Wholesome Shit!
So I was at the grocery store, shoppin' as one does. And note I have very long blue to pink obre hair. I had an old lady come up to me and be like "excuse me dear. I just can't help but admire your hair. I was a beautician back, oh, say about 60 years ago. Oh, how far we have come to make something so beautiful."
I also have a very large tattoo of a woman's face (no one in particular). This tattoo has brought at least 2 men to tears. One who told me it reminded him of his lovely grandmother whom he loved dearly and missed. Another who said it reminded him of his mother who had passed away many years ago. This man then proceeded to show me a multitude of pictures of his mother from when she was young while telling me stories of her for at least 15 minutes while I was at work.
Just a way to say. Be yourself. Don't be afraid to get a tattoo, dye your hair, wear outlandish make-up, wear your favorite outfit, etc. If people don't like it, well it ain't their fucking life and it ain't their fucking body. Do what you like, and sometimes you'll see, you're not alone. You'll run into people who like it too. You'll find a way to make someone's day, to touch someone's heart, to bring happiness to others. It may not make everyone happy, but if you can make just one person's day, even if it's yours, it's worth it!
