it’s so funny though that one of the museums i was thinking of applying to had almost the exact same sewing machine that my grandmother has on display 😭

#yeah yeah it’s like 100 years old but it is the only sewing machine i’ve ever used #and it scares me. </3 but regardless it makes me laugh #my grandmother and her assortment of scary electronics #like the blender you need to use a pair of pliers to turn on…. or the electric mixer that smells like smoke and only runs on the fastest #setting….. or our suspicious 1937 tractor…. which also scares me…. these all scare me
