her clan loved kids was infectious - she couldn’t help but get swept up#everyone raised kids in some way even if you weren’t yourself a parent#but she knew she wanted to have that role someday#idk who to have ask it#my impulse is solas but then it automatically becomes angsty#and idk if I want that#anyway Ellana is where I put all of my Mom stuff#because she is very much a mothering figure in my head#and I do not want - big no for me on the mom-ing#edit: it’s solas who asks#because Ellana’s gonna ask him back - and I think I’m officially using my ‘solas was a dad once’ hc
